Maybe they'll do the Lions as a Decepticon in honor of Calvin "Megatron" Johnson.

Here's hoping. The Lions' colors are pretty close to Megatron's Marvel colors, so it's a perfect fit.

Unfortunately, there are teams equally loved and hated in both conferences, and as time goes on, those change as well. Probably not in the budget, but to have a "flipable" symbol option ala Siege Jetfire, that would have been the easiest solution, and give each fan their own preference.

My prediction for the next wave (if they go by popularity and/or the best legacy teams in each conference)

AFC: Patriots & Broncos
NFC: Eagles (because they just won the Superbowl) & 49ers.

Helmet color will be another consideration for laying out the waves. There are 5 teams with white as the base color, 5 with silver (with the Cowboys already covered), 4 with black (Steelers covered) and 4 with navy blue. Those are the most used base colors for the helmets. I think they will definitely want to go with one of the teams with white for the next round and probably one with navy blue as well since there are also 2 teams with regular blue to also work in.

From what I have heard, that is the plan. I am still surprised they didn't release a Patriots one in this 1st round considering Hasbro is based in New England...maybe I will finally get my 'Minitron'

In case folks don't follow Julian or his podcast, some of the photos from his instagram show 2 of them with decepticon emblems on them so it makes me think that maybe they come with both?

That part doesn't seem removable and the symbol looks tampgraphed on. Maybe they're randomly packed?

Also is it favoritism to make the Green Bay one a Prime?
