Shockwave, and Tunnel Rat are excellent. Gung Ho's head is bad (neck connection is very odd looking, but the sculpt is good. Nightcreeper is cool, but Copperhead is, odd.

They come with comics? Gung Ho is probably using the same head/torso as he did in the 5-pack. Nice score.
chuckdawg1999 wrote:Well over the weekend I ordered the Kmart 4 pack and a set of the three Wal-Mart double packs. Hopefully they'll be here sometime this week. The series set should be here by today since I paid for the extra fast shipping. I haven't had a chance to really take them out of box but I gotta say I think in the defense of Cobra set they should've taken Dr. Mindbender out and put a SAW Viper in, made it all troop builder.

That might have made that one guy on Joecanuck.com happy seeing he bought 20 packs to troop build and was selling off the Mindbenders.
As it is, I can guarantee that he'll be the first figure being worked on once my packs show up this week.

13 original Joes, 13 original Transformers, that number pops up a bit.
Very Biblical. Don't forget Shooter too, the secret 14th Joe who died during the first mission.
A computer read-out shows the faces and code names of all 13 original Joes, plus a 14th face obscured by a character's hand with the code-name "Shooter." This is a joke referring to the fact that Jim Shooter was editor-in-chief of Marvel at the time.

Alas poor Shooter, we hardly knew ya. which is more than can be said about your team-mates.
Editor wrote:It's hard to say what count's as Joe Canon and what doesn't.
After all just for the non adventure team lines we currently have the:
-- The Original Cartoon series and assorted extras (VvsV, SpyTroops, Resolute, Sigma 6) various series could be continuations or separate entities.
-- Marvel continuity, which includes the Devil's Due books.
-- Various Joe/TF series (one canon to the marvel line, the ww2 from Dreamwave and the horrible 4-part devil's due mistake.)
-- Reloaded
-- The new IDW series.
-- The British Action Force.
-- The live action ROC series.
As far as the Marvel timeline is concerned, Yes, Shooter is canon.
-- her codename was listed in the first issue.
-- Declassified, which takes place in the same continuity shows what happened to her during the events occurring at the same time.
Just because she wasn't a toy doesn't remove her from existence. Yes she was not in toy form, but she is hardly alone in that regard. Doctor Biggles-Jones is figure less, but is treated as canon so why discriminate on poor Shooter.

And got a bunch of tattoos that 1 out of 4 times may be a different color.
Supreme Convoy wrote::BOT: Just watched the first season of GI Joe. Prior to owning the boxset, I might've seen about 20% of the cartoons. So I love tearing through these episodes.
Right now, I have the satisfaction of finally watching Worlds Without End. As a kid, I saw the first 15 minutes of the first part then the second part. There's a good chunk of the story I've never seen until now. Childhood memory solved.

Are those the episodes that deal with an alternate reality where the Baroness was good.
