Besides this wouldn't be the first time Hasbro decided to do a re-mold repaint while working on a mold, remember Universe Sideswipe and Sunstreaker?
Sunstreaker and Sideswipe are a terrible example. If your going to make one of the Autobot brothers, then you're going to make the other. It would be like Bumblebee without Cliffjumper.
New paintjob, new head mold, and new weapons?
I'm sorry, but believing that Hasbro would do all that just so we could get a Blurr? That's just downright ignorance.

Its kind of like Basic Instinct, but not in a good way...
Goddammit, now I can't unsee it.
Blurrz wrote:Your disrespect to me, the staff, Hasbro and the character Blurr is a little bit unwarranted. We put a great deal of effort into getting the news to everyone, and we are professionals - we check it thoroughly. PCP are a genuine website that has been doing the Q&A the past few times.
As for Hasbro, they aren't the droids you're looking for. They are humans just like us. They've lightened up the past few years, and what is wrong with the specifics?
As for Blurr, c'mon, what was the answer you wanted? "Yeah, uhh, we're repainting Drift blue and he's just going to have the exact same head, some giant swords and we'll call him Blurr." Blurr's an established character since Generation One, and has been used in several of the main Transformers eras. For him to be Blurr, he needs to have the new head, he needs to have different weapons, and he needs the new paint job.
Bullshit or not, the fact that you can't open up to something like this shows you aren't ready for change. Go back to Generation One. [/color]
Blurrz wrote:Good to know you're a Blurr fan
Delicon wrote:If a fringe character like Drift (yes IDW, I said fringe character) can get a brand new mold, why is it a stretch to think an established and popular character like Blurr can't get a little extra attention as a remold?
By the way, this just goes to show the influence Seibertron.com has on the Transformers community. First we see a Counterpunch figure, then a Blurr, I fully expect to get my own action figure by year's end.

Besides, the info still came through PGP.

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

I'd buy a Delicon Decepticon Gyro. Or maybe a Subway style 12". I want my own figure too, the alt mode could be a foot & a mouth, kinda like the Magmatron style combiner.

It's FunPub. It's their specialty.
