Yes, on that day we all learned that while Counterpunch is a douche, he is not the only one... Hasbro executives actually make up 97% of the douche community... Me & C.P. make up the remaining 3% :P

mega lol, yes, if i ever send something to hasbro, its gonna be a bomb

Oh, let me help, I'll pay postage!

You'd better give them a ring.

Q to the F to the T.

That is complete bullshit. They oculd have at least given you Legends BB or yoy money back.

I'd send you mine but, ah, considering how rare he now is, I don't see him in your future....ever.
Sucks, but you never trust Hasbro. Especially in Canada.
Well, hope you get your BB back, until then, I'm one in for the bomb idea.
As for hasbro,

oh, and, Hasbro (Of CANADA)

Sorry for your loss. Cutting loss is another way of winning too. If your figure is broken beyond repair, sell it as parts on eBay and grab a few bucks back, rather than spending extra postage sending it to Hasbro-Neverland.

Other ideas better than sending it back to Hasbro (some j/k)?
1) Super glue fix and treat it as posed statue (non-transforming)
2) Create battle damaged BB
3) Salvage usable parts for other customizing projects
4) Give it to your pet dog as chew toy
5) Bury it in your backyard

Cheer up bro!

You know what I did?

Glue-gunned that sucker. Won't burn the plastic like super glue, and if you do it right, the plastic won't melt like you think it would. It was a bit hard and took about a half-hour to finally do it right, but it's stayed tight for over a month with transforming.

i did the same thing, and the effects were the same, which ment i had to send it back

Wait... the effects were the same, and you sent it back? The effects of mine were that it still works and has stayed glued.

That really is a sucky replacement figure.

It would be different if you had have received a Deluxe size figure, but only a Legends class? If you were in Australia, I would suggest lodging a complaint with the ACCC, but I think Hasbro would have themselves covered very well legally.

But at least now you now never to trust Hasbro with doing the right thing by the people that help make the company successful.

Weapon: Jawbreaker Cannon
When I was a little kid (as opposed to the big kid I am now. :? ) I saved and scrimpt Robot-points to get myself some sweet Omnibots.

Sent them in to Hasbro and got nothing.

From then on, I dedicated my life to spending copious amounts of money on their products, just to teach them a lesson. :-x

Why in the world would you go through all the trouble of sending something back to Hasbro when you could have just return it to the store to exchange it or get a full refund!?

Dang man. I'm sorry for you.

Looks like you've joined the crusade against Hasbro then!

If the world were to end next week, I'd drive an 18-wheeler into the side of Hasbro UK HQ, and go in and steal all their stuff.

I'd do it now, but I don't wanna get nicked for illegal driving :P

Imagine if you had sent an alt Mirage back to be replaced

I would quite literally go on a massive homicide.

It could have been easily exchanged at Wal-Mart without a receipt, as long as you kept the packaging.

Hey Blaster, I'll do it now XD
Get me an 18 wheeler, give me directions to the HQ & make sure theres an ejector seat on that truck!
But knowing my luck I'd end up running over the Transformer designers & the world would no longer have new Transformers toys, & then all of Seibertron would hate me, then I'd have nothing to do on the internet..... Come to think of it I'll just let you do the driving.....
