I ordered mine off Ebay in April I think...hope the guy I dealt with is solid. Anyone know how long an order will exist in Ebay before it totally exits system and Paypal will not pay you back? That's what sucks about paying upfront .

"Doesn't tend to" isn't the same as "doesn't ever". It just means that they don't make a habit of using artwork from non-Japanese sources. Lambor G-2 Ver. is a notable example of such rare instances in which they do.
