Perhaps, MEgatron might scan a tank, like G2 or Armada.
Personally, I prefer the 'gun' version of Megatron, but no mass-shifting in the movie, right?
The V22 Osprey is also quite large, might fit him.

this stays true to his old form, accounts for massshifting, and still lets other Decepticons "carry" him as a gun. It could also make for some SWEET battles and arm cannon action.

if you mean he has to fly cause hes a jet in Baysformers, well thats a problem, cause there are no planes that really fit megatron all that well IMO.
