Finished every mission in the Armour other than defeat Crawmerax, obviously. I'll come back once I've levelled up enough and have better gear.
In the Robolucion world now. Bringing 75 spare parts to Delicious Pattie and just turned on the power plant, which is conveniently located in the heart of a freakin' maze-like cavern.
That cave is a killer. It doesn't even make any sense half the time. Its most notable feature is that part of it forms a giant question mark.
I saw that and thought, "how fitting."

How can a level shaped like a question mark be a maze?

Damn straight. Tired/fed up of EA, but since I have their malware on my computer right now (it was the ONLY way to get access to the Limited Edition content I effing paid for in Crysis 2 since their site will not let you redeem the codes), I figured I'd get their crap for free. At least you don't have to use Whorigin to load it up (I just made a shortcut in my Steam client) and will have the satisfaction of not giving EA money.

And while I do love Burnout (Despite only ever playing it once) I can still get it off of Steam. Not for free, but at least without giving my soul up to EA. I'm not forgiving them for taking Dragon Age II off of Steam right as I was finishing Dragon Age Origins. Though it makes me wonder what's going to happen to the people who owned DA2 on Steam...

I'd also say the Futuristic Sex Robotz' "F$#@ The MPAA" is relevant, too, albeit much less subtle.

Geez, I read that as "Beating the Staff" and thought, "Wait, what?

Oh you're so condescending
Your gall is never ending
We don't want nothin', not a thing from you
Your life is trite and jaded
Boring and confuscated
If that's your best, your best won't do
I dunno about subtle...

There are, off the top of my head, only six loading screens. Only two of them feature men (Lex Luthor and the Joker) while the other four are Wonder Woman, Circe, Harley Quinn, and freaking Power Girl. And mind you, I spent most of the game playing as this.

Can't you just upload your character from the Initiation Station to the Saints Row website, then download it once you're in-game?

Nah, that was San Andreas.
The first Saints Row was pretty much as you described it. Wacky, but it tried to have a somewhat serious story about gang life. Saints Row 2 is when the series took off. The over-the-topness was in overdrive, but they still managed to have a story that was fun, with some good running gags and great dialogue. Customization was fantastic. I highly recommend it.
I just started The Third today, and holy crap, after having sank about 150 hours into SR2, does this feel good. Playing co-op with a friend. He's playing as a Jason Statham lookalike (complete with disgrunted Aussie voice that sounds British enough) and I'm playing as a Russian redhead in the Assassin Suit. I guess I'll name her Black Widow, or something.

Shadowman wrote:I dunno, I actually liked how GTA4 moved to be more realistic. As for SR3, the more I see of it, the less interested in it I become. I'm just weird that way.

I tried, but my PS3 won't let me for some reason.
