As far as Heavy Metalocalypse War ending, if it ever did, I would think they'd shut down the HMW Forums as soon as the decision was made. With all our subforums, we suck a lot of juice from the site (not compared to the game itself, but quite a bit).
So, if you don't believe us when we say HMW isn't dead, believe the fact that the forums are still here.

I thought we'd gone back to just having the one, and that was the reason we the game has been off, as it takes down the entire site, rather than just HMW when it overloads the server, and as Ryan's off at toyfares and the like he can't manually turn it off it off if it does crash, so its off until he gets back to a situatuin where it either won't crash or ryan can baby sit it.

lets assume that both of them have 8 hours spare in which to baby sit the site, and don't have any overlap.
that still leaves the site down for 8 hours a day, a third of the day, which is kinda crap; however i doubt mkall and ryan both have 8 hours a day(as most peeps work for 8 hours a day, and sleep for 8 hour a day, and have lives) both being yanks they probably over lap too

Babysitting is pointless however as it's gotten to the point where as soon as HMW is turned on, site speed goes down. Ryan wants a fast easily accessible site (understandable) so when something is interferring with that, regardless of if he is around or not, off it goes.
