What Zordon said. However NV and I have tested a few alt forms and found that some have a proclivity to certain tactics over others.

That seemed to be true back in the day too, before all this new fangled rotation and alt mode classes.

Whilst I don't know if I have the evidence any more, there are subtle differences between the activation rates on alts with similar tactic sets in different classes. Those with a higher cost tactics to buy are set to activate more often however I'm not able to confirm how much of a difference this is.

Once we get a bunch of L11s it can be tested in more depth as their builds will all be near-identical, but the RNG at lower levels make it's near impossible to test for sure.
