Arcee

Allegiance: Autobot.
Function: Warrior.
Alt. mode: Open Top 68 Corvette Convertible, White with Pink detailing
Weapons: Electrical Disperser Rifle, Electro Sabre.
Height: 28ft / 8.54m
Quote: “Looks are always deceiving“

Strength: 6
Intelligence: 8
Dexterity: 8
Speed: 8
Endurance: 5
Courage: 8
Firepower: 6
Accuracy: 8
Melee: 9
Tech Skill: 6
Charisma: 7
Rank: 7

Profile: Arcee is a Fembot of contradictions. Whilst kind, loyal and entirely dedicated to the well being of her friends she is also utterly merciless and entirely ruthless towards her enemies, the Decepticons. The shift in personality is seamless and, during the course of battle, can and will switch between one and the other without warning.

As an Autobot, you could not ask for a better and more trustworthy friend, as a Decepticon, at least you can be thankful for a swift death. She is not inherently malicious, nor violent, in nature, and would in fact be thankful if war ended tomorrow, but so long as the Decepticons remain hell bent of distributing their brand of genocide, Arcee is all to willing to return the favour.

During times of peace Arcee is often a morale officer within the Autobot ranks, helping those around her cope with the trials of a war torn world. Whilst understanding and often willing to listen Arcee is also extremely opinionated and isn’t afraid to state what she believes in, always offering reasons to back it up.

In the past Arcee, due to her more delicate frame in comparison to her male based counterparts, has often been underestimated and her value to the war effort easily dismissed. It is these perceptions she has, in recent years, cast off through example, and now, she never intends for her efforts to be so easily dismissed again.

Not by her colleagues and most certainly not by the Decepticons.

Abilities: Through first hand experince on the battlefield, and driven by a desire to prove herself too her larger fellow Autobots, Arcee has rounded out into an versatile Warrior. As both an accomplished Marksmen, and skilled in close combat, Arcee has forged herself into a valuable asset in any conflict.

Arcees armour is relatively light, even in comparison to the average Autobot. In trade she is exceptionally agile, enabling her avoid enemy firepower rather than absorb it. She considers this a satisfactory state of affairs; after all, it is far better than to not get shot in the first place.

As a Light Speeder Arcee can reach speeds of up too 290 MPH.

In terms of weaponry Arcee is armed with a Rifle that discharges and focused electrical bolt of energy with pin point accuracy. Also in her inventory she carries a finely crafted sabre. Whilst obviously acting as a bladed weapon the Sabre also carries an electrical charge of its own, allowing an additional extra punch against opponents with thicker armour.

Human Avatar: A young woman in her early twenties, with her blonde hair tied back in a pony tail. Her usual attire consists of a pink t-shirt, along with a denim jacket and jeans.

Weaknesses: Arcee‘s frame is relatively fragile and, if caught in a crossfire can not, and will not, sustain much damage.

Sample Post:

Tensions were high onboard. Wheeljack has a meltdown when he heard about Their leaders unfourtunate fate, and others where having varied reactions and wandering around on their own. Arcee had remained silent in the corner leaning against her console, still processing the events that had transpired before her.

It was times like this she found herself the most vulnerable, and oftentimes she found that she would lash out defensively against those who tried to comfort her. The Sadness was fleeting, but the helplessness lingered while she wondered what would become of them all now.

Kup was right as always, Starscream would no doubt be in a mad power grab that would have the world itself in flames if he had his way and with the Autobots themselves in a state of disarray what could be done to stop him.

Could Hot Rod really handle this? He seemed to think so, but she was not so sure. He was a capable enough warrior, but he didn’t have the years of experience some of the other Autobots had. Arcee turned around quietly and sat back down at her station, constantly reminding herself to keep her hands down and away from her chest, she got that way when she was thinking.

‘Soldier Up Girl’ She thought to herself ‘Grieving might be appropriate, but if there was ever a time to show just how together you can keep it, this is it.”

It wasn’t about earning brownie points, it was about being ready to hit the ground rolling as soon as they touched down. Whoever was going to be leading them from here out was going to need all the help they could get.

She placed her shimmering white hands on the lit up console and returned to work, Jerking her thoughts away from the troubles that now lay in the past and focusing on what the future may hold.

Becuase it's good for plot twists, development, and angst. It creates situations if nothing is going on and can overall add to the story, if done correctly. Anyway, here it is again.

___
Quick Strike

Allegiance: Autobots
Function: Scientist/Medic and part-time Sniper.
Alternate Modes: A black, silver, and grey Mazda Miata MX-5 Roadster.
Weapons: Main weapon: Long range sniper rifle, an EMP bomb, and a communications scrambler.
Special Abilities: Enhanced vision and enhanced radar
Height: 28ft/ 3m
Quote: “Those who have the greater will, have the greater life.”

Strength: 5
Intelligence: 9
Dexterity: 6

Courage: 3
Firepower: 7, with Sniper, everything else is a 4
Accuracy: 8
Melee: 3
Tech Skill: 8
Charisma: 4
Rank:

Profile: Quick Strike is an old, noble bot with years of front line experience and more trivia than he knows what to do with... which would be great if he wasn't a coward.

When the Great War stopped being little rebellions and officially as 'The Great War', he had been working as lead scientist in a laboratory at Iacon for well over 20 vorns under the name Impulse. Originally, he found himself neutral, wanting nothing to do the civil war; however he found himself a Decepticon prisoner and ordered to create weapons of destruction for their cause. While Impulse denied doing so at first, when faced with the deactivated bodies of his former associates who had also denied the 'Cons, he quickly agreed to create the weapons

He stayed there as a prisoner for vorns creating weapons for the Decepticons. It was only when he was freed almost 540 years later did he finally see what his labor accomplished. Horrified at all the death and destruction, he begged and pleaded to join the Autobots to try and make up for his past deeds. While was accepted quickly enough, he remained under watch by the higher ups who were afraid that he would give secrets back to the Decepticons.

It was only when a bad mission he was on went south did he prove his worth as a loyal Autobot. Somehow, not even Impulse completely remembered, he had managed to kill most of the 'Cons and got away with the Energon Reactor that the ‘Cons had created. While he himself was fairly traumatized by the event and wanted nothing more than to go back to his warm, safe labs back in Iacon. He instead found himself recruited into Special Operations under a bot called Radio Snap. Under Radio Snap, it was revealed that Impulse had actually killed all those 'bots miles away with a normal low-grade blaster and good aim. Thus, the reluctant Impulse found himself thrown into special operations as a sniper with the new designation Quick Strike.

Though really, Quick Strike didn't mind the new name, he considered it a good start to a new begining and warily embraced his new life.

However, it was soon re-reveled to his new teammates that Quick Strike was a coward. He didn't run away from all danger and he did know when he had to fight, but you wouldn't catch him volunteering for anything any time soon. As that was an important part of special ops, -after all, you couldn’t have someone reluctant on a mission, it lessened the chance of that mission being successful. - Quick Strike found that his scientific knowledge made him the most accurate, knowledgeable, and logical choice to become his teams medic.

Though, he complains routinely on how he wished that he was, once again, a full-time scientist instead of a part time medic, scientist, and, reluctant, sniper, he is perfectly content with his life. Though his team mates really wish he was braver.

Abilities: Quick Strike is a socially awkward mech, he tries to make friends, -he really does- but never really got the hang of it. While he is on friendly terms with his team mates, he tends to spend most of his free time in his labs where it's nice and quiet, and people don't bother him because they were sparing and shattered their visor again.

He is a good sniper, but prefers to stay out of the field out of fear. And considering he is the best medic that his team has, he's usually obliged. However, that means that he is charged with protecting the base if anyone, unauthorized Autobot or Decepticon, find it. Since it's a small group, special operations were never that big in the first place and the war has already cut numbers even more so, he tends to get stuck in low-level, but important jobs; such as monitor duty, communications and such. He just prefers his lab.

His sniper rifle can shoot enemies up to 20 miles away and his communications bomb can scramble relays for up to 4 cycles, while his EMP bombs last 8 kliks. Since he is weak at close combat, he is rather fast and will run away more than fight and, while his endurance will get him back to base, he usually passes out right after.

Quick Strike created both his EMP bomb, his communication scrambler, and the program for his advanced radar. While the program works rather well, his bomb and scrambler tend to die after two uses so he has to keep making more since he can't seem to make them last more than those two uses without blowing up or melting. While he can engineer somewhat, it's purely a Primus-given miracle that his radar program hadn't corrupted his processor and off lined him. He really does prefer chemistry to auto-mechanics. However, he has had his advanced optics ever since his academy days when he got his first upgrade to be a scientist.

Weaknesses: Quick Strike is fairly cowardly and while he can snipe fairly well, enough to be recruited in special ops, his major faults lay at hand to hand and close range combat. He lacks strength and tends to run when the situation goes sour. Living with Decepticons and then Special Operations mechs has made him a fair bit paranoid and it can be rather easy to dupe him in the right situations. He also tends to take certain things to seriously and literal and can over-analyze a situation to the point where the original concept is lost.

Example

Quick Strike sighed, his vents giving off a large burst of the poisonous toxin that made up Sxa'vos' atmosphere. Looking down at the rifle in his hands,'Striker felt himself connect with it as he plugged into the ports on the handle. Raising it up to his left optic, he looked through the scope at the unfortunate Decepticon who had managed to wander to close to the Special Operations main base. Squeezing the trigger, he watched the mech stutter slightly and fall backwards, another squeeze and Quick Shot stared at the body for a kilk before he idly disconnected himself from the gun with efficient ease.

One shot to the spark chamber and another to the helm where his memory banks were stored. He would offline in 3 breems if he wasn't found. Even if he was, he wouldn't know what happened and would most likely need at least a stellar cycle to be fully repaired and able to fight again.

Picking up his rifle, he placed it into subspace and transformed. Within 5 kliks he was at base. Looking around, 'Striker felt himself smile; no alarms, no screaming, nothing. Walking to his lab with a skip in his step that could almost be called jolly, he received a ping. Stopping, his smile gone in a flash, he scanned the source. Sighing, he turned on his heel to the med bay. Arriving a klik later, he stared blankly at the blank faced Componate. He was sitting on the berth the closest to the door, though how he got there was anyone's guess since his hinges and leg joints were barley connected to his body. Quick Strike didn't even ask and simply left to go grab a scanner, a scalpel, and welder, among other materials he needed. When he got back into the room, Componate had moved to the back of the berth so Quick Strike just grabbed a rag and started to clean the wound which was leaking a pleasant mix of coolant, engergon, and oil. Exhaling from his vents, he got to work.

The resident medic didn't know how Componate managed to destroy his lower legs when he was the only mech at base, but at this moment he didn't really care. Snatching his ration of energon, he shot it down in an astrosecond and turned to leave to his lab. He had 2 free cycles before he was forced to take monitor duty from Componate and all he really wanted to do was spend that time finally getting to do his original job.

When he did finally get to his lab, the first thing he did was open the door and scan the whole room. It was only when everything turned up clean, even to his scanners, did he shut and lock the door. Walking to the left corner of his lab, he activated his emergency comms. and disconnected his regular ones. Preparations done, the scientist grabbed his list from subspace and scanned down it. The green mech thought about it for a second before getting rid of the list again. Nodding to himself, he walked over to his chemical storage unit with formulas already running through his processor. He had just under 2 free cycles, and Primus help everyone if he didn't manage to complete at least one experiment.

Okay. That was a rhetorical question. The problem is it's confusing and extremely annoying.

Now on to the business at hand. I had mentioned, when I looked at this before, that he can only have ONE function. Pick between scientist, medic or sniper, he can't have all three.

If you choose to keep him as a sniper then you've used 66 stat points. With the EMP bomb and the communications scrambler you'll have to deduct the 6 stat points to account for both of them. You will also have to deduct another 4 points for the enhanced vision and 4 points for the enhanced radar.

Those deductions are subject to change if you choose to not make him a sniper.

You failed to list his top speed and range in the abilities section. I doubt a blast from one of his communications bombs would last for nearly 5 hours. Lower that down to something a bit more realistic.

He also needs a halomater avatar.

Give it another go and re-post him.

Looking to make a G-1 esque version of Blackarachnia. If that is no good, I'll just change the name and make her an unrelated female spider insecticon.

Name: Blackarachnia
Allegiance: Decepticon
Sub-group: Insecticon
Function: Warrior (Strategist)
Alt. mode: Purple Silver and BlackMechanical Spider (Cybertron)/ Purple Silver and Black Spyder Motorcycle (Earth)
Weapons: Corrosion Blasters (One on Each Arm), Bladed Arms in Alt and Robot Mods
Special Abilities: Corrosive Venom excreted from fangs and tips of legs and arms. Corrosive Venom corrodes around the initial injury eating away metal unless the Venom is removed through medical means.
Height: 25ft
Quote: “Be careful what you ask for big fella, I might just give it to you.”

Strength: 5

Intelligence: 8

Dexterity: 8

Speed: 5

Endurance: 5

Courage: 5

Firepower: 6

Accuracy: 5

Melee: 7

Tech Skill: 7

Charisma: 9

Rank: Determined by the staff.

Profile: Blackarachnia is drawn to power wherever it may be. Currently, she is drawn to Megatron and the decepticon forces. She spent most of her life as a neutral objector, preferring to not side with either side, and enjoying pouncing on unsuspecting cybertronians that would wander into the dark corners of cybertron.

After officially joining the Decepticons she found herself grouped into the subgroup of Insecticons when her superiors recognized the potential uses of her unique alternate form and Corrosive Venom. As a Female Cybertronian, she is not above using her Fembot whiles to get what she wants, in fact, she prefers it. She would rather con one of her comrades into taking on a dangerous task than do it herself any time. She especially prefers to avoid one on one confrontations when the element of surprise is not on her side. If faced with a head to head battle, she prefers to flank the enemy and get in close for the killing bite or blow.

That is not to say she is a coward. When forced to do things herself she can be a deadly foe. She spends most of her time in combat in her Alternate form. Her multiple legs and elongated body make her difficult to hit, and it is even more difficult for an enemy in melee to avoid the Toxin her sharp edges exude.

As far as Decepticons go she can be described as “Caring”. She quickly forms preference for allies, and views them as not only preferable, but necessary to avoid direct conflict with other. To Blackarachnia, It is better to be surrounded by fools on your side, then across from fools who want you dead.

Abilities: She has fangs and sharp piercing edges at the end of each of her legs that allow her to deliver her Corrosive Venom to a target. She is an average shot with her Corrosive Blasters, but is deadly accurate in Melee combat. Her ability to persuade not only allies, but enemies, is one of her greatest assets. Through conventional means, and power of personality, she has been known to fool even the most guarded autobots into giving her what she wants, sometimes even more than once.

The combination of persuasion and deadly melee abilities makes her a formidable enemy, typically using her charisma to distract, and venom to make the kill. Like many insecticons she is capable of recharging her energy by consuming metal (weather from machines, or other cybertronians) and admittedly has a preference for ‘Faces’.

Her Avatar, for when she has the misfortune of ending up where she needs one, is an short haired Asian 20-30 year old in a tight black riding suit with a Purple streak in her hair.

Weaknesses: Her frame is smaller and thus more fragile than some decepticons, and her lack of firepower is easily exploitable for those who are packing heavy artillery.

Sample Post:
Arachnia kicked a half-finished autobot arm to the side. It clanked into a pile of junk metal stacked in the corner of Blackarachnia’s quarters. She was getting cabin fever, it had been weeks since she had had the rush of her usual ‘hide and seek’ ops against the Autobots. To be honest she could scarcely remember what they were doing out here on this ship.

“Another slaggind cycle goes by.” She grumbled to herself “Not even ‘bot pieces are doing the trick now.”

Much like her arachnid form, Arachnia had been mostly solitary since her acquisition by the Decepticons. She thought many of them were afraid, or at least too timid, to speak to a fembot who had been getting her kicks eating the heads off of Autobot stragglers.

That was all really more of a hobby though. Sure she liked the odd ‘bot piece now and again, but when appeased she could be just as normal as the next ‘con. Maybe it was time to go out and ‘make some friends’. Mingling among the ever paranoid Decepticons would be no walk in the park, but with her curves and swagger, she was sure she could manage something.

“Ok boys…” she said with a grin that showed off her elongated fangs “Here I come.”

With her most feminine hip sway showing off her impressive spider abdomen following behind her, and the most innocent of smiles she headed out into the rest of the ship to find something or someone to take her mind off the boredom of space travel. At least until there was more Autobots to be scrapped that is.

I assume you will want this character on Earth since that is where the majority of the game will be taking place shortly. In that case the motorcycle alternate form would probably be better. In that case portions of her will have to be reworked. Either way she should not be able to inject venom from all of her limbs in either mode as that seems a bit overpowered. It might also be better to remove the insecticon parts, as spiders aren't really insects and she would be set apart from the rest. Most Decepticons likely looks down on the Insecticons anyway due to their odd nature so it might fit better with her personality not to be associated with them. Rework the bits I mentioned and let me know if you want her on Earth or not and we can take another look at it. :D

Profile: Although Doublecross has above-average skills at his actual job, no one seems to realize that he is inflicted with a serious cranial glitch. His alternate mode was designed to allow each of his heads to process input individually to maximize efficiency, but an unexpected side effect of this was the development of a split personality that now carries over even when the Monsterbot is in robot mode. Fellow Autobots are never sure “which” Doublecross they’re making a deal with, and there is no guarantee that the other personality will honor or even remember it as the dual identities seldom agree on anything. Many haven’t even noticed this defect yet and just assume the two-headed Monsterbot is inherently untrustworthy. These problems don’t impede the ferocity and savage nature that Doublecross exhibits as a warrior, however.

Abilities: Subject transforms into a winged two-headed dragon mode that can fly 80 miles per hour for over 800 miles. Each head in this mode has razor-sharp teeth and a fusion-generated flamethrower. In robot mode, subject wields a rust-ray rifle that corrodes enemy armor until it disintegrates. He is highly fuel-efficient but physically the weakest of the Monsterbots.

Weaknesses: Subject’s split personality causes minor and major mishaps. Although he’s a fierce fighter, his lack of physical strength makes him vulnerable to an aggressive counterattack.

Sample Post:

Approaching Mount Melanos

The two Sweeps flew in low over the rocky terrain searching for any signs of their Autobot prey. The trail had gone cold on the ground and thus the expert trackers took to the skies in the hopes of getting a better vantage point in locating their quarry. The Autobots had fled their old base, but surely they had a back-up somewhere. It was only a matter of time before the minions of Scourge found it. Then they would be justly rewarded for their efforts.

However, high above the Sweeps’ position, a monstrous two-headed creature emerged from the dark clouds and peered down at the pair of white and blue trackers. Doublecross was the most unique of his Monsterbot brethren as he was literally of two minds about everything and seldom did they ever agree with one another. “We should destroy them both at the same time,” the right head suggested as the left head let out a groan. “No, no. We should attack one of them first and make him crash into his buddy. That would be pretty funny!”

“Are you dense? That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard! You want to risk it not working and allow the second one to retaliate or worse, call for back-up and bring more ‘Cons closer to our new headquarters,” the right head replied with a snort.

“It’s not as dumb as some of your ideas!” The left head growled back defiantly.

“Whatever. Let’s just destroy both ‘Cons before they realize we’re here. Okay?”

“Fine, spoil sport! We’ll do it your way....again!”

Having come to somewhat of an agreement, Doublecross swooped down from above until he was directly behind the Sweeps. Before the trackers even realized that they were the ones now being stalked, the two-headed dragon unleashed a simultaneous pair of fireballs from each mouth that quickly enveloped both of Scourge’s soldiers. The Sweeps screamed in agony as they lost altitude and plummeted to the ground below, exploding into a thousand pieces of fiery scrap metal upon impact.

“Now, that’s how it’s done,” the right head remarked, happily. "No witnesses and no chance that they could radio any of their tracker buddies."

“Still would’ve been funnier to see one crash into the other, but we had to do it the boring way,” the left side grunted.

“At least their sparks are extinguished. Now, let’s get back inside and see what our comrades are up to."

"Who cares? We should just stay up here and keep a look out. It's not like we'll run out of fuel anytime soon."

"Regardless, we've been up here long enough. Let's go before someone spots us."

"Yes, sir, bossbot! Whatever you say!" The left head spouted out with a heavy tone of sarcasm as Doublecross finally made his decent towards Mount Melanos. He landed swiftly near a side entrance and immediately returned to robot mode. After the appropriate access codes were executed, the Monsterbot entered the base and began looking for his two compatriots.

Dexterity: 6
Speed: 2
Endurance: 8
Courage: 9
Firepower: 6
Accuracy: 6
Melee: 7

Make those changes and put him back up and I'll approve him.

Profile: Even though Angelsky was born Decepticon, she can't stand using violence and pure destruction in everything they do. She is a very curious young femme and with that said, her curiousity has led her on a search for the truth and to hopefully put a stop to the war. Angelsky is a loyal follower, but can sometimes question her leader's abilities. She also works with Soundwave in the communications area, but doesn't go out to fight unless needed. She's not scared of battle, she just can't stand violence. All she can do now is watch and wait for the perfect time to sneak away from the watchful optics of Soundwave and find a way to stop this war.

Abilities: Angelsky transforms into a sleek Cybertronian fighter jet. She is stronger than most femmes, but never wants to use her strength for violence. instead she uses it for helping around on the base. She is a very intelligent femme and this has always proven a great trait for her to have. Sometimes, Angelsky helps in the med bay by, fixing the 'bots that come in, keeping the place organized, and cleaning it for the CMO.

Weaknesses: Angelsky's curiousity is major weakness. it has gotten her into trouble many times. Another weakness is her kindness. Everyone likes it, but her faction's leader can sometimes hate it for reasons only known to them. Her final weakness is her questioning of her leader's leadership. It has also gotten her in trouble severely many times before.

Sample Post:

The young femme seeker sat on the edge of a small cliffside near the battle. She could hear the yells, the cries and screams of pain, She couldn't stand it. Angelsky wished that she could change this, but it was nearly impossible when she was being watched almost all the time. She sighed and placed her head in her servos when suddenly, she felt a servo on her shoulder. She looked up to see Hook who had Energon leaking all over him.

The sight was saddening to Angesky, but before she had time to say anything Hook looked at her questioningly.

"Hey, I saw you from down there", he indicated, pointing to the battle, "We need your help, so why don't we head back to the base and get ready for the army to return?".

Angelsky nodded and got up before slowly following Hook back, but not before she snuck a side-glance back at the battle and hung her helm low in sadness.

Charisma: 8

Rank: Determined by the staff.

Profile: Honor-bound and deadly, Roadbuster is a charasmatic fighter. He is a natural leader but he tends to be shy. However in the field of battle he will terminate any target no matter the cost.

Originally a miner he became acquainted with a worker known as D-16 very well. At the beginning of D-16's revolution, Roadbuster supported him. However as the violence escalated to the death of Sentinel Prime, Roadbuster realized that Megatron was corrupted. He joined an elite task force of Autobots called the Wreckers, to put him down. As a member of the Wreckers, Roadbuster participated in many important battles including the defense of Iacon, the Siege of Kaon, the Battle of Cluster 967, and The Battle of Polyhex.
At one battle he killed a Autobot spy working for the Decepticons earning him a Medal of Honor.

Abilities: A very strong warrior, Roadbuster has several plates of armor, and a plethora of weaponry. He uses to X12 Scrapmakers primarily, preferring to dual wield them, inflicting both physical and psychological damage on his foes. He is an expert at demolition, so another of his weapons is a large amount of energon grenades, which are generally found strapped to his torso. His remaining two weapons include a mace and a rocket launcher.

Weaknesses: A weakness of Roadbuster is his tendency to charge in and murder every Decepticon. He sometimes ends up injuring himself and other teammates. Another of his weaknesses is the fact that he cares for his teammates to much sometimes compromising the mission.

Sample Post: Roadbuster stood in an outpost in Uraya. It was A territory under siege from many sides. It was known to some Cybertronians as death to be posted there. However Roadbuster liked this planet just fine.

"Unknown Cybertronians approaching!!" A voice rang over the com. "Not known if friend or foe so remain on guard." Roadbuster did not care. He had fought many battles and he was off duty so this didn't apply to him.

Suddenly the fortress burst into flames. Roadbuster reacted by heading to the armory. Upon arriving he realized somebody took his weapons. The only thing left of his was his pack of energon grenades. "At least they didn't take my grenades," he muttered. Grabbing a Sonic-burst rifle he said, "Alright, it's showtime," transformed into vehicle mode and charged into a wave of Decepticon troops.

There are a few problems with this one. First I would say the name doesn't really work well, particularly for a Decepticon. For the stats you used more then the allotment of 70 so you will need to adjust them accordingly. She wouldn't really have been 'born' a Decepticon as none of them were born, none of them were even built as Decepticons. Everyone chose a a side for one reason or another, so her history would have to be modified. Her working with Soundwave would need to be worked out with me as I currently play Soundwave. I think you would be better off avoiding the Communications Officer bit as Soundwave is a bit of a loner, his minions not included. As for strength she isn't particularly stronger then anyone else, a strength of 5 is pretty average. Make these changes and we'll take another look at it.

While it is possible to play a Decepticon who is more against the war its a bit of a fine line to walk, especially if her feelings are well known. You might want to tone down her anti-war sentiment a bit, although this isn't a requirement, just a recommendation.

The profile doesn't really resemble the canon character of Roadbuster, from stats, to weapons to quote. The sample post is also not up to the standards of the game.

Profile: Flash Bang is not your largest soldier on the battlefield. He is only 12 feet tall, and although his size can be of a disadvantage most of the time, he has learnt to work with it. His primary coloration is grey, yet he still has white and gold colours upon him. Flash Bang is constantly thrown into the face of danger, whether purposely of accidentally, he will fight until his spark is extinguished. However; he is a master of staying undetected, and is well-suited to spy missions. Flash Bang hates decepticons, and he has a good reason why. Because of his small size, he is often pinpointed as an easy target, which really frustrates him.

Flash has good endurance. He is quite tough, and can take a high amount of damage for quite a while before being too weak to continue. Flash has a tendency to be the first to volunteer for a mission, as he has notable courage, which assists him greatly when on dangerous missions. Aerial maneuverability is one of his skills, and can perform difficult maneuvers, such as corkscrewing and barrel rolling. Flash enjoys company, and likes making friends, especially bots that share his point of view. Flash likes to compete, and enjoys a race with his ally autobots.

Abilities: Flash Bang is actually quite powerful for a bot his size. He can pack quite a punch, though not literally, as he fails at close-combat. However; wide-range attacks is his speciality. Lock-on missiles are one of his best, but he can throw a flash grenade with good aim though his drop technique still needs work. Flash Bang is extremely fast, and can reach speeds higher than Mach 3, which allows him to escape earth's velocity, and fly in space. Flash Bang has shoulder-mounted lazer blasters, which in his jet mode, are concealed until he needs them.

Weaknesses: His size is definitely a problem for him, as well as his physical combat. Flash is also easily confused by advanced technical objects, and has little knowledge on humans.

Sample Post:

Air rippled around Flash as he powered through the sky at a rocketing speed. He couldn’t be bothered to check his speed, but still knew he was going pretty damn fast. Concentrating on the area around him, he spotted the clouds ahead. Slowing down, he dipped below them, a smart move from his experiences. Clouds could seriously clog his visual receptors, and if they were full of moisture, he was certain to rust, which could then ruin his joints, something Flash hated. Slowing himself down, he observed the new view. No more were the green paddocks and dirt roads, for they had been replaced with the boring, dull colors of the city.

Planning on what to do, Flash bang uncertainly swung in wide circles as he scanned the populous city for a place to land. Deciding on a large apartment building, he nose-dived downwards, gathering speed as he went. Suddenly hitting the brakes, Flash abruptly changed his direction, and shut off power, allowing himself to hang for a moment, before starting to fall downwards. At this point, he was obscured, and when he was low enough, transformed. He landed safely on his feet, absorbing the impact by allowing himself to go into a squat, one arm out for balance.

Satisfied with himself, Flash Bang scanned a small area of the city, checking for decepticon activity. None registered, but he spotted a strange object from the coner of his eye. Spinning around, the small autobot’s reflexes allowed him to quickly activate his lazer blasters, pointing them at the thing. To his embarrassment, a very surprised cat stood frozen with fear, eyes wide and staring at the autobot. Flash’s shoulders sagged, and he let out an exasperated sigh. ”So I’m registering earth creatures as deceptifreaks now eh? Jeez, talk about being jumpy.” A chuckle brought the cat to it’s senses, and it scampered away, fur bristling, to Flash bang’s surprise.

Profile: Silverbolt is scared of heights. It is this one trait, above all else, that determines the rest of his behavior. He projects the image of a brave, grimly determined warrior, befitting his role as Aerialbot Commander. In truth, he is just that. But it is a constant struggle for him to maintain this persona, to never falter or show any sign of emotional weakness to those he leads. Helped by the sleek, aerodynamic jet form that makes him appear to be a natural-born flyer, Silverbolt knows that everything about him belies even a hint of the existence of his phobia. And, in fact, no one is aware he has this problem, except Optimus Prime. It is for that reason the Autobot Commander selected Silverbolt to lead the Aerialbots; Optimus figured if Silverbolt felt responsible for the welfare of others, he'd have less time to worry about himself. Given that Silverbolt is an excellent leader, Optimus was right.

Abilities: In jet mode, Silverbolt’s top speed is Mach 1.9 for a maximum range of 4,500 miles consuming the least amount of fuel. Underside is an electrostatic battery that can store random electrons during flight, which he can release as a giant bolt of 150,000 volts of electricity. In robot mode, Silverbolt’s electrostatic discharger rifle has the same capabilities. One of the few Autobots who can fly as a robot.

Holomatter Avatar: Arrayed in military pilot uniform, Silverbolt's avatar displays a young, well-kept man with a serious expression worn on his face.

Weaknesses: As long as Silverbolt is busy leading or fighting, he's fine, but when he's simply flying, particularly by himself, his fear of heights begins to manifest itself. The effect can be devastating; he might start flying wildly, go into a tailspin or even crash.

Sample Post:

Nothing was going right with his plan to that point. It wasn‘t like he wanted them to do something they weren’t capable of. “Maintain formation. Fireflight, you’re drifting again. Slingshot ease off the throttle or you’ll burn off Air Raid’s nosecone.”

Fireflight immediately corrected his positioning and offered his apologies causing Silverbolt to proverbially shake his head. He liked the young mech, he definitely had potential so long as he didn’t get the others killed. This was one of the simplest things to do, fly in a simple V formation to blend in better with the human fliers. Now, several weeks into their training, Silverbolt was beginning to wonder if he’d been the right choice to lead the Aerialbots. Being the first line against the Decepticon Seekers was bad enough, but to do so with their conflicting personalities would get more than just themselves killed.

“Relax, it’s not like we don’t know what we’re doing.”

Ah, the sound of the team’s braggart rang in Silverbolt’s audio receptors. “Not that I don’t doubt you Slingshot, but so far I haven’t seen proof to the contrary.” Was being leader really worth this?

“Give it a rest Slingshot and let’s get this right.” Silverbolt smiled at his second in command for being the first besides himself to realize the importance of their exercises.

“Fine, lead the way fearless leader.”

With what he hoped was his final attempt to finish their maneuvers for the day Silverbolt banked to the left. “Attack pattern Delta.” To his surprise and delight the rest performed the move flawlessly which left him as the only one to make a mistake. Out of habit for flying low he allowed himself to drop slightly compared to the rest and took his due ribbing in stride. He wasn’t above the same critism he leveled on the other and to him, it seemed to bring them closer together.

Alright, to begin if he is not a part of a sub group you can just eliminate it from your application. You need to pick only one function. He's either a soldier or a scout, but he can't be both. His height is a big problem. A standard seeker is 31ft, where the standard height of the average Aerialbot is ~24ft. You'll need to adjust his height to somewhere around 28ft or so.Next, his speed cannot be 10. Lower it and the speed that you've mentioned in his abilities section. You mentioned in his abilities section that he's "quite powerful for a bot his size", this statement is in total contradiction to his strength stat. With a stat of 3 he'd barely be able to take on Bumblebee. You might want to rework that stat so it makes more sense. He also needs a holomatter avatar.

Rework him and then repost him so I can have another look at him.

Alright, first of all I'd like to apologize for only getting to your repost now.

Now to work...I'm still not comfortable with his strength. I'd like you to take a point from one of the other stats, you're choice, and add it to his strength; that will pull him up to average. The rest looks fine.

Once you make that change consider him approved just remember to post the profile up in the Fanmade Profiles thread

[From the Personal Datatracks of Grapple, Autobot Architect]
I must say that I have nothing but the highest level of respect for Hoist. He was one of the best construction engineers in the business on Cybertron, and his assistance made some of my greatest work possible. But what I admire most isn't his technical skill; its his positivity and strength in the face of adversity. When the war broke out, Hoist easily shifted his thorough attention from commercial engineering to aiding the Autobot resistance- all because he believed their cause was just. Through it all, he has maintained his cheerful, upbeat disposition. Although Hoist doesn't usually fight on the front lines, his exacting maintenance schedule keeps the Autobot warriors functioning at peak efficiency. He knows that everyone has to be in prime condition to win the war, so he accepts no excuse for missing a regular check-up. He also accepted no excuses for my initial complacency about the war. I credit Hoist's bravery and conviction with opening my optic sensors fo the evil of the Decepticons. I am proud to call him my friend.

Abilities:
Hoist is skilled in engineering and construction, and has become an expert in performing diagnostics on Transformer physiology. His painstaking attention to detail during exams ensures that he'll find any potential problem an Autobot might have. His head-mounted, multi-function full-spectrum scanner can determine the composition, density, tensile strength, and energy level of a target at a range of up to 1,200 yards. In vehicle form, Hoist can pull wounded Autobots of other cargo weighing up to 40,000 lbs. As a robot, he's terribly strong and can fire laser blasts from his optional wrist-mounted cannon. He can also launch missiles with a range of 4.5 miles from his wrist sockets.

Weaknesses:
Sadly, Hoist is very slow in his vehicle mode and has poor fuel efficiency.

Mess Hall
Hoist walked into a mostly empty room, which made his just that much easier. He knew the mech he was looking for didn't care much for routine maintenance, but Hoist wouldn't hear anything of it. Finally he noticed his next patient, keeping to himself at the far corner, drink in hand.

"Ah, there you are.", the maintenance specialist cheerfully called out as he walked over, "I can certainly appreciate the need for a good drink, but I don't think you'll find one here, ha ha."

"Ugh, not now...." the large Autobot mumbled, just before he gulped down some more energy, "Just leave me alone..."

"Now, now, I told you last deca-cycle that you had a scheduled checkup.", Hoist replied, keeping his usual upbeat tone, "You're already a breem late, and I won't wait another astrosecond. Come now, let's get up and out to the repair bay!"

"Nnnnga," the large, obviously over-energized Autobot managed to blurt out, though exactly what he was trying to say wasn't clear, "Uh, I'm... I'm perfectly fine, okay? Just go sl-slag off, got it!"

He slammed his drink on the table in defiance. He clearly had no intention of leaving his seat. Hoist had always had trouble getting this mech to cooperate, he was one of those tough-as-nails types who always insisted there was nothing wrong. Being over-energized didn't make things any easier. This mech was stubborn, but when it came to making sure every Autobot was fully functional, Hoist could be even more stubborn.

"So, you're perfectly fine, you say?" Hoist asked rhetorically, "Why don't I find out for myself."

Getting up closer to his patient, Hoist activated the scanner just above his head. Within a few astroseconds he had an analysis of his patient, which systems were in full working condition, which needed minor repairs, and even a couple that needed a complete overhaul. Hoist wasn't letting this one get away.

"Tsk, tsk, you really have been going heavy on the energy, haven't you?" Hoist shook his head, "30% of your fuel lines need to be replaced, and your energy absorbers badly corroded from over-energization. You need some serious repair work, and I'm not taking no for an answer!"

As the Autobot was about to deny Hoist's diagnosis, he suddenly flopped down onto the table, having drunk himself into stasis lock.

"Well", Hoist sighed as he bent down to pick up his patient, "At least you won't be fighting me about it anymore, ha ha."

PROFILE: [The following is a 3rd party account of the arrival of Vindicator by Cybertron Newscaster Lightstream – incarcerated for crimes of treason through a developed extremist view – subsequently terminated]
Vindicator was once a mining mechanoid, toiling deep below the surface of Cybertron to extract the hidden seams of Energon that the population required on a day to day occurrence. It was the very same mine that he worked alongside a young Cybertronian by the name of Megatron, and the very same mine that was the last to be shutdown and fully automated by the Autobot council. Like many of the other miners, Vindicator was angered when his very livelihood was taken away from him, and soon he found himself amidst a riot as Autobot Enforcers descended on the rioting miners with lethal force.

In the midst of the throng of angry and redundant miners who, by now, had nothing to lose, Vindicator was the only stationary mech amongst the other brawling Cybertronian’s as he stood head and shoulders over the majority of the other rioters. He watched absently as a few enforcers were taken down, mining tools stained bright purple and black with energon and other coolant fluids, until the security forces turned in his direction. He watched one of his only friends fall at his feet, his cranial unit staved in by an energon baton.

It spurned Vindicator to take the first life of many as his large fist smashed into the enforcer’s face, before both hands enveloped the soldier’s cranial unit, squeezing until there were the tell tale signs of a crushed cranium in his hands. A maddening scream had filled the assembly area as Vindicator snapped and went on a rampage.

Picking up two large energon mining hammers, the large Cybertronian swung left and right with the mining equipment, smashing enforcers and brawlers alike as he cut a lethal swathe through the ensemble of angry and brawling Cybertronian Enforcers and Miners alike. Moments passed to what seemed like Vorns until there was a loud bang. The bang caused the riot to stop, and at the same time, Vindicator stopped.

I can still remember the giant mechanoid falling, pole-axed by the Enforcer shock poles. It took about seven of them to bring down the enraged miner, and as many of them to move him onto a grav-lift to take him to the detention centre. It was interesting to say the least as it was twice as hard trying to get to actually talk to the giant Cybertronian as he was heavily guarded.

In subsequent periods, after his release, Vindicator was rumoured to be showing up in some underground fighting pits, each time he would either mangle his opponent to the point of grievous injury, or completely maul the unfortunate to the point of being off-lined. The tale of the giant would come and go and would then resurface when there was a big tournament held – and the final appearance was at a sinister underground tournament and one that was the key to the most brutal chapter in the history of our race.

This writer can only surmise that the Cybertronian called Vindicator, now Decepticon, is a force to be reckoned with as he is used repeatedly in siege warfare and also where the fighting is the thickest, seen wading through the battlefield, swinging with precision with his large energon hammers or either remaining still, cutting down opponents with his large arm mounted shredder cannons.

Hopefully he is not around long, for I fear that this soldier – an asset in any hands – is destruction personified. A monster of the battlefield and only the Autobot Hierarchy are to blame for his transformation from pacifist miner to battle-hardened, brutal killer. I can only hope that the end will come soon, for I do not wish to face him in battle, and I feel regret for those who have, and for those who will soon.

ABILITIES:
Robot Flight Mode: Allows Vindicator to attain a flight speed of 150mph
Vulcan Shredder Bolters: The Vulcan Shredder Bolter’s are a series of five barrelled cannons that were originally designed as high powered mining tools. The weapon itself fires multiple rounds of hardened, explosive tipped cybertonium. The weapons were originally called Penta-Cannons, but earned the more brutal name for the amount of carnage that the weapons caused.
Shoulder Mounted Plasma Mortar Cannon: A large shoulder mounted cannon that fire mortar sized plasma missiles that are designed to decimate buildings and emplacements. The weapon itself is large and when used, lets the enemy know that the user means business.
Megaton Pattern Energon ‘Thunder’ Hammer: This monstrous two-handed weapon glows with a hint of red energon against the black metal of its construction, giving it a cold and sinister feel. The energon builds up inside the head of the hammer until the head starts to crackle with barely contained energy. Upon impact, the weapon discharges the stored energy from its conductor cell into whatever it hits, filling the air with a thunderous bang.

WEAKNESSES:
Cumbersome:
Vindicator, for all his controlled strikes and fluid movement, is a heavily armoured Decepticon, and as such is not very nimble when it comes to fast paced combat. This gives his opponents the edge in combat as they are more likely to move faster than he, and is more likely to be slow to defend and counter strike.

Move or Shoot: Vindicator is a siege machine, and his choice of weaponry reflects this. Vindicator can fire one of his Shredder cannons whist lumbering forwards, but when using both weapons at once, Vindicator cannot move. Whilst this turns him into a gun platform – it also allows the enemy to utilise more long range specialty weapons such as snipers or use close quarters fighting.

This handicap also extends to the large plasma mortar that takes over both shoulders to fire. The weapon demands that its user is stationary when firing the powerful weapon, as the shells must be loaded slowly with the automatic loader that is mounted on Vindicators back.

Vindicator cannot use any other weapons when he fires the Plasma Mortar, as all available power/targeting systems have to support the siege cannon’s vicious recoil.

Standing Tall: Conveyed more of strength than a weakness, but when using the Plasma Mortar, Vindicator’s armour plating extends and opens. This alters the width and height in some cases as parts of the siege Decepticon dig deep into the surface of where he is standing to ensure that he doesn’t fall over through the recoil of the shot. The other reason for his armour opening is to vent the heat from his systems. This exposes the more fragile internal systems and a well placed shot could cripple and place Vindicator into stasis lock or worse.

SAMPLE POST:

Vindicator stood with his arms folded over his massive chest. He stood, towering like a monarch over the console as the smaller Decepticon sat and frantically keyed in the co-ordinates on the navigation panel of the ship. The bridge commander was busy in his ready room, and that left the massive siege specialist in charge of the full goings on – or incompetence – of the small cruiser. There was a war going on down on the planet below them, and thanks to a jealous ranking officer, Vindicator was stuck on watchdog patrol, combing the skies for any Autobot ships or fliers.

“If you don’t work faster and harder Meddox, you’ll be pulling your face out of the hull of this ship!” Vindicator growled as his amber optics blazed with suppressed fury at being posted in nowhere.

The smaller ‘con gingerly replied as he worked frantically to fix the navigational error that landed them on the far side of Cybertron, and away from the action above and on the planet. He was afraid that it wouldn’t be the massive foot, or the slab like hands that would blast him for his idiocy, but the massive hammer that swung back and forth from Vindicator’s back.

“y...y...yes...Commander Vindicator Sir...I..I’ll do my best...”

Vindicator growled angrily and unfolded his arms, his hands clenching into fists at the inexperience of the ship’s operator. He took a step forwards and hoisted the smaller con from his seat, rag-dolling the greenhorn around and into the wall of the bridge.

“I am not as benevolent as your absent commander Meddox! Do not take my presence on this ship to be a good sign!” He pushed the smaller con hard against the ship, the wall beginning to groan under the repeated slamming of the smaller Decepticon. There was a whimper of pain coming from the semi prone form of the rookie navigator as Vindicator discarded him like an oily rag.

There was a panicked shout as the commander of the small battle cruiser came thundering onto the bridge, and upon seeing the sight that met him, he went for his melee weapon, and he cried for his men to join him in suppressing the massive Decepticon. A thunderous shout quelled the other crew of the cruiser as Vindicator hefted his hammer, the edges of the weapon beginning to glow that sinister red, as the power began to course through the haft and into the head of the killing device.

“Time to see who the true leader of this ship is commander!” Vindicator snarled as he took up his stance, his amber optics blazing brightly as he watched the tardy captain attempt to fence with his own sabre.

“Not on my ship Vindicator!” the captain began “Megatron will hear of this treachery and...”

“And nothing!” the behemoth snarled “...Megatron already knows of your failure to keep this cruiser aboard the hotspot between Cybertron and Space Station Zeta!”

There was an icy silence before the goading words sparked the fight, the entire bridge crew stopping to watch the ensuing melee. Off to one side a femme con attended to the bruised rookie Meddox. It was as if the entire ship was watching the unexpected fight break out on the bridge.

“You’re pre-occupied with femme-whores and narcotics to notice the slightest thing! You don’t deserve to wear the insignia of our proud legion!”

The ship’s captain let out a scream of anger and lunged forwards, attempting to plunge the sabre into Vindicator. But the larger con was ready for the tactic, for Vindicator side-stepped the pathetic thrust and then swung his massive hammer around. The captain didn’t know what hit him, for there was a bright flash, and what could have been thunder as the head of the hammer struck the captain’s side, sending shockwaves of agony through his entire frame as only a portion of its energy was discharged.

The pain was so great that the captain dropped his sabre to the deck, and his optics flickered rapidly as energon shot from his open mouth, the look of shock on his faceplate as he was soon hurtled towards the centre of the bridge. Vindicator followed through and slammed the hapless Decepticon down. The force was greater than was expected as the already weakened torso of the former captain was cracked and bent.

Energon was leaking from the fractures in the captain’s body as he tried to crawl away from the monstrosity that was Vindicator.

“P...please....no...no...no more....” the Decepticon pleaded.

“Mercy is for weak sparks and empty cranial units!” Vindicator growled at the wounded Decepticon as he adjusted his grip on the haft of the hammer, swinging the killing tool above his head as he then thundered it down – the built up energy fully discharging into the weakened captain, smashing his chest into a pulp as energon, lubricants and sparks were the last of his lifeforce. Vindicator crouched down and pulled the shattered spark core casing from the dead Decepticon and held it up in victory. He turned to the bridge crew and snarled loudly.

“Let this be an example to all who decide to fail and deviate from the path of glory and righteousness!”

He threw the remnant of the former captain down onto the floor of the bridge as he took the captains chair.

“We re-plot our course and rendezvous with Station Zeta and then report to Megatron!”

“And what of the former captain?” another Decepticon piped up “we can’t just say he’s a casualty of war!”

Vindicator’s optics glowed with a vicious humour as he glared right at the Decepticon who spoke up – obviously one with bigger lugnuts than the rest of this pathetic crew.

“War destroys everything....” Vindicator began to laugh “...Destruction by War is Necessary!”

I really liked reading this app. It did take me a while to get through it, but that was only because I was watching The Big Bang Theory at the same time.

Anywho, I'm gonna go ahead and approve him, just lower his height down to 35ft. Also, we spoke about putting him on the Thanatos...as I said earlier he'll have to start out on he Ultraxand then eventually he can move to the Thanatos.

Denied. Try following the rules and the application template and give it another shot.
