Not much of a repaint with the Teela & Zoar set (admittedly it would be a pain to scrape the green paint off green goddess) or with Eternian guard Man at Arms being toy accurate with out the mustache with extra bits as a bonus -Sharpie not included.


They might do filmation eventually, Origins pretty much interupted and cancelled Super7s TV filmation range so it depends if enough time has passed to make it worth revisiting over getting out different characters.

None of those help me as they are all US exclusives and not part of the mainline. What I want are package refresh like we have with TFs, for characters which had piss poor distribution

You will likely notice the odd shiny plastic compared to origins but she still goes really well with them. I used to have her lurking in the DC Primal Age Batcaves gate but she looks great next to the horde troopers.

She does look shiny, but the overall size and style is perfect. Plus she have a "smashing" gimmick, turning that witch into a brawler!

Where did you get it?

Ebay. It's an old Super 7 figure and you won't find it below 70$US plus shipping. I imported mine from a seller based in "Hong Kong" but the package came from France instead. I put her on my watch list for a week, then got an automated offer from the seller. My order total came out at 79.49$US shipped. Painful for the wallet, but at least I got her.

Funny you should mention that, as Shadow Weaver just randomly popped up on Kapow this week. £49.95

The second Classics figure to emerge there this year. It's a long shot they might get Optikk, so I don't have to use ebay. But I will continue to monitor their releases.

Origins roton is up for order on amazon uk (dispatched 1-2 months) £30 I think it suffers look wise from having the cog blades looking shorter but I could be wrong on that.

Origins Kol Darr up for preoorder on mattel creations tomorrow (no sign of Wundar yet so postage is going to be a bit costly just to get a Kol darr on its own).

Leach and Snout spouts packaging are definitely featuring snakemen in the art and the mini comics features a certain slime he-man and other characters with reference to Leach building a slime pit.

Sounds like it'll be a theme park in the barest of meanings. Looks like a pop up park that can be quickly torn down and moved. The fact that this is the first we've heard of it and it's expected to be finished in less than a year doesn't sound like they're putting a lot of effort into it. Castle Grayskull is just a MOTU themed laser tag arena, not an actual castle. 4,500sqft is about the size of a large house.

Ordered two Kol Darrs, might paint one gold. If not, two is fitting with the entire one whole episode he was in for a few mins haha tho there are other Michael j Stravinsky characters with out figures still waiting to be done (bring back captain power!).

I didn't even bother with trying to get Kol Darr, he'll probably get a retail version just like most of the other exclusives (is the Grayskull space suit the only figure that hasn't been released at retail in some way?). Maybe he'll come with a retooled Stridor and gold armor instead of sparkly yellow.

Yep so far, though I'd strecth to say Duplicat too just becasue it's a 'character' that has no retail version of itself, but for the price of him it's easier to get a battlecat repaint it and cast his booties out of pure silver hahaha

well I still dont know what to call motu series, 203X, 2x, nx or the better than revelations series but the new sorceress figure deco is a vast improvement other the first for it

That new MOTU series is weird, bizarre, and baffling looking.

But hat's off to it to not "sabotage" the original's legacy" like Revelations. This new one is it's own thing with it's own rules in it's own Universe like so many Transformers series.

I wonder what other aspect MOTU will take in some years?

My Targets have been clearancing MOTU pretty hard. I don't think they will be carrying any future Origins or Masterverse waves. Things are as much as 70% off right now. Pretty much all the figures are finally gone. The vehicles are still there.

Oh and that origin of Evil 2-pack with Keldor & Kronis is still present, and it's only $8.00

They might keep the new Kid targeted MOTU line, not sure though.

Walmart in the meantime hasn't made any moves yet to clearance, but their MOTU toys aren't moving either. I don't expect to see wave 9 of Origins at retail, which is sad.

almost no signs motu was even something smyths stocked with no shelf space for it at all.

There was a kid trying to get his mums attention by lifting the series sword in clearance bins saying I have the Power!!!

Bbts has preorders up but I'm waiting for uk availability. Also the series talon fighter available to order for £24 on amazon UK at the moment.

Damn, down here they cant keep them on the shelves as all the masterverse singles are scarce, the only one that is new at one of my targets is Trap Jaw and there was 7 of him yesterday morning. I just want my damn classics teela.

Although at one point I'm glad he Dan the first 3 episodes were edited together and aired as a film (supposedly as a sequel to the 1987 film). Although he says it was in the UK, I distinctively remember seeing commercials for it living in California USA. This was my very first exposure to NA.

Imagine, in 1990, my 14 year old bitter (because of moving away from all my friends) high school self, seeing He-Man (not MY He-Man) on TV with "bad animation, bad characters, bad everything", *supposedly* a tie in to the 1987 film, and thinking WTH?

I never saw that syndicated film airing, but I did watch the series each morning before school (because there was literally nothing else on).

Of course my opinion on this has softened over the years, I never wanted the toys, but had I been in the position to be able to get in on MOTU Classics from day 1, I would have purchased NA characters as they were made. I do have the series on DVD, part of the 10 volume mural that encompasses MOTU, She-Ra, NA , and 200X.

Got me a little excited hearing that Target was finally getting Trap Jaw. Checked this morning, they had none, but they did fully stock ALL of the other Deluxe sets. Faker, Tri-Clops, Savage He-Man and King Grayskull, maybe eight or so of each, three of Tri-Clops. Hopefully Trap Jaw shows up soon, I have one ordered at BBTS (finally!) but it would be cheaper at Target.

Only Masterverse I ever see at Walmart is Battlecat.

Which trap Jaw are we talking about? On my end, I'm just happy I got 2 horde guards at retail.
