But I did notice today (12.18.2022) that many of the wave 1 Velocitron figures now seem to be on SALE. Leader Scourge figures are $39, while Voyager Overdrive and Hauler are going for $25. It appears to be only if you order them online, so check it out: https://www.walmart.com/search?q=velocitron
The minions have also noted that some Walmarts are putting some Legacy Deluxe figures on sale for $17 clearance. Keep an eye out for them near YOUR realms, wherever those might be!

Not just online, that same $39 price for Scourge was found in stores too
DeathReviews wrote:Were you intrigued by that Crossover Megatron/HISS Tank figure, but thought it simply cost too much? Well, Amazon has it on sale now with an 11% discount!

I'm still not getting it, just because it looks so ungainly. But hey, if a slightly lower price is enough to spur you to action, then now's your chance!

They're also throwing in vintage Iguanas!

Get yours, if you're worried they might sell out quickly!
Iguanus at least is Premium only
Emerje wrote:If you want Iguanus and have a Premium membership this is the way to get him since Walmart brought the price up to $28.

It's still only for premium accounts?

No, but the shipping will be free.

It's a numbers game with Pulse. Most of the time, they sell for the current market/retail price without any 'discounts', unless they slip you a promo/gift code (and it's been a while since they did that!). But premium membership does come with free shipping. If you only order a couple figures a year through Pulse, then a premium membership probably would not be worthwhile, because membership comes with an annual fee. You just need to be sure that you would be ordering enough figures through them to make it worth the price of admission.
You also get early alerts, but those aren't worth much these days. For example, early alerts were given for exclusives like Velocitron Cosmos. But he still sold out within seconds, and only a tiny fraction of 'premium' members could get one. It's been listed as sold out ever since, and they've never re-stocked, which has premium members frustrated along with everybody else. Most folks prefer to live without premium membership and just take their chances in stores to find the figures they want.

If you are in the US, I've done the math for you. Premium membership is $50 and stardard shipping from Pulse on most figures is about $7. So if you order more than 7 figures in a year from Pulse, then a Premium membership is worth it.

You monster!
The minions were hassling the 'customer support' people at Walmart and they say Cosmos is indeed 'out of stock'. But their website takes 24 hours to update, so instead of showing Cosmos as being out of stock, it's just not letting anything happen when you try to 'buy now', or 'add to cart'. I guess that means at some time very early tomorrow, Cosmos will show as being out of stock on the walmart website, or once again disappear completely.
Though the support people did give the rigamarole about contacting the suppliers, and their 'item stock department' to get more of them, and promised Cosmos would be restocked. But these people frequently make promises they have no power to keep. If what people are saying on these forums is correct, Walmart can't just get more Cosmos figures by themselves. They have to buy a 'case' of figures with all the other Velocitron deluxes in it, just to get ONE copy of Cosmos. And they won't do that, because it would mean stuffing their shelves with more copies of other Velocitron figures like Blurr, which aren't selling at all. So they will never be 'out' of the other Velocitron deluxes to the point that they will buy another case, with or without Cosmos in it.
Bah, curses, boo hiss and fie!

Wish they would. The walmart website has had it up all day, and the entire day it's been showing over 250 people looking at the page, and over 200 people having it in their carts. That ought to be a tip-off even to THEM that they seriously underestimated the demand...

Add a couple more zeros then they might take notice.
