Got Death's Head from Hasbro Pulse Thursday.
This morning at Dollar Tree I found these little (like 2") bean shaped Transformer plushes. They only had Optimus and Bumblebee (big surprise) along with a bunch of superheroes. Grabbed a Prime.

Today is my B-Day and the family got me the Go-Bots set!
I like them more than expected. Especially the tank in those "normal" colors.
Plus, the looseness of "Cosmos" have been fixed.

I can't believe I have this in my possession now. I have wanted the yellow RID Prime for a long time. I had the legends version as a kid, so I always wanted the big one.
It is only missing the left shoulder pad and a missile (message if you have them please). Chrome and tires are in great shape too!
Got some other fun stuff from the lot too. Ended up splitting the lot cost with a friend, so they were a very good price

For reasons, I had the desire to get that oddball BW2 Galvatron.
100% complete with box and papers.
The dragon is daff.

The driller is daffier.

And the bot is the daffiest, especially with his huge hand-held claws thing.

But if the claws are set this way, it looks cool.

This thing is pretty bizarre but it's very nice.

And mistransformed. The thighs go all the way into the tank treads, so that they don't just hang off the back of the legs. This allows the dragon to stand upright like G1 Grimlock.-Kanrabat- wrote:The dragon is daff.

Not "misstransformed." It's just a matter of posing. Plus the instructions are not the clearest.
The dragon will still be daff though, even in the right position.

Because I got the 4 WM exclusives Legacy deluxes, might as well get the voyager, Ferak. I got lucky because I bought the last one that was at Walmart.ca (for now.)
He's better than I expected. Also, I just posed him straight out of the box, forgetting to extend the legs.

From Walmart, I got the Legacy "leader" trio.
And from eBay, I won a MIB DOTM Leader Sentinel Prime for... 1$CAN.
Add the (maybe overcharged) shipping and the taxes, and the total was just a few bucks greater than a full priced deluxe!
I regretted selling my original some years ago. Having it back in hand after all this time gave me a nostalgia rush. Nostalgia... from a MOVIE toy. Woah... This time around, I will keep the box.

That massive beast for $1?!
very nice.
I sold mine about 5 years ago as well, because I got into collecting all the SS leader characters, but I kinda regret it. This Sentinel was a hefty boy and even if the transformation was a pain, his truck mode was pretty good. He paired up well with RoTF leader Optimus.

Scale-wize DOTM Leader Sentinel Prime may almost be MPM size.
Plus I wanted to redo that challenging yet satisfying transformation.
The main two reasons no one else bid may be because of the high shipping cost (40$CAN) and the fact that the entire listing except for the title was in French.

But that's just a guess.

It really annoys me that we never got a large DOTM Megatron to go with the other 3 Leader Megatrons we got for the other movies (I'm fine without a big Galvatron

YEah, a shame that they never made a Leader Megatron at the time. I bet it could have been better than the current Studio Series. The way they did Sentinel Prime at the time is evidence.
Speaking of Sentinel, I really love the size, the complex transformation, and the LIGHTS AND SOUNDS of that big old leader. Granted, the thing was the "same price" as the current day leader at 80$CAN... in 2011. Meaning it would be 109$CAN today! I bet that if it would ever be reissued, it would cost at the bare minimum almost like a Commander class.
BTW, I had fun figuring his transformation again, panel massage and all.
One of my 3 cats approves.

My Walmart put a display in for TFOne finally (still nothing on the shelves). Finally got a Prime Changers Bumblebee. They had the exclusive Quint as well, but for some reason those are $5 more. Oddly enough the display had no spot for Sentinel and AT (Prime, Bee and the Quint had their own two figure wide pocket on the display), otherwise I would have grabbed Sentinel, too.
Also finally got MPM Bee Movie Optimus Prime thanks to the rerelease. Got it from Amazon where the price had temporarily dropped $20 to $100. Used a $50 gift card and it only cost $52 after tax. I'm more impressed than I thought I'd be. Yeah, the back of the truck is messy, but it doesn't seem as bad in hand and the "cat ears" are easily ignored. He's big and chunky, everything comes together nicely and snaps together, and I had no idea he had diecast. I like him a lot! His bicep swivels are extremely tight, I sure hope they don't break twisting them around to transform him.

Two hauls today.
Now that Hasbro Pulse have much more reasonable shipping fees for Canada, their stuff are now finally "affordable."
I bought the Comic Grimlock. Oddly enough, it had a AliExpress shipping label on it.
Then, I went to my local geek store to get rid of a whole lot of vintage Beast Wars toys that I no longer cared about, plus some other things for store credit. GameStop style, but much more generous.
500$CAN+ of store credit got me:
SS86 Commander Optimus Prime
GI Joe X Transformers, the Sergeants duo
SG Grimlock
And a 3P WW1 "Skywarp" (Only the "Starscream" left to get!)
Thank God for the Geek Stuff store credit!
And the fact that the store owner called me to say that he had set aside a CC SS86 Optimus for me.

I was at Walmart this morning and the toy aisle was getting restocked by a small army of like six or seven employees. Nothing new in the Transformers section, certainly not any Star Raiders. However, I did find this!
I thought Friday the 13th was supposed to be bad luck? This was just sitting on the front of the Hot Wheels section, they must have literally just stuck it on the peg as I walked through.

On Saturday, my BBTS Pile of Loot package arrived. Within were some big ticket items I wanted to secure before I miss out, and some long-term grails that I effectively impulse bought when the "Low Stock" alert went off on the listing.
United Tigerhawk and Magmatron, as well as the Gobots three-Pack and Exo-suit Noah Diaz for contemporary releases, and then I indulged my self with Device Label Blaster. I really dig the idea of a laptop as the modern evolution of his alt mode. Also, even more impulse-y, is the Disney Label Donald Duck Transformer! It's so funny as a concept and in appearance, and I didn't get any Disney merchandise for the company's hundredth anniversary, so this covers me.
Later that day, my brother and I went to the early screening of TFOne, and on our way back we stopped at Target! He was looking for the POTP Optimus reissue. While we didn't find it at this Target, all deluxes were at $19.99 instead of the 25-26 range they usually are, so I scooped me up a Gamer Decepticon Soldier and a ROTB Scorponok. My brother got the SS 112 Optimus.
Not TF related, but on that same day a friend of the family gifted me his vinyl record collection, which included many Beatles and Elton John albums as well as some Allman Brothers, Yes, Chicago, ZZ Top and much more!
