For me, G1. Hands down. Whatever followed adapted the concepts from G1 and simply improved it. For the animation quality, I prefer the one used in call of the Primitives. Outside the movie, this one had the best anime style rendering of the entire season 3 run.

Very true! The show it self though was pretty accepting. But needed better scripts, along with everything else, But we could be here all day if I told you the complaints I have agaisnt the UT dub :lol:

I actually like Energon better because I grew up with this series. i also grew up with RiD and Armada but from the the two, Energon was the best. Even though I didn't grow up watching G1, i still like the series so it's on my list

My line up:

1) Energon

2) RiD and Armada are tied

3) G1

Cybertron was a little childish but hey, that's what it's for.

1. Beast Wars/ Machines Tie

Beast Wars has a lighthearted feel and slightly wittier dialogue, whereas Beast Machines pulled off an arc-based storyline. Both tied into the TF mythos and developed their characters in interesting ways.

3. G1

Inconsistent writing and animation, yet the voice acting made this show. Kids everywhere cared about these characters. That legacy defined the success of the franchise.

Cybertron, Gen 1, SCRAMBLE CITY WAS funny!! beast wars season 3, energon. I really didn't pay attention in armada though

Beast Wars easily. The show started off as just another reboot to Transformers, and ended up merging in with G1 beautifully. The show was well written and the stories definitely got deeper and darker as the episodes went on. Still my favorite show besides Avatar in my life.

After that I would put Beast Machines. After that. Animated. After that, nothing.
