Individual Year-book Style Photo Gallery
Hello everyone,
I got an idea shortly after reading the final script. I thought that since we could never get everyone involved in the project together at one time in the same place; maybe we could make a photo gallery of everyone (like a high school yearbook). I mean, have everyone involved in the Transtopians project take a photo of themselves and send it to someone on the team (more than likely either Ra88 or Josh) so that we could have it placed in one of the issues so that everyone can see just who was invloved in this great project instead of a bunch of online (impersonal) names. I think that would be sweet.
Maybe underneath each person we could write their name (first and/or last depending upon that person's wishes) and their online name in quotes below that.
Tell me what you guys think. I really hope someone likes this idea (not many of my ideas get far). Thank you very much,

Cute. ST:TNG is so cool, I think Data was the coolest character ever...
But back to topic

We should definitely make a credits page detailing all the people involved in the comic including their real names and screen names plus his work for the project: character creator, etc.
The rest of the people can be named in the "thanks" section.
I don't think the photos are really needed, they would take a lot of space and whoever wants to show a pic of himself already can do it in the Who's who topic in the newbies forum.

*hears the sound of Iskander bursting my bubble*
I guess that's O.K. then. But we really do need our real names included I think.

That might be neat. I always thought TFM's sig was cool.

Regarding the eyes: As far as I understand it, it looks like we're going with random colours (whatever the creator thinks looks best), but I'd like to make sure. I personally agree with 4H on this; Jackhammer's got a red eye, but Piledriver wouldn't look right with blue, since that's what most of the rest of him is - he currently has a gold optic.
Have we got a definitive decision yet?

I think we are going with this:
Ra88 wrote:How about going for the "Transtopians-Yellow optics" idea with only the Machines having the honor to choose their own optic-colors? Then it could tick them off that the Reformers are defying this 'tradition' by choosing what color they want as well.
And that means that you can use whatever color you want, but if you are working on an unaligned civilian Transtopian you have to make the eyes yellow. Nobody's working on a civilian that I know, so the yellow eyes thing is mostly for the comic.

Hi, I'm back...
*hears booing and recieves a beating from thrown fruit*
...just wanted to say that I think I'm going to paint Scere's eyes yellow (I mean he's not a Reformer or Machine soldier, and even though for a period of time he was a Reformer; he went back to his old color upon his mental breakdown.
What do you guys think?

Ok, I'm running into a bit of a unique situation here finishing up Mechanica's paintscheme. Are there ANY other medic characters? Because I'm finding myself having to designing a few 'Medic exclusive' traits/items that seem like they would need to be "Established" or universal on this world, if that makes any sense. Had to design a Medic symbol that was identifiable as a medic, but not similar to anything from either earth or cybertron (Such as a red cross or something). I also had to decide on a make shift "Siren Light" color. Something that when you see coming, you know it's an emergency vehicle from a mile away. Again, wanting to stray as far from earth and cybertron, I made the siren bright neon green. It seems like these "medic" exclusive items should be somewhat universal in this world, so I wanna make sure you guys in charge throw in your two cents about this. if you have a better idea or something you want to do to make it more 'universally friendly' lemme know...
Here are the symbols I came up with (And am currently using unless told otherwise) While the wrench and bolt one makes more sense, for some reason I like the wrench and screw one better. *shrugs*

Even though the story is based on another planet, you haveto keep the reader in mind. Red is the universal color for stop or emergency as far as I know. Green would be too confusing even if you explained it in my opinion. The yellow could work cause it and orange are colors for yields and warning signs. I'd go with red or one of those if you really want to have the character be identifiable as a medic to a general audience.

Like to know Isk's oppinion on this as well before I finialize anything but after reading the advice, i went with a bright, almost neon yellow and it looks really good on the figure, so i think i'll go with that. As for the logo, as I said, I'm partial to the screw one, but if you guys like the bolt one better, thats fine.

Alright, this is a general discussion forum, so I wanted to let everyone know that I'm in the midst of moving. I won't be done moving until at least mid-August, so my updates on my toys will be sparing at best (more like non-existent).
When I get into my new home I'm going to set up a "professional" kitbashing area with the proper lighting and utilities so I can make real good figures
.
Just wanted to let you all know...

Just had an idea for "X". I know Josh was asked to design him, but if he doesn't have time for that, we could create a "contest", in which we ask non-project members to design him/her/it. The best one (as voted by us) will get into the comic, and it's creator will get an entry in the credit pages. How about it?

mmm...sounds good, but I think it'd be cool if someone like Acid Wing designs him/her, he has told us he wants to be in the project more than one time, but he can't kitbash, also we all know he's a great designer. What do you think?

Hey that's even cooler, are they already in contact about it?

Nope, not yet. Just peeked back at the project and found about this. I'm willing to work with Josh as long as he wishes to do so.

Awesome. I be honored to work with colormaster, Josh.

So should I discuss the specifics with you via pm, devart, or aim?
