Hey gang...was wondering if any of you work for a company that is hiring IT people?

I am having an really bad day...I had to get new brakes this morning, and when I got into work found out they are doing Voluntary separation...what that means is i get a bounus for quiting now...or I could lose my job after Thanksgiving...Thought it wouldnt hurt to ask around....

I don't work for PHNS but I know a bunch of people who do. They have a bunch of openings in Flint, no idea how close that is to you though.

Well it was a bad day for Michigan

It was a good day for me though.

I scored a Sgt. Stalker and an anchor tattoo variant Shipwreck along with 2 UGH Concept Chewbacca's at the Brighton Target.

I got a toyrocket.com Mortal Kombat Goro exclusive at the KB Outlet in Howell. I also got a Universe Sharkticon there. They had a couple of Universe figures left, a ton of Goro and various other goodness including the HoC keychains. Everything in the store is buy 3 get the 4th for free.

In Novi I got a DC Superheroes Nightwing, Saga Legends RA-7, R4-I9, Pit Droids (orange), Clonetrooper (green) and the Sandtrooper w/ rifle variant at Toys R Us. They had a ton more of everything except the DC figures, the only one left there was a Bruce Wayne-To-Batman.

I have not been paying close enough attention (bad Chad, bad), which of these figures are variants and which are not?

I have 3 Shipwrecks with Shark tatoo's and 3 with Anchor tatoo's? I also have 3 Yellow"y" Stalkers and 3 that look more green, and my Zartans are also all different, 3 have color change on the package and 3 do not, but all have colored faces??? I decided to look at my figures after seeing your post.

I know the Black Timber Snake Eyes I picked up was a variant, are the rest of these just minor tweeks to the paint apps and packaging or are they "real" variants? This makes my head hurt

Has anyone found the rare variant "actually good paint applications" Shipwreck yet? All 6 I have found look like Arse

Yes, OSU lost - I couldn't believe it when I read that!

I'd consider Shipwreck a real variant as I would Snakeeyes. Zartan, not so much and from what I understand Stalker was a running change.

The Joe stuff is way confusing . I wasn't going to seek out the Joe variants but I saw the Shipwreck and figured what the heck.

Apparently Firefly had a mold change in the crotch area as well.

The OSU loss was a huge surprise!! Granted the only reason they were ranked #1 was because everyone ahead of them lost and they moved up by default, but still, OUCH!!

Oh yeah, how are your Shipwrecks? All of mine have really crappy looking faces and I know TT said his wasn't that great looking either. Hopefully all of them don't look like this... he almost looks like a Hero Clix figure

Looked at a house in Canton yesterday. It needs a lot of work, but it is in a great neighborhood, off Morton-Taylor. It's within a 15min walk from Target and Borders, and is a steal for where it is located.

(Brick, 3 Bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 car garage, partially finished basement)

It's such a big decision. I worry about jumping on the first thing that I looked at, but I'd be stupid not to take an opportunity like this. I'm pretty excited at the prospect of finally having an entire building to myself...

Seriously, make sure you get a professional inspection before you sign anything. This will help find things you may not think of like how insulated the attic is, will the roof leak, etc. Make sure the basement is not prone to flooding, make sure there are no leans against the property etc. etc.

I don't want to scare you, just make sure you take a lot of things into consideration and if you make an offer, make sure it is contingent on a lot things, especially an inspection. You always need a way out in case you find something.

Course, if it's stolen, who cares, you'll just fence it right

pqp, given the market at the moment i really would shop around. i think you're going to find a lot of comparable homes perhaps with even less work that needs to be done.

well, I called jackson, adrian, new hudson and howell walmarts yesterday.. none of them have MP Starscream. most of them don't think they'll get it either. grrrr.. I hate walmart exclusives. I just called monroe and the person said they didn't have them. they also didn't go look. so either they've gotten several calls about it, or they just didn't want to check. I'm going to try monroe again tomorrow. try to get them when they might not be so busy.. we'll see.

That's not far from where I live. I can't believe how many new subs we've got around here now compared to when I first moved out here.

My MP-5's right trigger half and left hip piece broke a while back. I re-glued the trigger, but thought I'd start asking around. Does anyone know anyone with a junker they could salvage pieces off of or a good place to look for one? It's not that big a deal, but I was just thinking about it and thought I'd ask around.

Be careful on great deals Andrew. There are possible unseen things that can be covered up. It is a good market though, and the house sounds nice. What I wouldn't give for a two car garage and some more square footage.

NO new finds. I suck, and am way too busy to go searching. And Chad WTH, you have like 3 of each wave 3 joe figure? I have seen none in retail and had to Ebay to get my set....

I think Chad has bought out BBTS when it comes to 25th joes TT, I'll keep my eyes open for more wave 3 if you want me to. My buddy Dave did find one whole set of wave 3 at the Canton Target, but that's the only time I've seen them there.

I too hope to sell some stuff on Sunday.. although, I dont' have much to sell. Here's hoping someone will have Transmetal or Transmetal 2 Megatron...

grrr.. goram monroe walmart!!! they said that they MP SS are still on a pallette and they don't know where. they told me to call at the end of the week. hmmmm.. can't they just let me go to their warehouse and look??? I'll put everything back
