I don't know, I have mixed feelings about this set. I mean, its cool that we get some great repaints, especially the BAT, I would rather see new Resolute molds as opposed to rehashing the current ones.

The commander has a gold plated face plate and it appears that Mercer is part of the set.

2 new 5 packs, Night Raven, and this set, damn I going to be broke.

The hands still suck on the viper figures although it is sweet that they have one with a removable mask.

Actually, I don't think the mask is removable. I believe it's just an alternate head similar to how they did Flint in Cobra gear.

I'm getting a little tired of Vipers, but the DTC and Mercer nods are cool.

Yes, and I really dislike that. Some heads go on easily, some feel like I am going to destroy the figure trying to attach a head.

I think the Vipers in package have an Anchorman feel to them.

For that reason alone they will get a purchase out of me

The two five packs I had hoped they will do before the movie starts are a dreadnok five pack that includes as well as figures a dreadnok motorcycle and cobra atv:

1. road pig
2. monkey wrench
3. torch
4. ripper
5. buzzer

and the second five pack I hoped that they will do is zartan family plus thrasher five pack that include:

1. zartan 2nd edition with swamp scooter
2. Zarana
3. Zanya (zartan daughter)
4. Zandar
5. Thrasher with the thunder machine

Not just heads, I can't even pry off any of my BATs' arms. And that's WITH tools. I'm tempted to use my teeth, but I'm pretty sure I'll have to use force enough to leave teethmarks.

Wow. And before I was hearing that the arms wouldn't stay on. That's like my Air Trooper from the Legions 5 pack.

That's the kind of thing that can get Hasbro into alot of trouble down the line. Mark this date guys, we might have read the comment that will put a company out of buisness.

Well I got all my figures today all of them are amazing but the biggest surprise that sure most people already know is the Cobra commander that comes in the cobra commander gung ho two pack is in fact the Fred VII edition cobra commander it was a really surprise to remove his helmet and there was Fred VII face staring back at me. All the other figures are just as amazing if you don't have them get them as soon as possible you won't be disapointed.

It's the little things like that that make the 25th line cool. Sure some of the molds are off, and we'll probably never get all of the cool guys we want but hey, take joy in the small things.

Today I picked up the cobra croc master to go with my mutt and junkyard figure. Not a great figure but also not a bad figure I have seen worse really sparse on accessories but I do like the whip. Also order zartan with swamp scooter and cobra commander with m.a.s.s. device crystal from bbts today.

Well big news guys. Sgt. Slaughter has been let go by the WWE. Do you think this means we will now be able to get our 25th Sgt. Slaughter Joe? Something tells me a mold has been made and is just waiting to be let go.

Is it just me or does Comic 2-Pack Beachhead come with the wrong pistol? I thought the first one came with the .45 cal type while the 2-pack looks like he comes with the Glock. It doesn't fit in the holster that's for sure.

If I saw a Slaughter figure I'd HAVE to buy it....

Anyone check out IDW's GI Joe?

I picked it up mostly for Gabriele Dell'Otto cover. And for those that didn't read Devil's Due GI Joe: Reloaded, Chuck Dixon did a few good issues of that before it was cancelled. So it's cool to see Chuck writing the main series.

Overall, it's piques my interests. I'll give the series a few more issues. Though I'm mostly want to read the Cobra series by Christos Gage and Mike Costa.
