picked up a speedia cosmos today in smyths in Ireland.

they had the whole spedia line up in though some are gone now as you'd expect. they had 2 junkheaps too. he's weirdly faaaar more expensive here (46 euro plus) so i'll prob pick him up online instead.

no sign of jhiaxus yet. though push comes to shove i can get him in forbidden planet in dublin city. theyve really been upping their TF game recently.

Reissue Terrorsaur came today from Walmart.com. It was shipped in an envelope which I guess isn't just an Amazon thing anymore. The bubble came completely off the card, almost cleanly which may be problematic in store if they're all this poorly glued on.

I lucked out and spotted an unopened case of deluxes on a pallet in the aisle and asked an employee if he could open the case. Score!!! (I'm skipping Blurr).

Edit: Totally going back tomorrow morning to see if they also got the voyager and leader cases.

Here's my UN-haul:

I bought the Ultra Cyberverse Ramjet at Walmart because clearance at 19$can. Once home I notice that the nosecone of the jet was missing.

It was not that good anyway so I returned it for a full refund as a broken toy.
I kept the null-rays because F it.

That Blackout is on my list of figures to get. I was disappointed in Galvatron, so hopefully he will also get The MPM treatment sooner than later.

Got MPM Blackout Friday from Target.com. When I saw the box sitting outside I thought it would be my Red Cog (turns out that just shipped today), I sure didn't expect it to be as heavy as it was. Haven't opened him, but I'm looking forward to seeing how they got him into such a small box.

Also a Mandarake box, not going to go into too much detail since I know I didn't get a great price. TFGo Kenzan Kuromusha ver is what I placed this order for, it's the last Go combiner figure I needed, he doesn't show up often. Grabbed Skulletron and WWII Hot Rod to pad the price. They're figures I wanted, but I would have prefered to get them post-pandemic shipping prices. Both are unopened and well priced, just weren't priorities.

(Yes, I need to adjust the lighting, it looked fine on my phone.)

Nice. They really are colorful. Amazon said my Leadfoot 2-pack is on the way. I never started collecting the skeleton guys, but maybe I should have. The purple one that came with Megatron and this one look good, but the ones released at retail are kind of bland.

Just had my first Velocitron sighting, grabbed the only 2 figures they had at my Walmart:

Now I still gotta find Road Rocket and grab them, find Burn-Out and decide if I'm getting her or not, and either find Scourge and Override or wait for Pulse to fulfill my backup pre-order for them.

Had a great morning at Walmart! Apparently they finished the toy aisle reset and was stocking it up this morning. Found the new Transformers section which is a little bigger than before and a lady was setting out Velocitron Scourge. I waited for her to finish and leave before going back, picked up Scourge and Override who was on the shelf beside him. Then I heard a voice from the main aisle yell, "are you a Transformers collector?" Turned around and it was the department manager holding a box. I told him I was and he says, "so am I. I've got a case of brand new figures right here, what do you need?" It was a fresh case of Velocitron Deluxes, I told him I'd take one of each and he handed them over to me. great experience. We talked for a moment longer about some stuff and he said they probably had more Transformers to put out. He also said the Joe Classified figures weren't showing up at the right price in the computer so he was holding off on putting those out.

I did see reissue Terrorsaur on the pegs, don't recall hearing sightings of him yet so he's out there.
