The Star Wars Toy Haul Thread

Do you collect other toys besides Transformers? Maybe you've got a Masters of the Universe collection you'd like to show off, or maybe you like Thundercats, Voltron, G.I.Joe, Power Rangers, Star Wars, Wrestling, or any of the various comic book toy lines. Please keep the discussions here to non-Transformers toy lines.

They had him at the Wal Mart around the corner from my work last week (I missed him but my friend picked him up).

Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

Got the Luke/Mara and Leia/Vader 2-packs. The ones with the Dark Woman had paint jobs so atrocious I just couldn't buy them. Also, picked up the new Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker.

I actually saw four at TRU a few weeks back. Picked one up, went back the next day for a second pne for my son and the rest were gone.

Anything other than the Legends line is impossible to find here lately and neither I nor anyone else in town, from the look of things, is interested in those. I've never had any real trouble in the past finding things where I live, so this is kinda strange.

Although I did see these. I'm still kicking myself in the ass for not picking up that one last week.

Found McChewie a while back and then realized I had no desire to own him.

Planning on getting Animated Fett when I get a chance though, to add to my army of Mandalorian Supercommandos.

Can we fellow mandos see some pics of your armies?

I have animated Fett, I haven't opened it as of yet.

I'm waiting to find another one.

I ordered mine from bbts.

It's only a repainted otc Fett any ways with a staff. Still cool though.

We're in the same boat. It's too bad that I decided to take a college class at the last minute when I last got paid. Now I have to wait another week or so to consider ordering a case of Wave 3 SW figures. I've given up on finding anything here. If it costs under $10, I don't see it. It's like the collectors / scalpers are cheapskates. Though I rarely find comics packs that don't contain Tarkin or "oops I spilled ink on me" Vader.

I officially hate any re-released figures. **** these Legends figures, Hasbro should just sell the **** online through their HTS store. I thought this year's selection would be a little better. But they're just clogging the pegs at the stores, who aren't going to bother ordering more cases of the new figures since to them they're all the same

Well... I don't really have anything else to do this evening...

And we did finally get a digicam... :-?

Edit: Not as many Mandos as Clones, but here you go (less one b/c I can't find his head) -

The black/silver/red one was one I did ages ago, that was supposed to be 'my' armor, hypothetically.

The gold and tan one that looks a lot better was my wife's interpretation of Kal Skirata.

So I stopped by Wal-mart last night, saw a crapload of figures.

Saesee Tinn, A'sharad/Dark Woman, Leia/Vader comic packs. Jedi vs Sidious batte pack and Jedi vs Sith battle pack, plus the V-wing and Tinn's Jedi starfighter.

Now if only I had the cash to pick a few of em up.

Caelus, great Mandos there :) I like the dark grey, white, & red one especially. I don't know why, it just stands out I guess. He's kind of in the middle and to the left in that picture.

WJ, I guess I'm going to have to head over to that Walmart on 54 soon. Like tonight. If that's the one you mean ;)

I don't think those pictures really do it justice, I need to just go through sometime and take pictures of all the stuff Krissy has painted for me. We have some really spectacular custom Heroclix she's made. Hopefully she's going to make a Classics Thundercracker for me sometime too.

Edit: I keep threatening to buy her a pack of Eldar Harlequins.

It comes in spells... Some of those Mandos were painted four years ago when we lived in the dorms, some were painted in our apartment last winter, along with my Vector Prime figure (which is arguably the only thing I've ever done that came out looking how I wanted it to) - seems to be something I do when we're snowed in, so hopefully the Colorado winter will motivate me to do more.

Nabbed a 3 3/4 Tie Bomber and Desert Skiff off Ebay, for reasonable prices. These are from the POF series a few years back and were store exclusives, I believe, obviously not in my area, cause I never saw them.

Always wanted them both when I was a kid. I don't think either were originally available until after I stopped collecting. I love fulfilling my childhood dreams that can be achieved by spending a little money.

That's awesome... I'm just holding out hope that the skiff will be re-released again. I hope they include a better pack-in figure, or retool it somehow (if it needs any improvement). The TIE Bomber was never released in the old line, but I'm glad it was made. I got the POTJ(?) version when it came out in Walmart... I think I had just started working there at the time. I'm debating whether or not I'll get the newest re-release, which I think will be a Target exclusive?

Recently I organized my boxes of SW vehicles. I have one box for all the Jedi Starfighters. I'm only missing the two Clone Wars ones (Anakin's and the blue one) and the green Episode 3 Anakin fighter. Thankfully the latter will be re-released this year sometime. I think the box will max out at some point, since they seem to release a fighter for every Jedi. I love that Episode 2 design more, though. And it stores easier ;)
