I like where it's going, I'm more a fan of the alts than the bot forms..but they are different enough from everything else that's been put out that I'll most likely buy a few or 15.

I like the swerve he has on sale too, why a chevy aveo though, I have no idea.

So... very... dim...

Couldn't you have increased the saturation a bit? (j/k - it looks better this way.)

I personally love the look of all of all the figures so far. I'm looking forward to Voyager Prime more then the deluxe, but that's just me.

Bumblebee looks terrific! It captures the spunky, playful feel of the character. He's a Beetle-like car with some zip, and he looks like such a living rendition of a cartoon character in 'bot mode.

Prime also looks good for a toy that size. The mainline Prime toy will probably be bigger, so this might be a Cybertronian mode or some such, comparable to Movie Preview Prime. If they don't offer another TF:A Prime (and of course they will), I'd feel fine getting this one.

I got mixed feelings. I think for the most part they are just too childish looking for me to be interested in them. I will try to get cyclonus and wheelie because they are the best versions of them there have been but I'm not impressed with any of the others. The faces are downright stupid in my opinion.

I take it you're talking about the Jizaitoys Cyclonus and Wheelie, right? 'Cause if there are animated Cyclonus and Wheelie figures scheduled for release I'm going to do a little happy dance.

Cool. I like these.

Although Prime's alt mode is a little lacking, but not bad for a deluxe.

Well I have to pickup another bumblebee! :P I need this to continue my bumblebee collection, prime looks alright, not feeling how you can see the arms in alt mode, he reminds me of classics prime because it looks like he has a wind vane on top.

the earth prime is a voyager size and as delux prime isnt that much shorter than classic prime heres hoping that earth prime is just a bit BIGGER than the classics prime!!

the prototype pics of earth prime shows a very impressive toy, by any standard (ignore its even prime for now) that is a decent looking robot toy.

I fully agree.

I can't speak for Reanimate28, but I can speak for me.

1.) They're bloated.
2.) They're too bright.
3.) Too colorful.
4.) Too kiddified.
5.) Too goofy.

On the flipside, they *are* show accurate and do a nice job of bringing the characters to reality. Not to mention, it *is* aimed at kids, so they did right in that as well.

The show's worth watching. The toys (at least to me) are a total write off, but hey, you win some and you lose some.

Enjoy folks.

dude... I always enjoy reading your posts, you have a great way of being neutral in your disatisfaction of a particular product..Kudos...

on the flip side, i'm kinda digging the figures and think prime is a nice Altmode, granted he's not perfect, but he's go a cool sleek look and it reminds me of the altmode for Transtech.. that said..

this one is gonna be da Bomb!!

Well thank you, I try. Although, I'll admit, there are times when it's hard not to just go wrecking through any given thread and say "This sucks!" and leave it at that. Heh.

And if I had to choose between the Deluxe or Voyager (and was forced to buy either one, at gunpoint, with the fate of the world in my hands...) the Voyager would be an automatic buy. While it's no better looking in my book, it's larger and far more intricate than the Deluxe. I'm gonna call him Mr. Foldup because that's about what he does.

Whoopity doo, Hasbro...whoopity doo, indeed.

....ouch. That's...that's a terrible comparison. Thanks a whole lot. You suck!

And for that, plenty of this for you:

These things make me feel ashamed & embarrassed to call myself a Transformers fan. :-(

It's hard to believe anybody seriously likes these.

Looks like I'm gonna have to change my "motto", they're not all awesome anymore! Hasbro & Cartoon Network just dropped a friggin bomb on that one.

Apparently you forget that children are the main focus of toylines, not us. Hasbro and Takara/Tomy take care of us just fine, but children are their target audience, not us.

And yes, children are Transfans too.

They will like these. They will buy these. They will enjoy these.

Again, I say, the fandom is completely selfish and constantly thinks "Me, me, me" (this includes children, but we can't hold them accountable, they don't know any better. The adults however, no friggin' excuse.)
