If you think about it, its near impossible for Megatron and Prime to be brothers in the human sense of the term.

Since all transformers were born by the power of the AllSpark it means they are all brother/sisters of sorts.

Do you have a link to that? I'd like to read what they'd planned, even though they didn't actually do it. Also, does anyone have a link to the final script? There are a lot of things the Decepticons say that I can't understand, and the captioning doesn't list what they say.

No, unfortunately. It was something that was being passed around about a year before the movie came out. I have no clue where you'ld go to find it now.
