So Audrey II from Little Shop of Horrors is somehow on Halo Delta, he's infected with the Flood, his vines reach the structure the Chief was in AND the shaft the Arbiter fell down AND wherever the Monitor was, and he managed to infect the Prophet that the Chief punched out. Oh, and he can teleport stuff, too.
Wait, what?

Three new weapons have been introduced, the Pain Train (A discarded axetinguisher handle with a railroad spike in it, for Demoman and Solider, make them cap points twice as fast, but bullets do 10% more damage to them) the Homewrecker for Pyro (Does 25% less damage than the fire axe, but does twice as much to buildings) and the Dalokohs Bar. (A chocolate bar for heavy, heals 60 HP, and can overheal to 350)
The downside is that these new weapons can only be obtained though the random drop or crafting. Right now, I only have the Pain Train.
There are also nine new totally awesome hats, including a Pimp Hat for Demoman and a Brain Slug from Futurama for Pyro.

Wait, there's a crafting system in TF2?

Installed game, and by committing the cardinal sin of using Steam for installation purposes, put me in a very kill-hungry mood by the time I finally got to play it.
Anyway, started game with my team by breaking into an office building to forcibly rescue a certain person. Too bad the company that owns the office is trying to kill her at the same time. Reached her, but a telepathic delusion distracted me and put me out of cover when a nearby city got nuked (ending of first game).
Woke up post-surgery in a hospital, trying to escape but mostly being hunted by those same soldiers. at least I got the slo-mo feature now

Not nearly as bad as the abomination once known as GameTap.
Poor Gametap. They wasted all of it's potential, sacrificing it's good, working client for having you download everything through a clumsy, broken interface based out of their website.

I never bothered with Gametap. At least now I know I'm not missing much!

Steam and I don't have a good relationship, usually because I never wanted it in the first place but games keep requiring me to install it. :\

Shadowman wrote:You know, I did some math regarding FEAR. Alma was born in 1979, and she gave birth to the Point Man when she was 15, and Paxton Fettel when she was 16, making their birthdays in 1994 and 1995 respectively. Assuming the game takes place in, let's say, 2012, you'd be playing as an 18-year-old fighting off a 17-year-old.
Blows your mind when you think about it.

I still don't regret taking screenshots of Aunt Alice's ass.

I wanted to play the first game again for a while, but I lost my CD key. It's cool, though, I'm having a great time not sitting in a puddle of my own terror.

The Origin Facility should be a smoldering crater. Let me check.
FEAR:
BEATEN! Yep, definitely a crater. I think I actually liked FEAR's ending over Extraction Point's.
I tried the FEAR 2 demo on my PC to make sure it would run well enough, and good news; aside from the occasional framerate drop, it ran much better than I expected. And it's only $20! I can't afford NOT to piss myself with terror!
