Stop derailing the thread guys...

On Topic:

These toys are seriously cool. Honestly, that has to be one of the neatest looking Prime's they've made, and that Bumblebee is by far the best one they've ever made from the looks of it. It even looks better than Classics Bumblebee.

Lmao, very true. Don't you love scrolling down through 10 quotes just to see they've added, "Yeah me too!" or something at the bottom of all those quotes? Or when you get like 4 people all quoting each other and it ends up being an entire page that really only had like 4 sentences and a mountainous pile of quotes?

Gotta love it. I figured it was just the way things are done here. Funny to see someone else mention it though. Or when one post has 8 quotes in it, a 4 word reply, then the signature has another 5 quotes in it. You'll scroll all the way down your screen 3 times just to get past one single post. :P

but back on topic. Bumblebee is a must get. Prime I think I'll be passing on.

No biggie, I don't think it was directed at you. There's a handful of people that do it all the time, it's more an observation of that.

Very impressive. The poseability looks just remarkable. I can't wait for these figs :-)
It finally happened. The Chicago Cubs won the World Series. Yes, I cried.

hopefully not. the same could be said for the thin struts that hold movie jazz's arms to his torso but they (so far) seem very strong.

Optimus Prime should never remind you of DreadWing. :-(

I'm not a fan of ball joints either, when i first saw them in BW they seemed to somehow make the figures 'cheaper', ball joints however are so useful that there's just no way thye weren't going to be incorporated into the line at some point.(i think i just liked the ratchet joints of G1, click, click seems so much more solid!)

thats what i thought, however if you look at the shot of BB next to classic BB (and assuming that all classics BB''s are the same colour) you will see that classic BB's colour is quite different than his real colour, judging by that shot the real colour of animation BB is a deeper and more orange yellow, the shots seems to fade the colour and make the yellow more 'green'.

I don't like the fact that optimus has a mouth. What is the point? It looks nothing like prime. The movie has set a bad precedence.

Bumble bee looks pretty good. He has a lot of G1 attributes, like the little horns and the feet.

I like that he does have a mouth. Why not? Other bots do, why can't he?

It looks a lot like Optimus Prime's from every continuity and has a lot of attributes of previous Primes'.

The movie did a good thing by giving Prime a mouth when not in battle. Thanks movie, for making Optimus Prime better.

Prime Looks kind of interesting. As interesting as he looked the first tme we saw him back at Botcon. Bumbblebee, still not impressed. don't like the vehicle mode, don't like the robot mode. Never liked the character.

But I don't think they suck, I think they have their appeal.

As for Prime, he's had Deluxe versions in most lines. He was a Deluxe in Armada, he was a deluxe in Energon. The PowerLinx version could combine with other deluxes. He was a Deluxe in Cybertron, same mold as the Armada one.

The Only time he wasn't a deluxe was in R.I.D. Heck he was even a deluxe in Classics.

But I think I'll pass on him. I'll probably just buy the Voyager version with the face plate and better alt mode.

As for the colors, seeing as this is a prototype, I'd guess that won't be the final coloring for the figure.

So where are the Blitzwing prototypes I want to see those, not more pics of the same protos we've already seen. Over and Over again.

Prime is ok. I like the Truck mode. Bumblbee would be good but that head is so crappy. The bot mode looks ok but it just that head.

echoing an earlier post, if you don't like these toys, GREAT! Please don't buy any so that there are plenty for me!

These pics make it clear to me. This line is a reward for all the fans who had to force themselves to accept the movie line.

BTW, I still can't get over the fact that lazer beak turns into a guitar!

if they make the predacons this style, they will completely rock a fat ass (when mighty horse rocks he rocks a fat ass)

Wow, people are insane to bid that much on them. Whats the big deal, whoa you have them a few months before mass release, whippy!

Not bad, probably a pass unless the cartoon moves me to think otherwise.

I like the way you think there!! and the fact that you mentioned Predacons, now that's given me an idea..

I wonder if there will ever be a Predaking or gestalts in the animated line??

I like these two figures. I personally think the show is gonna suck. Some of the new animated figures are cool. Some of the figures, like Bulkhead, are just plain dumb and are gonna be shelf fillers.
