The face looking thing on the Revenge of the Fallen box is Optimus Prime Supermodes face.
Why do I say this? Look at the legends thread in toy forum here:
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=47786&start=15
It was pointed out about the slot in Primes back and JetFire's top...which looks like it would make JetFire the Pants, and since Optimus Prime would be on top, it would have to make his legs the arm.
And after looking at Armada Primes head...I suspect that the robot looking face thing on the box art is Optimus Prime Super Mode.
I'm calling it now...

Well, if I am wrong, I suspect that is who it is. Unless the fallen is Jetfire and Optimus merging into some new form called the Fallen, which is like some Yin/Yang character.

Interesting deduction. I was thinking the head on the Jetfire legends figure looked Optimus-ish, but didn't think of Armada Supermode.
It is quite similar now that you point it out. Could well be an homage. I'd be surprised if they actually call it Supermode though.

It looks like two SETS of eyes. I mean, it may very well be the Fallen's face, but it could just be random mechanical openings, like vents or something.
