I went toy hunting out of town and I found some neat things.

SS Bee Movie Soubdwave and Wheeljack at GameStop. I was able to cancel my Amazon.com order for those.

Then fromocal classifieds, Universe Darkwind for 40$can, sealed! This complete the trio of this mold with my two Silvelbotls.

And finally, the NECA Universal Frankenstein Monster in B&W. Yeah, not a TF but still.

Today was good!

Bought one of the Transformers Cyberverse Tiny Turbos Series 1 polybags. Got Hot Rod in this one. The only other one i've ever gotten is Drift. Unfortunately Hot Rod's shoulder flames are really detrimental in robot poseability so i got some wire-cutters and made one neat cut to remove both of them.

Just need to need to know are the Tiny Turbo's unpaintable or can they be painted. Hot Rod is VERY ODD with that giant unpainted windscreen of his.

All of mine are acrylics. I recently painted a inner portion of siege voyager Optimus Prime. His shoulder was sagging a few times when i was posing his rifle. But a small dab of CITADEL COLOUR Mephiston Red did the trick.
Luckily it's on the very inside of his shoulder so while the red similar...it won't be that noticeable if it starts flaking.

These two arrived today from Amazon via UPS, with thoroughly crushed packaging thanks to the paper mailer they used. Thankfully the figures appear to be just fine.

Nice! Amazon says my Skids arrived at my town's Amazon facility, but the delivery date is still Saturday. I hope they don't actually let the package sit there all week.

Got Titans Return Kup and Blurr in. I have to say I like these figures a lot more than their Studio Series figures. I love the colors on these, the faces look great and their transformations are nice and clean. I also like how Blurr's gun looks a lot better stored in his vehicle mode here rather than sideways on the other figure. And I like how you can man up the Titan Masters on Kup's guns in his vehicle mode, like they're blasting at whatever cons are chasing behind them. I also like how he's called "Sergeant Kup" here.

Yeah they're pretty good mold-wise, but I prefer their Legends decoes. TR Blurr just looks too monochrome.

I got my Legacy Skids today and I'm very impressed and happy with the figure. His transformation is simple, but he looks great in both modes. He came in a paper mailer so the box was crushed on all sides, but the inner cardboard held and Skids was unharmed. My only single complaint so far is that the front and rear wheels don't match. But it's a minor nitpick, I'm over it. So Legacy is 1-0 for me so far.

I too favor those molds over SS86 (especially Blurr), although I think the cartoon colors flatter them more.

I love how the Titan Master outline matches near-seamlessly with the cartoon version of Blurr's head - even the ridge on the back of the legs matches a detail from that.

Yesterday picked up Legacy Skids, Kickback and Dragstrip from the one of the Targets (had to give them the dpci and have them bring the box from the back). This morn I picked up a silverstreak from another target (it also had all the deluxes and voyagers on Wednesday). Only a Legacy Blaster remains at Kenner and 2 Silverstreak.

Woo hoo good stuff.

Picked up Legacy Skids this morning Target, a bit of a consolation for still not finding Silverstreak. Nice figure, but I can't get one of the back corners of the roof to slot in place and stay no matter how hard I try.

This week's haul.

After preordering and a WHOLE YEAR of waiting, Legacy Select Black Zarak finally arrived. I'll unbox him and play around only when I'll receive the D.N.A Designs upgrade kit.

Because the $CAN is good compared to the JPY, I got MP Skids for less than 98$CAN (78$US) shipped and taxed! I'll unbox him in due times.

From eBay, I got G1 Pretender Iguanus! ... Just the shell and it's belt. It's in poor condition with paint chipped, dirt, and yellowing all over. I'll try to clean it up before I get Legacy Core Iguanus (that I'll fit inside.)

Finally from Canadian Tire, the Autentics "deluxe" Optimus and Megatron. Both are way better than anticipated.

I'll never, ever use the spear mode with Rorichi. It's just that the OG came with him so he's needed for Zarak to be "complete".

Among other things I'll post in the non Transformers toy forum. This means Premium Finish WFC-04 Starscream (on order with Pulse) is the last WFC figure I need to complete the entire line... unless they announce WFC-05 the way they did SS-05 Optimus Prime.

A replacement Armada Optimus Prime cab, because I broke the wiring in my existing one beyond my ability to repair. However, the contacts need cleaning.... I got a good bit of rust off them already, but apparently it wasn't good enough to get the juice flowing. The lights aren't lighting, and the sounds aren't sounding. Haven't tested the control signal yet... Sigh...
