I had to rewatch the trailer after you listed that name . I thought I missed a nod or homage somewhere. Although that would be one crossover that would work really well with MOTU.

It may not be practical, but as Combiners are my favorite part of Transformers, I think the Skeleton Mutant would be cool, also perhaps a way to combine several of them into a larger version (as seen in one of the 200X episodes) would be awesome as well. Maybe Mattel can borrow some of hasbro's fossilizer concepts

Modulok and multibot beat them to it. Modulok was always pretty freaky, I liked how he mailed his parts to get inside the palace? in the mini comics. Though I've never seen an eternian mailman figure (yet...). Shame Modulok didnt get a 200X figure

I liked Modulok, never really considered him a combiner, more of a parts-former . My first memory was being disappointed in that, when the Evil Horde were first teased HE was one of the 5 black silhouettes (unfortunately i cant find that commercial). Indeed. Whereas the Gleanons and Mytes do combine. They are tiny people that fight by stacking on top of each other (usually in fours) like draughts/checkers. I tried to find a gif for it. But not many exist for NA, beyond He-Man and Skeletor. NA threw a lot of weird ideas out there. I'll show some of the concept art for the unreleased figures another time.

Now some of these were early concepts that became other characters. Some, like the glorious redesign for Skeletor, sadly never materialised. Visually, NA remains very unique within the larger MOTU mythos.

I don't find this particularly encouraging?

I watched the trailer and Mark Hamils lazy ass re use the Joker voice for every character was already dull the fifth time around but especially for skeletor. Not to mention all the non talents like Kevin Smiths daughter that will be voicing eeeeeew.

I'm waiting for the other toon despite this being very 200X looks wise.

Weird they got Oppenheimer for Moss-Man though. Granted, he is in his 90's. But if this is supposed to be a "spiritual successor", surely someone a bit closer to Filmation Skeletor's voice would be more appropriate?

The line about how the "Revelation" refers to Teela's journey, seems a bit off as well. Who watches MOTU for Teela???

I actually saw the Keldor/Kronis 2-pack in my local Target this past weekend, they had 3 of them, it looked pretty cool actually. I just wonder why... If it comes with an alternate Skeletor head for Keldor, why didn't they include a Trap-Jaw head for Kronis?

Not sure which base pieces link up to it, to add on to Grayskull but seems worth it for the price. The powercon grayskull acc pack is gonna to cause a huge dent later down the line at some point too.
