1st assume the Decepticons defeated the Autobots before reaching earth.
2nd any Autobot with Decepticon tendencies switched sides.
3rd after a year in hiding the TFs opt to strike down the JLA...

The listed Justice League Unlimited roster vs the G1 Decepticons (with toys) roster along with a good 10 Autobots or more..

-Do to paradox issues Galvatron and Megatron can both be present.
-Decepticons know of other DC planets like Krypton.
-JL members are at CN series strength, but DC comic IQ
-Decepticons have Galv's ship, and Meg's ship, with the Thanatos and Warworld in reserve. Also a space bridge.
-JL have the Watch Tower, Fortress of Solicitude...and the Bat-Cave. The teen titans (extended CN roster) are also in there reserve.

Objectives:
-Decepticons must concur the earth, neutralize the big 5, destroy the leagues resources, or claim an exceptional power source to fuel there constant conquest.
-JLA must force Decepticons to leave planet or critically halt their infiltration and machinations.
-Earth's destruction is not an option.

How the attack starts is up to you. Please state who lives or dies and the final outcome. How would the cons stop Superman, GL, or Flash?

Well I' glad this is the animated Justice league otherwise this would be a fight at all. I'm honestly not sure for this one. I could see it go either way. The cityformers will be a huge problem. Although I imagine Batman could drop the watch tower on one.

It depends if they can wipe out the leadership using the big 7 to bring down Megatron and Galvatron.

It also depends on how smart the Decepticon are acting. They were usually happy to ignore ignore the Autobots unless they interfered in their plans.

Well, it would be a tough fight. But the Justice League would win.

They have Amazo. The con's wouldn't be able to stop him.

Plus, since it would technically be an alien invasion, if John Stewart was smart(which in the comics, he is), he'd get back-up from OA.

Amazo isn't a JL member

atleast not in the CN series... he's a bit of a deal breaker here as the JL couldn't stop him either.

I left OA of the resource list for this reason. I admit Comic Stewart would call in for back up.

I was thinking the initially seen Decepticon strike is on 5 or so Cadumus facilities. Shockwave hacks their files on the JLA as the Con troops attempt to claim strategic buildings as small bases. There first phase is to neutralize the big 7, beginning with Superman.

I don't think Liege Maximo would really do anything.

I'm still banking behind GL. A guy who controls the most powerful weapon in the universe. With his comic knowledge, he no longer has to worry about the yellow impurity, so no weakness except for the 24 hour recharge point. Even then, with 3 Green Lanterns in the Justice League(you know they probably invited Kyle and Guy even though they're off doing GL stuff in space), plus the 7200 corps members that could be called in to fend off a threat that huge to save a sector. (I figure if JLU would have continued, as it should have, we would have seen another episode with Kyle Rayner, and probably been introduced to Guy Gardner, since we know they exist in the JLU universe, Superman having met Kyle during his series run, he probably would have gotten an invitation to the JLU, especially since he and John Stewart know each other.)

Yeah, GL would stop the Cons in their tracks. They'd be too busy focused on taking out Superman, and Wonder Woman who they'd perceive as the largest threat.

Also, I figure Amazo would be there, since near the end of JLU him and Doctor Fate, and Hawkgirl all worked together.

I'm going for Decepticons. JLA owns (Batman is best) but against Decepticons? It'd be really close.
If Superman comes up, I mean he's tough, but against a fusion cannon? and that gun Galvatron has? I'm not sure he'll last. And I'm fairly certain the Nemisis and other Decepticon ships can take the watch tower.
I'm sure this is one of the closest fights I've seen, but I'm in favor of the Decepticons.

It would be a close fight but the cons would win. I doubt the Justice league would be able to withstand the cons' attacks. How would the justice league survive against the weapons of the cons??? Superman might not be much of a threat if the cons would be able to use krypton. Greenlantern is powerful but if all cons start concentrating there fire on him, i doubt he will survive.Wonder woman is an exceptional fighter but I don't think she will be able to survive nuclear weaponry. John jones shapeshifting and the ability to become intangible is aserious threat but he can't stay intangible forever, not if his friends are being killed. Flash has great speed but the cons will just blast the area with nuclear weaponry, i doubt Flash's speed will allow him to escape the radiation. Batman's skills will help him fight the cons but it is not enough. Hawkgirl only has her powerful mace, the abilty to fly and exceptional strength, her tactic is to fly head-on to the enemy; doing that against the cons is pretty much suicide so Hawkgirl is screwed.
