What makes you say that? Is it the G2 Combaticons peaking into shot? It may be nothing more than Microblaze saying 'and this is what it looks like with the G2 figures.'

Whatever the case I wish they'd hurry up and give us some more details. I really like what they're doing but remain unsure until we can see the whole picture. Not too keen on how Swindle's add-on parts appear to be a different colour from the SDCC version.

Well It looks good enough to sell me. And Im buying a G2 version if they make one. But im still getting the X-Transbots version in case they don't. 50 bucks isn't gonna make or break me. But if these guys don't do a Takara version, I might have to buy the all black X-Transbots set just for the black feet.

Hopefully word comes soon... I still need to decide whether to pull the trigger on the full set of FOC Takara Combaticons or not.

They are truly awesome. Onslaughts G1 inspired paint scheme looks great. The puke known as Vortex's color has been replaced by a beautiful shiny gold color. Brawl and Swindle look awesome in metallic too. It will really help you differentiate Swindle from TFCC Ironfist because the SDCC color is just too similar. Blast Off is very similar to the SDCC version. Im guessing he has better paint apps but have never seen any comparison photos. Providing Microblaze and X-Transbots do a Takara set and a G2 set, I plan on buying all four sets and mixing the best aspects of each set in Gestalt mode.

Thanks! That's actually pretty awesome... it really requires an intense disassembly of parts.

Makes me glad I picked up the Platinum Bruticus.

When we first got the gestalt images I fiddled with them a bit, that's about what I was expecting, so for once I'm liking the parts-forming thing!

Havent heard a word. Im going with the x transbots set for my G2 set. This fiure wont be out for at least 6 months and I dont mind spending 50 bucks to Enjoy my bruticus sooner. I can always buy this set if it ever comes out.

It seems that the image I mocked up has been doing the rounds and now some over at TFW think it is an accurate size comparison :KREMZEEK:

I know I was close, and that MBC002 adds about 1 1/2 inches height all up, but can't be sure.

Shame I couldn't be bothered posting there to correct them :WHISTLE:
