We got more official pictures coming out of Amazon.com. This round of updates is about wave 5 of Beast Hunters Cyberverse Legion figures. We've got new images of Rot Gut, Bluestreak, Ace Vehicon and Divebomb. These are all redecos of previously released legion figures.

Rot Gut looks awesome, and I dig the name too. I probably won't bother with the rest of these, but the Ace Vehicon looks a little better here.

It's really sad that Hasbro wouldn't release Deluxe Air Vehicons and Deluxe Ace Vehicons, but at least we get them in Legion size. Talk about getting the short end of the stick. I couldn't agree more with the one member that refers to Hasbro as Hasblow.

Now if they'd just release a renamed/repainted Hun-Grrr and a renamed/repainted Twinstrike (Sinnertwin) so I can create another combiner.

I just wish his blaster wasn't so very RED. That's an AUTOBOT color!

Still, I'll be picking up three of those buggers.

Well, as someone who generally believes the majority of the Decepticons are the good guys in the conflict... I don't disagree with your statement.

Rot Gut is simply divine in all his snotty ogre glory! I think I may get him, even though I don't generally buy repaints. Interesting how he's got two distinct eyes instead of the single visor his mold-mate Blight had.

Divebomb's hands are even more obvious than Cutthroat's (or whoever his name is) was. I also wish his face and eyes were a different color, to further differentiate him from Cutthroat/whoever.

I hope we see new character repaints out of Sinnertwinstrike (Doublecross is the obvious choice) and Hun-Gurrr. I'd love to see new Predacon molds (Laserback and Ripclaw, particularly) but I imagine it's too late for that.

A bit odd how Cons generally have red eyes while the Bots have blue, then.

Check the Prime Cyberverse line. In the initial waves, each of the Legion scale figures had either a red weapon for Autobots or a purple weapon for Decepticons.

In addition to this, throughout the Aligned continuity, the generic troops for Autobots have tended to be red, and the generic Decepticons have tended to be purple.

Hence why I associated red with the Autobots.

since i cant find the normal air vehicon ill probably pick up ace, actually i think ill just skip the normal air vehicon and wait for ace cause he looks awesome.

Not liking the colours on either Rot Gut or Divebomb.

Rot Gut reminds me of the Green Guy from MTMTE. The "It's raining Autobots" bit. I like this.

Unless we get a HunGrr repaint as Doublecross, Divebomb is loosing his Autobot logos. And possiby being redubbed Ravenous...

I really want to get in on some Vehicons, but I can't do it. Even saw the jet vehicon...

Rot Gut looks toxic, and I love that. Divebomb....using a Predacon name for an Autobot seems like a reversal of the trend of using bot/con names for Preds. Not that I mind. I love his color scheme, and I hope he keeps his painted hands on the final release.
Also, Rot Gut makes Blight the most used Legion Predacon mold.
Blight mold: 5 uses. Blight (single), Blight (Abominus), Blight (Preds Rising 2 pack), Rot Gut, and Burara
Rippersnapper mold: 4 uses. Rippersnapper (single), Rippersnapper (Abominus), Cindersaur (Preds Rising 2 pack), and Jurara
Windrazor mold: 4 uses. Windrazor (single), Windrazor (Abominus), Divembomb, Barara
Twinstrike mold: 3 uses. Twinstrike (single), Twinstrike (Abominus), Garara
Hun-Gurrr mold: 3 uses. Hun-Gurrr (single), Hun-Gurrr (Abominus), Dorara

We need redecos of Twinstrike and Hun-Gurrr so we can make 3 complete Abominuses (and Goradora, with one Blight standing solo) and have more mix and match possibilities.

Swoop has been called Divebomb a few different times times in G1 media.
