Profile: Air Raid loves surprises. He prefers to suddenly streak into a cluster of Decepticons, whether they're airborne or on the ground, over shooting at them from long range. "That always sparks their wires a bit," he laughs. Of all the Aerialbots, his tactics are the most fearless, although some might call them rash and foolish. No matter- his gung-ho, wild-eyed personality legitimizes either viewpoint. At the core of his actions is one goal that drives him above all else- he wants to have fun! And no matter what he's involved in, he achieves that goal- even in the middle of a war.

Abilities: Air Raid can fly at speeds of up to Mach 2.5 and has a range of 1500 miles. He can shoot air-to-air heat-seeking missiles and, in robot mode, carries a torque rifle whose beam can apply up to 80,000 psi of rotational force to any object. Only the strongest materials can withstand warping and breaking under such pressure.

Weaknesses: His reckless behavior often leaves Air Raid exposed to greater odds than he can reasonably expect to handle.

Role-play Example

Air Raid soured over the horizon, challenging the Decepticon forces to a battle for air supremacy. Air Raid was one of the few Autobots able to match toe-to-toe with the Seekers, when it came to matters of pure speed. Dual engines provided a rushing boom as the F-15 Eagle accelerated beyond the sound barrier. Air Raid studied his avionics system, watching the display HuD for incoming aircraft while he continued his reconnaissance mission. Air Raid was flying close cover escort as Slingshot’s wingman, the combined pair proved to be the wrong combination when it came to responsibility. As the pair traveled at low altitudes, attempting to fly underneath hostile avionics.

“Hey Slingshot. I bet you an energon goodie that you can’t keep up with me!” Air Raid said in jest as he accelerated forward, threatening to take the lead from Slingshot. “You wish Air Raid.” Slingshot replied being a Gallant natured robot that he was. “Last one back to base gets to get yelled at by Silverbolt!” Air Raid exclaimed as he blasted off, reaching speeds of Mach 2 within a matter of seconds. The reckless pair of fighter planes began a race across the sky, which allowed smoke trails to trace across the sky.

Ignoring the mission they were currently given had led them to miss some key information. From the surface Skywarp and Thundercracker had noticed the pair racing across the sky. In a matter of minutes the Seekers had joined the fray as Air Raid’s avionics went off the chart. “Hey Slingshot, no need to be a sore loser! Cut it out!” Air Raid, figuring Slingshot had targeted him as a result of losing the race. “What are you talking about? I am not doing anything?” Slingshot replied. In a matter of moments Air Raid was screaming through the sky, running from a pair of missiles. “Decepticons! Where did they come from?” Air Raid exclaimed while Slingshot activated counter measures, which acted as heat-seeking decoys. The missiles erupted on the false target.

Air Raid and Slingshot managed to avoid the pair of Seekers as they descended into a valley and navigated through a series of sharp and crisp turns. “You know Slingshot we really do need to pay attention more often.” Air Raid said as they headed back to Autobot Headquarters. “Might want to leave out certain details in the report to Silverbolt.” Slingshot said, which Air Raid was inclined to agree.

Profile: Runamuck and Runabout are the Battlechargers, a nearly inseparable pair of hooligans. Runamuck in particular likes to make things explode, and loves a good wreck. He has been known to wander around junkyards, fascinated by the carnage of twisted metal and shattered glass. This only makes him want to blow more enemies into heaps of slag. He does not consider it beneath him to indulge in petty acts of vandalism, and thinks a good insult sprayed on a clean wall is a Decepticon victory.

Abilities: As a Battlecharger he'll speed up crowded highways at his 180 MPH top speed (at which he can go up to 600 miles), smashing everything in his path, without regard to his fenders, as panels of his sports-car disguises split apart to reveal weapons and ram-plates. Then he transforms into robot mode (in less than half a second) to use his prized tool of wholesale destruction - a friction rifle.

This terrible weapon does little damage, but it leaves a field around his target that enhances molecular heating from friction. With the slightest move, a catastrophic buildup of thermal energy bursts his foe asunder in a shower of burned metal fragments and smoke. The field wears off in five minutes, if the target is able to stay absolutely still for that long. Usually they just end up as a big mess. Runamuck loves a big mess.

Runamuck is also equipped with short-range rocket boosters to help him jump over obstacles, but strangely enough, he is terrified of heights.

Weaknesses: Runamuck's reckless ways often result in his transforming on ill-advised occasions. This leads to disabling injuries sometimes. He's also afraid of heights.

Sample Post: Somewhere in a dark alley.
"Slaggin' infiltration protocols. Hows a con supposed to have any fun around here?" PSSHT PSSHT PSSHT. "Another fine work of art, if I do say so myself." The wall reads DIE SLAGGIN AUTOBUTT SCUM. I can get away with a little fun without blowin' my cover. As Runamuck peels out of the alley, broadsiding a car with the earth letters POLICE on the side "This oughtta make things interesting." He heads toward the freeway, 3 patrol cars in tow.

Smash, blam, crunch, as he clears his own path. "I'll make this fun," as he veers toward the guardrail of a bridge, crashing threw "hahahahahah...slag slag slag slag slag slag!"as he plummets toward the murky depths below, transforming and attempting to fire boosters, but he's a little late. Splash. "Well, heres as good a place to hide as any."



Note- Runamuck talks with a bit of slang, and is supposed to be violent and reckless. As long as he's around someone who directs him and keeps him out of trouble he'll be fine. Also not my typical playstyle, I tend to play cold and calculating characters, so this is a bit of a challenge for me. Also his speed and stats come off his bio, but don't exactly sync up with the guidelines. Please let me know if I should leave it as originally written, or if I should raise his mph or lower his speed stat.

Profile: Cliffjumper never was one to be called patient. Courageous and eager for action, Cliffjumper always wants to be the first on the battle field. The day Megatron and the Decepticon threat became known, many Autobots were fearful and worried. Not Cliffjumper. He was ready to put those vile bots back in there place if they crossed him. This isn't to say that Cliffjumper wants the war to continue. Like his fellow Autobots, he wants nothing more than for it to cease. But, while it's still raging, giving the Decepticon's a beating is Cliffjumper's favorite pastime.

Abilities: While in his vehicle, mode Cliffjumper is a speedy, bright red, Pontiac G8. His colors often are able to draw fire from the other Autobots, towards him. This in unison with his speed makes him a valuable asset to the Autobot cause. In robot mode, he is able to fire a projectile that releases Glass Gas. This can temporarily weaken the Decepticon's metal structures, weakening them,and allowing the Autobots to get some shots in.

Weaknesses: Cliffjumper's recklessness could be the death of him. Though a loyal soldier, Cliffjumper's actions could end up in him and his fellow Autobots getting hurt. There's also the chance of the wind blowing his Glass Gas towards, him or an ally, weakening them instead of the Decepticons.

Sample Post: Cliffjumper and the Predacons

"I wish that Prime had something for us to do," proclaimed an agitated Cliffjumper, "Well, maybe we'll get a job soon." As Bumblebee prepared to reply, Cliffjumper transformed and rolled out of there. "I'll just see if there is anything on the job screen."

Suddenly, as he drove towards the computer terminal, the wall exploded, and out came Razorclaw and the Predacons! "Decepti-creeps!" All of them pulled out their weapons at once, "Uh-oh," exclaimed Cliffjumper. Transforming, he pulled out his glass gas gun, and blasted all of them with glass gas!

Unfortunately, at the last second they formed Predaking, and the gas only affected Headstrong, cracking Predaking's leg. With Predaking barely able to move, Cliffjumper easily cracked all of them.

After successfully escaping, he reached the terminal. "Calling all autobots! Calling all autobots! The preda-creeps are in the base!" Suddenly Predaking blasted through the door!

"Still got parts broken," yelled Cliffjumper! As Predaking fixed the remaining parts, Cliffjumper shot directly at Razorclaw. Splitting apart, thus, dodging the deadly ion blast, They blasted the autobot, then they escaped the room, just then the other autobots arrived. Realizing they had lost, the predacons escaped the base.

"Grrr... Can't let them escape!" Cliffjumper fainted. Cycles later he woke up. "... the... PREDACONS! Oh... They're gone... SLAG-IT!"

"I hate Predacons almost as much as normal Decepticons."

My apologies for the late reply. I hope you are still interested in playing. The profile looks very good. Just keep in mind none of the other Aerialbots are being played at the moment so you would be the lone Autobot flier. Approved, start him in Autobot HQ.

Lower his tech skill to 5. He's not known for any technical aptitude other than smashing things. I'm not sure where the bit about the rocket boosters comes from as I've checked a couple of different profiles and tech specs for him and saw no mention of them. A bit of a longer sample post would help.

I'd like to see some more characterization and character thoughts in the sample post before I can approve this. I like to see more than action in a sample post.

Profile: Cliffjumper never was one to be called patient. Courageous and eager for action, Cliffjumper always wants to be the first on the battle field. The day Megatron and the Decepticon threat became known, many Autobots were fearful and worried. Not Cliffjumper. He was ready to put those vile bots back in there place if they crossed him. This isn't to say that Cliffjumper wants the war to continue. Like his fellow Autobots, he wants nothing more than for it to cease. But, while it's still raging, giving the Decepticon's a beating is Cliffjumper's favorite pastime.

Abilities: While in his vehicle, mode Cliffjumper is a speedy, bright red, Pontiac G8. His colors often are able to draw fire from the other Autobots, towards him. This in unison with his speed makes him a valuable asset to the Autobot cause. In robot mode, he is able to fire a projectile that releases Glass Gas. This can temporarily weaken the Decepticon's metal structures, weakening them,and allowing the Autobots to get some shots in.

Weaknesses: Cliffjumper's recklessness could be the death of him. Though a loyal soldier, Cliffjumper's actions could end up in him and his fellow Autobots getting hurt. There's also the chance of the wind blowing his Glass Gas towards, him or an ally, weakening them instead of the Decepticons.

Sample Post: Cliffjumper and the Predacons

"I wish that Prime had something for us to do," proclaimed an agitated Cliffjumper, "Well, maybe we'll get a job soon." As Bumblebee prepared to reply, Cliffjumper transformed and rolled out of there. "I'll just see if there is anything on the job screen."

Suddenly, as he drove towards the computer terminal, the wall exploded, and out came Razorclaw and the Predacons! "Decepti-creeps!" All of them pulled out their weapons at once, "Uh-oh," exclaimed Cliffjumper. Transforming, he pulled out his glass gas gun!

Unfortunately, at the last second they attacked, knocking the gas gun from his servos.Then, they formed Predaking, pulling out his ion cannon, Cliffjumper blasted at Predaking's leg. "Gotcha Decepticons!" With Predaking barely able to move, Cliffjumper easily blasted all of them out of the way.

After successfully escaping, he reached the terminal. "Calling all autobots! Calling all autobots! The preda-creeps are in the base!" Suddenly Predaking blasted through the door!

Cliffjumper shot directly at Razorclaw. Splitting apart, thus, dodging the deadly ion blast, They blasted the autobot, but before they escaped the room, the other autobots arrived. Realizing they had little chance, the predacons grabbed Cliffjumper.

"Let me go, now," yelled a very agitated Cliffjumper. After pulling out a grenade, he threw it at the gargantuan's arm. "I hope this hurts you, you slag-heap!"

With his arm blown off, Predaking had to release Cliffjumper, throwing him against the autobot blocking the exit, they escaped the base.

"Grrr... Can't let them escape!" Cliffjumper fainted. a few cycles later he woke up. "... the... PREDACONS! Oh... They're gone... SLAG-IT!"

"I hate Predacons almost as much as normal Decepticons," he said to the autobot he was sitting on.

Also not my typical playstyle, I tend to play cold and calculating characters, so this is a bit of a challenge for me. Also his speed and stats come off his bio, but don't exactly sync up with the guidelines. Please let me know if I should leave it as originally written, or if I should raise his mph or lower his speed stat.


Lower his tech skill to 5. He's not known for any technical aptitude other than smashing things. I'm not sure where the bit about the rocket boosters comes from as I've checked a couple of different profiles and tech specs for him and saw no mention of them. A bit of a longer sample post would help.

Runamuck Slams on his breaks, causing the lead patrol car to rear-end him. SMASH! SKERRRRT! The Police car is in a pushing match, as Runamuck shifts into reverse. Rubbery smelling smoke fills the air as tires spin on asphalt. The other police have pulled in front of him, and texited their vehicles, unaware there is no driver, choking on the heavy smoke. "Put the vehicle in park and exit the vehicle," he's ordered. "I'd like to see that happen", he retorts.

He speeds toward the guardrail of the bridge, the police fire shots threw his rear window. Profile: Underneath Blade's aerodynamically designed steel skin beats the engine of your basic street fighter. He would much prefer using his rotor assemply to slash through a horde of Decepticons than to fly. But his function keeps him in the air most of the time, and that really fires his fuel. Not only is he prevented from engaging his enemies in hand-to-hand combat, but he can only strike at them from long-range air attack, which he considers unsporting and cowardly. "If I'm gonna destroy someone, I want his fuel spurting all over me, not the ground below," says Blades. But this doesn't preclude Blades from doing his job and doing it well, a fact of which his fellow Protectobots are deeply appreciative.

Abilities: Blades can reach speeds of up to 400 mph and has a range of 1,200 miles in helicopter form. He carries twin rocket launchers that fire armor-piercing "smart" rockets, each of which seeks its target based on a computer image encoded within it. In robot mode, he carries a photon pistol that shoots light-bursts with the equivalent brightness of 5,000 watt light bulbs, enough to temporarily blind all but those whose optical sensors are the most heavily shileded.

Realizing he was alone, Blades prepared for a final stand. Readying his weapons, Blades attacked. Starting with Swindle, he blasted and punched his way back to Autobot City. "GUYS!?!" That was when he saw his team, knocked out beside Devastator. "NO! Grrr...!" Blasting the gargantuan with his photon pistol and missles, blasting them back into the seperate Constructicons. "Now for the rest of you!" Transforming, he flew up above the Decepticons. "DIE!!!" Missiles flew into the ranks of Decepticons. Vortex flew up beside him only to be shot down again. The Predacons were blown away. The rest retreated under fire. "War is a dirty game-" "And you're a dirty player," interupted the newly revived First Aid. "Guys!" Yelled Blades, "you're a bit late for the battle."
"WE NOTICED!" They replied in unison.

Profile: The crackling sound of fused body parts short-circuiting is a sure sign of Shrapnel's work ... and is music to his audio modules, the characteristic quirk of Shrapnel’s speech, the eerie and sibilant way he repeats the last word of every sentence, is actually the least disturbing thing about him. He’s fascinated by the power of electricity, especially its effects on living subjects. He uses his amazing mastery over electricity to painfully dismantle his foes, one charred circuit at a time. In fact, whether he's scrambling microchips or shattering an armoured torso, it isthe noise of war, the scream of his victim that Shrapnel considers the true rewards of his work. He relishes these sounds much the same way an actor relishes applause. The pitiful wails resulting from his evil handiwork elicit unabashed glee in Shrapnel, whose terrifying battle cry can be heard for almost 8 miles when he gets excited. Once a simple electronics engineer creating electronic equipment suited for all sorta of transformer hardware in the beginning, Shrapnel turned his ways around and left his stagnant, boring, everyday job for that of the promise of glory and recognition that the decepticons had promised him upon entering their domain-- the gladiator pits. He had his unique ability to manipulate electricity, often downing opponents faster than the blink of a human eye. Or even becoming a momentary puppeteer, making his weaker foes bend to his will, often humiliating them. This was the start of his huge egotistical battlecry, his thirst for his victim's painful cries.. the Decepticons allowed him freedom that a normal everyday transformer could not do in the open. Over the course of time, his original hovercar mode had been forcefully replaced, to that of a fast attack jet capable of launching aerial strikes. The process itself was but a small price to pay for the Decepticon cause.

Abilities: Subject’s twin antennae are able to attract, generate and control electrical current. On their own, they can generate up to 40,000 volts of energy and can channel even more current in proper weather conditions. By careful manipulation, Subject can use his antennae to control almost all electrically powered mechanical devices. In jet mode he can fly up to 50 miles at up to 100mph. In robot mode, he can send a bolt of searing, raw, channeled electricity towards a foe through his hands. He also wields a grenade launcher that fires 30 lb steel shells. The shells explode in mid-air and shower targets with thousands of razor sharp projectiles, tearing most armor to shreds. With his high strength and electrical power, Shrapnel is physically the most dangerous Insecticon.

Weaknesses: Insulating materials, such as rubber and glass, can be used to thwart Shrapnel's electronic assaults. Also, his habit of making his presence known audibly makes him an obvious target.

In a combat setting.

He cursed these organic worlds when, he was assigned to them. Hissing internally, as the black cyberjet raced over the fetid swamp water. The internal thoughts broken suddenly as he targetting systems picked up his prey in the distance. "Excellent..Excellent." A hissing raspy chattered with its own echo.

He'd hounded this particular autobot for two of these planets days. A sudden purple blast of lazer fire erupted as his target staggered and fired back, wings tilted the off center-shot was evaded.

The clicking whirl of gears and cogs could be heard as the insecticon to be landed on his feet. His right hand crackling to life with violet electricity. "This is your one chance autobot...autobot..." A cold twisted smile spread across his metallic face. "Surrender..Surrender.." Hunger, he felt it....a craving to control..to cause pain. Lunging his right hand forward..and electrical burst leapt out slamming into the autobot.

"Shutting you down system by system....system." Glee evident in his voice as the other transformer collapsed onto his knees. "Feast on your lazer core..core.." Finally the near disabled autobot fired his weapon! A startle of suprise slipped from his audio systems. His integritiy sheild held. A small whiff of smoke rising from his chest plate.

Wild combat rage began to flow into him. Letting out a deafening shriek, that could be heard for miles, and sent wildlife within three miles of them scattering. His Grenade Launcher fire..and struck dead on. The shell exploded sending waves of razor sharp shrapnel showering over his foe, along with the explosions damage..the autobot fell.

In a non-combat setting.

"It must work...work." Shrapnel rasped, twisting a dial as a coil in the labs center began to crackle. A scream could be heard as energy began to crackle.

"If I can just...just attune the frequency ...frequency.." The echo rasp of the insecticons voice growing sharper from exictment. If it worked, he would know how to channel electric charge directly into another transformer. Strong enough to shut down systems and overload them.

"No No..no!" He shrieked as the energy around the coil began to crackle and fire blindly. His subject screamed. "All my work...work.." sneering he fled the chamber..and sealed the door..the explosion would belocalized..but his lab would be ruined.

(Sorry if they seem a bit wooden. I'll strighten them up, once I get going.)

Dump the rocket boosters. If they aren't in an official published material they aren't canon. After that he's good to go. Start him in Decepticon HQ.

Profile: Underneath Blade's aerodynamically designed steel skin beats the engine of your basic street fighter. He would much prefer using his rotor assemply to slash through a horde of Decepticons than to fly. But his function keeps him in the air most of the time, and that really fires his fuel. Not only is he prevented from engaging his enemies in hand-to-hand combat, but he can only strike at them from long-range air attack, which he considers unsporting and cowardly. "If I'm gonna destroy someone, I want his fuel spurting all over me, not the ground below," says Blades. But this doesn't preclude Blades from doing his job and doing it well, a fact of which his fellow Protectobots are deeply appreciative.

Abilities: Blades can reach speeds of up to 400 mph and has a range of 1,200 miles in helicopter form. He carries twin rocket launchers that fire armor-piercing "smart" rockets, each of which seeks its target based on a computer image encoded within it. In robot mode, he carries a photon pistol that shoots light-bursts with the equivalent brightness of 5,000 watt light bulbs, enough to temporarily blind all but those whose optical sensors are the most heavily shileded.

Sample Post: Protecting The Protectobots

Hot Spot, Blades, Groove, Streetwise, and First Aid were posted on sentry duty around Autobot City. "Protectobots, report," called Hot Spot. "Nothing so far," reported Blades, "and I think that sums it up." "I think that's a good thing," replied First Aid, "less work for me." "Yeah? Well I get less work, too," continued Blades, "and I like working, when it comes to Decepticons... but not as much with sentry duty." "Well, at least you get first crack! Decepticons attacking!" Seeing the small attack force, Blades sprang into action. "Take this," he yelled, jumping towards them and blasting them with his photon pistol. "Wait for us," commanded Hot Spot. Suddenly, the Constructicons blasted them off the wall. Surrounded by Predacons and Combaticons, Blades called out to his friends, "We need to form Defensor, NOW!" Realizing he was alone, Blades prepared for a final stand. Readying his weapons, Blades attacked. Starting with Swindle, he blasted and punched his way back to Autobot City. "GUYS!?!" That was when he saw his team, knocked out beside Devastator. "NO! Grrr...!" Blasting the gargantuan with his photon pistol and missles, blasting them back into the seperate Constructicons. "Now for the rest of you!" Transforming, he flew up above the Decepticons. "DIE!!!" Missiles flew into the ranks of Decepticons. Vortex flew up beside him only to be shot down again. The Predacons were blown away. The rest retreated under fire. "War is a dirty game-" "And you're a dirty player," interupted the newly revived First Aid. "Guys!" Yelled Blades, "you're a bit late for the battle."
"WE NOTICED!" They replied in unison.


NOTE: I made the other Protectobots talk because they are a combiner team.

Profile: The crackling sound of fused body parts short-circuiting is a sure sign of Shrapnel's work ... and is music to his audio modules, the characteristic quirk of Shrapnel’s speech, the eerie and sibilant way he repeats the last word of every sentence, is actually the least disturbing thing about him. He’s fascinated by the power of electricity, especially its effects on living subjects. He uses his amazing mastery over electricity to painfully dismantle his foes, one charred circuit at a time. In fact, whether he's scrambling microchips or shattering an armoured torso, it isthe noise of war, the scream of his victim that Shrapnel considers the true rewards of his work. He relishes these sounds much the same way an actor relishes applause. The pitiful wails resulting from his evil handiwork elicit unabashed glee in Shrapnel, whose terrifying battle cry can be heard for almost 8 miles when he gets excited. Once a simple electronics engineer creating electronic equipment suited for all sorta of transformer hardware in the beginning, Shrapnel turned his ways around and left his stagnant, boring, everyday job for that of the promise of glory and recognition that the decepticons had promised him upon entering their domain-- the gladiator pits. He had his unique ability to manipulate electricity, often downing opponents faster than the blink of a human eye. Or even becoming a momentary puppeteer, making his weaker foes bend to his will, often humiliating them. This was the start of his huge egotistical battlecry, his thirst for his victim's painful cries.. the Decepticons allowed him freedom that a normal everyday transformer could not do in the open. Over the course of time, his original hovercar mode had been forcefully replaced, to that of a fast attack jet capable of launching aerial strikes. The process itself was but a small price to pay for the Decepticon cause.

Abilities: Subject’s twin antennae are able to attract, generate and control electrical current. On their own, they can generate up to 40,000 volts of energy and can channel even more current in proper weather conditions. By careful manipulation, Subject can use his antennae to control almost all electrically powered mechanical devices. In jet mode he can fly up to 50 miles at up to 100mph. In robot mode, he can send a bolt of searing, raw, channeled electricity towards a foe through his hands. He also wields a grenade launcher that fires 30 lb steel shells. The shells explode in mid-air and shower targets with thousands of razor sharp projectiles, tearing most armor to shreds. With his high strength and electrical power, Shrapnel is physically the most dangerous Insecticon.

Weaknesses: Insulating materials, such as rubber and glass, can be used to thwart Shrapnel's electronic assaults. Also, his habit of making his presence known audibly makes him an obvious target.

In a combat setting.

He cursed these organic worlds when, he was assigned to them. Hissing internally, as the black cyberjet raced over the fetid swamp water. The internal thoughts broken suddenly as he targetting systems picked up his prey in the distance. "Excellent..Excellent." A hissing raspy chattered with its own echo.

He'd hounded this particular autobot for two of these planets days. A sudden purple blast of lazer fire erupted as his target staggered and fired back, wings tilted the off center-shot was evaded.

The clicking whirl of gears and cogs could be heard as the insecticon to be landed on his feet. His right hand crackling to life with violet electricity. "This is your one chance autobot...autobot..." A cold twisted smile spread across his metallic face. "Surrender..Surrender.." Hunger, he felt it....a craving to control..to cause pain. Lunging his right hand forward..and electrical burst leapt out slamming into the autobot.

"Shutting you down system by system....system." Glee evident in his voice as the other transformer collapsed onto his knees. "Feast on your lazer core..core.." Finally the near disabled autobot fired his weapon! A startle of suprise slipped from his audio systems. His integritiy sheild held. A small whiff of smoke rising from his chest plate.

Wild combat rage began to flow into him. Letting out a deafening shriek, that could be heard for miles, and sent wildlife within three miles of them scattering. His Grenade Launcher fire..and struck dead on. The shell exploded sending waves of razor sharp shrapnel showering over his foe, along with the explosions damage..the autobot fell.

In a non-combat setting.

"It must work...work." Shrapnel rasped, twisting a dial as a coil in the labs center began to crackle. A scream could be heard as energy began to crackle.

"If I can just...just attune the frequency ...frequency.." The echo rasp of the insecticons voice growing sharper from exictment. If it worked, he would know how to channel electric charge directly into another transformer. Strong enough to shut down systems and overload them.

"No No..no!" He shrieked as the energy around the coil began to crackle and fire blindly. His subject screamed. "All my work...work.." sneering he fled the chamber..and sealed the door..the explosion would belocalized..but his lab would be ruined.

(Sorry if they seem a bit wooden. I'll strighten them up, once I get going.)


I'm a little leery about giving a character this powerful to a brand new player, along with his alt mode not well suited to infiltration. Perhaps you could find another character you would like to play?

Profile: Runamuck and Runabout are the Battlechargers, a nearly inseparable pair of hooligans. Runamuck in particular likes to make things explode, and loves a good wreck. He has been known to wander around junkyards, fascinated by the carnage of twisted metal and shattered glass. This only makes him want to blow more enemies into heaps of slag. He does not consider it beneath him to indulge in petty acts of vandalism, and thinks a good insult sprayed on a clean wall is a Decepticon victory.

Abilities: As a Battlecharger he'll speed up crowded highways at his 180 MPH top speed (at which he can go up to 600 miles), smashing everything in his path, without regard to his fenders, as panels of his sports-car disguises split apart to reveal weapons and ram-plates. Then he transforms into robot mode (in less than half a second) to use his prized tool of wholesale destruction - a friction rifle.

This terrible weapon does little damage, but it leaves a field around his target that enhances molecular heating from friction. With the slightest move, a catastrophic buildup of thermal energy bursts his foe asunder in a shower of burned metal fragments and smoke. The field wears off in five minutes, if the target is able to stay absolutely still for that long. Usually they just end up as a big mess. Runamuck loves a big mess.

Weaknesses: Runamuck's reckless ways often result in his transforming on ill-advised occasions. This leads to disabling injuries sometimes. He's also afraid of heights.

Sample Post: Somewhere in a dark alley.
"Slaggin' infiltration protocols. Hows a con supposed to have any fun around here?" PSSHT PSSHT PSSHT. "Another fine work of art, if I do say so myself." The wall reads DIE SLAGGIN AUTOBUTT SCUM. I can get away with a little fun without blowin' my cover. As Runamuck peels out of the alley, broadsiding a car with the earth letters POLICE on the side "This oughtta make things interesting." Gunning his engine he plows onto the side walk, swerving toward those foolish enough to stay in his way. "Earthling food cart, 20 points" Runamuck thinks to himself. "These humans know nothing of driving skill."

He heads toward the freeway, 3 patrol cars in tow.

Smash, blam, crunch, as he clears his own path. The police attempt the P.I.T. maneuver to make him lose control, but to no avail. "I'll make this fun."

Ahead on a bridge

Runamuck Slams on his breaks, causing the lead patrol car to rear-end him. SMASH! SKERRRRT! The Police car is in a pushing match, as Runamuck shifts into reverse. Rubbery smelling smoke fills the air as tires spin on asphalt. The other police have pulled in front of him, and texited their vehicles, unaware there is no driver, choking on the heavy smoke. "Put the vehicle in park and exit the vehicle," he's ordered. "I'd like to see that happen", he retorts.

He speeds toward the guardrail of the bridge, the police fire shots threw his rear window. Crashing threw "hahahahahah...slag slag slag slag slag slag!" as he plummets toward the murky depths below, transforming, but his plan is a little flawed. Splash. "Well, heres as good a place to hide as any."



Note- Runamuck talks with a bit of slang, and is supposed to be violent and reckless. As long as he's around someone who directs him and keeps him out of trouble he'll be fine. Also not my typical playstyle, I tend to play cold and calculating characters, so this is a bit of a challenge for me. Also his speed and stats come off his bio, but don't exactly sync up with the guidelines. Please let me know if I should leave it as originally written, or if I should raise his mph or lower his speed stat.


Dump the rocket boosters. If they aren't in an official published material they aren't canon. After that he's good to go. Start him in Decepticon HQ.

Hi, this is my first post on these forums in a looong time. I used to browse the forums, and even played the RP a few years ago, but an IRL friend who also posted on the forums caused alot of crap, and even used my old account to start some of it. So... Enough with the past. Now for my character registration!
--Note-- As I could find no official data for her on seibertron, I had to make due with what information I could find from other websites. Some stats are guesswork, as they are not stats from official toys, and others are changed to make her feel more cannon with this story than the story she was presented in for the toy stats I found. A strength and endurance of 7 didn't make much sense, nor did a firepower of 8. I got the Circuit-Su part from these forums which said she was a practioner of it, and some things I added for flavor, like the wheels in robot mode. As she was never given an earthmode vehical, I guessed at that with a sleek sportscar with lots of curves. I got the empathy with humanity thing from her relationship with Daniel Witwicky in the movie and following series.

As such, she has gone to great lengths to connect to the population of the world to push aside the loneliness she feels. She considers herself a guru of being human. During her time on earth, she has mastered many things, from video games, the internet, and the dance floor. She has a facination with the humans constant quest to create a new persona for themselves in social settings, chatrooms, and gamerooms. She feels a certain empathy with their wish to live out a different reality from their own, one thats happier, more exciting, and less painful. This doesn't distract her from her role as a warrior. Infact, thats the only part of her life she enjoys. Many eons of training on cybertron as a practitioner of Circuit-Su have made her a worthy advisary on any field of battle. And now on earth, armed with a sleek fast sportscar body, she feels empowered on the battlefield like never before. Aside from the battlefield, she helps the autobots understand earth and it's current situations, being the most connected to the news and the culture through the internet.

Abilities: Arcee has three things that set her apart from most transformers. 1. She's female. 2. She is one of the few practitioners of Circuit-Su on earth, and having this martial arts training few know how to counter gives her an edge in melee combat. 3. She has a unique ability in robot mode due to her configuration that allows her to use two of her alt-modes tires to skate across the battlefield at impressive speeds. While she can't top off her altmodes top speed of 270mph, she can still get up to a good 80mph on a straight away this way, and she can quickly skate and manuver across a battlefield this way, out distancing her allies and enemies alike on terrain where altmodes are unadvisable. It also mixes well with her combat style, prefering to get up close and using a mix of circuit-su and her laser pistol to disable her foes while dodging their attacks quicker than they can compensate.

Weaknesses: Arcee is an upclose and personal fighter, and doesn't deal well with ranged combat, especially from airial assaults. While she can dodge presicion fire, explosive weaponry hits hard, and she isn't as well armored as some transformers to deal with it. Also, she is the most empathic towards humans amongst the autobots, and any situations where threats of violence are made against humans can test her resolve. If those threats are carried out, it angers her greatly, and she attacks without abandon, often putting herself in more harms way than she can handle.

Holomatter Avatar: Arcee's Holomatter avatar is most often seen as a punk themed girl that stands at about 5'7". She is fit and trim, with a shortcut hairstyle with long bangs being dyed pink in color. She has a tatoo of a tribal butterfly on her left wrist, and has a liking towards tight t-shirts often related to obsucre or web related humor, and baggy pants. Due to the expsensive price of Arcee's altmode on the current market, she claims she won a lawsuit against Mcdonalds. She can sometimes be found parked outside of skate parks with her holomatter avatar skating, or out streetracing.

Sample Post:
"Augh!" Arcee exclaimed as she left the meeting she had with Ironhide. "He has it out for me, I swear! You shouldn't get so attatched to these humans Arcee. This battle might not be in their favor, he says! When did he become such a pessimist?!" She continued ranting to herself like this as she left the base and headed into detroit in her altmode. She hadn't been having a good day so far. Avoiding the police after they tried to chase her down during a street race hadn't been fun. She drove by a local gaming cafe she'd become fond of and wirelessly plugged into a game of Left 4 Dead for some stress relief.

"Arcee, this is Ironhide. You're needed for a mission debriefing back at the base ASAP. We've picked up some Decepticons in Kuwait, and we need someone to scout out the situation." Arcee sighed and disconnected. Another boring re-con mission. Maybe this time she'd actually see some action and get some real stress relief. "Lets see... Kuwait kuwait kuwait... Desert, lots of oil fields, in a bad relationship with Iraq, which the U.S. is currently at war with... Lovely. They're probably trying to stir up some trouble and steal off as much oil as they can in the chaos without getting noticed."

As she got back to the base, she noticed a couple of the other Autobots getting ready aswell. Hound and Cliffjumper most noticeably. "Well this might be fun afterall" she though to herself while scoping out Hound. She always did have a thing for the rugged and quiet type. She readied her own gear, getting her laser pistol ready and grabbing a couple extra rounds of ammo and a few disruptor grenades from the weapons locker. It was always better to be safe than sorry.

"You guys ready for this shindig?" She asked her commerades, grinning at their befuddled expressions. "Right on then. Lets get this party started. It's B.Y.O.B. btw boys, and no blowing up the sunshine."

"Arcee, stop talking gibberish!" Ironhide commanded. "This mission is serious. We're picking up atleast three decepticons in the area around the Burgan Oil Field. We need you three out there to find out why. Hound, your job is to keep your team from being noticed. Arcee, you're to scout the area and gather recon. Cliffjumper, you're going as back-up incase things go bad. Now head out, and the best of luck!"

Arcee nodded and moved into the jump platform. Her circuits ached with anticipation. She really wanted to kick some decepticon tail today.

Arcee sighed and disconnected. Another boring re-con mission. Maybe this time she'd actually see some action and get some real stress relief. "Lets see... Kuwait kuwait kuwait... Desert, lots of oil fields, in a bad relationship with Iraq, which the U.S. is currently at war with... Lovely. They're probably trying to stir up some trouble and steal off as much oil as they can in the chaos without getting noticed."

As she got back to the base, she noticed a couple of the other Autobots getting ready aswell. Hound and Cliffjumper most noticeably. "Well this might be fun afterall" she though to herself while scoping out Hound. She always did have a thing for the rugged and quiet type. She readied her own gear, getting her laser pistol ready and grabbing a couple extra rounds of ammo and a few disruptor grenades from the weapons locker. It was always better to be safe than sorry.

"You guys ready for this shindig?" She asked her commerades, grinning at their befuddled expressions. "Right on then. Lets get this party started. It's B.Y.O.B. btw boys, and no blowing up the sunshine."

"Arcee, stop talking gibberish!" Ironhide commanded. "This mission is serious. We're picking up atleast three decepticons in the area around the Burgan Oil Field. We need you three out there to find out why. Hound, your job is to keep your team from being noticed. Arcee, you're to scout the area and gather recon. Cliffjumper, you're going as back-up incase things go bad. Now head out, and the best of luck!"

Arcee nodded and moved into the jump platform. Her circuits ached with anticipation. She really wanted to kick some decepticon tail today.



This app looks pretty good, just got a couple of issues with it. First just a quick stats change, bump intelligence up to 8 and melee to 9. While she can study humans from afar and maybe interact with them some via the internet there probably isn't much direct interaction with them on a friendly or social level. They are trying to stay covert. Also I think there needs to be an explanation behind that particular holoavatar. It is much more elaborate and specific than any of the other ones used by the Autobots. Finally the sample post seems a bit off from the profile. She seems a bit immature in the sample post. Maybe a new sample or a rewritten one would work. We do try to stick to G1 characterizations most of the time.

Let me say again I do like the bulk of what you have done here. I think with a few easy fixes you will be ready to go.

As a note, I'd prefer to keep the profile as is. She does interact alot with the humans, but she doesn't keep friends amongst them yet. And she see's interacting with them as they do video games. It's her escape. That also goes along with her holoavatar. She is true to the autobot cause, and would do anything ordered of her. But she does feel outcast and alone amongst them as the only fembot. As such, she expresses herself through her avatar while still being able to maintain a distance from said rebellion expressed so she can do her job as an autobot. She's also connecting with what it is to be an earth female through her avatar, taking special care and notice on personal looks. I imagine that the holoavatar can be changed by the autobot, so think of her holoavatar also an an ongoing social experiment to understand the humans, as the need to reveal oneself to them might one day be needed. It'd be better to have a broader perspective of them than just the internet, as we all saw how well that worked out in the TF movie...

Profile: Arcee feels alone on earth as one of the only if not the only female transformer. As such, she has gone to great lengths to connect to the population of the world to push aside the loneliness she feels. She considers herself a guru of being human. During her time on earth, she has mastered many things, from video games, the internet, and the dance floor. She has a facination with the humans constant quest to create a new persona for themselves in social settings, chatrooms, and gamerooms. She feels a certain empathy with their wish to live out a different reality from their own, one thats happier, more exciting, and less painful. This doesn't distract her from her role as a warrior. Infact, thats the only part of her life she enjoys. Many eons of training on cybertron as a practitioner of Circuit-Su have made her a worthy advisary on any field of battle. And now on earth, armed with a sleek fast sportscar body, she feels empowered on the battlefield like never before. Aside from the battlefield, she helps the autobots understand earth and it's current situations, being the most connected to the news and the culture through the internet.

Abilities: Arcee has three things that set her apart from most transformers. 1. She's female. 2. She is one of the few practitioners of Circuit-Su on earth, and having this martial arts training few know how to counter gives her an edge in melee combat. 3. She has a unique ability in robot mode due to her configuration that allows her to use two of her alt-modes tires to skate across the battlefield at impressive speeds. While she can't top off her altmodes top speed of 270mph, she can still get up to a good 80mph on a straight away this way, and she can quickly skate and manuver across a battlefield this way, out distancing her allies and enemies alike on terrain where altmodes are unadvisable. It also mixes well with her combat style, prefering to get up close and using a mix of circuit-su and her laser pistol to disable her foes while dodging their attacks quicker than they can compensate.

Weaknesses: Arcee is an upclose and personal fighter, and doesn't deal well with ranged combat, especially from airial assaults. While she can dodge presicion fire, explosive weaponry hits hard, and she isn't as well armored as some transformers to deal with it. Also, she is the most empathic towards humans amongst the autobots, and any situations where threats of violence are made against humans can test her resolve. If those threats are carried out, it angers her greatly, and she attacks without abandon, often putting herself in more harms way than she can handle.

Holomatter Avatar: Arcee's Holomatter avatar is most often seen as a punk themed girl that stands at about 5'7". She is fit and trim, with a shortcut hairstyle with long bangs being dyed pink in color. She has a tatoo of a tribal butterfly on her left wrist, and has a liking towards tight t-shirts often related to obsucre or web related humor, and baggy pants. Due to the expsensive price of Arcee's altmode on the current market, she claims she won a lawsuit against Mcdonalds. She can sometimes be found parked outside of skate parks with her holomatter avatar skating, or out streetracing.
