As mentioned elsewhere, the game should be back up tonight/tomorrow, but the teams were lost so it's starting from scratch with the 4 factions.

I did not see anything that specifically talked about the status of the game. After I posted I started reading each topic until I found the good news bad news one. Sorry about that

There's a thread called The Goal -- 9/30, posted by the HMW programmer...

Admitedly, it might of been slightly more obviously titled, but even so, it wouldnt have taken long to work it out...

I thought it was just a maiming for the first offense? Man things have changed since I have paid attention to these things.
