New Mandarake haul!

Box 1, let's call it the Galaxy Force box.

Galaxy Force Nitron Convoy- 2,500JPY ($18.37) loose complete - I have both Overrides, but I could not pass up this price (less than a modern Deluxe!) for a better version.

Galaxy Force Landbullet (Crumplezone)- 6,000JPY ($44) sealed - I have Dark Crumplezone, but missed this one.

Galaxy Force Chromia (Thunderblast)- 6,000JPY ($44) sealed - Not a good figure and barely an interesting character, but a Cybertron collection isn't complete without her. I passed on her back in the day, but have you seen what she goes for now!? Broken ones SELL on eBay for $40, complete loose ones are around $60, a sealed one sold for $140, and that's not the superior Galaxy Force version. Couldn't believe my luck at this price!

Box 2, very random.

Transformers Adventures Greejeeber - 1,000JPY ($7.35) sealed - Funny thing is I still don't have a Strongarm figure, this is my first use of the mold.

Bumblebee Movie Studio Series Cliffjumper - 2,800JPY ($20.57) sealed - Missed his Hasbro release and now the price has skyrocketed to around $50 on eBay. Got it cheap because the box art on the front is ripped a little.

G-2 Dreadwing and Smokescreen - 7,000JPY ($51.43) open box - Always wanted this set, used to see it all the time at KB Toys back then on a display with Laser Prime. I did eventually get the BWII version from BBTS later, but still had to get the OG. Eventually I'd like to get the other versions, especially the Robot Masters version.

Also until now I didn't realize they were trying to promote Dreadwing as having multiple alt mode configurations on the back of the box. Looking on TFWiki they call that top one, "Dread Roadblock Mode", unofficial originating from the Legend comics, but no, it is official, it's right there on the box written in English and all! The second one is "Hover Stealth Mode" and the third is... "Crab Ambush".

After 9000 years, I finally received my Windblade model kit!

Nice! When you put her together be careful of tight connections. I got her a month ago and had finished putting her together when the peg connecting her wing to her backpack sheered off with very little force.

They said the replacement part would be about 5-8 weeks. So far it's been 3 weeks.

Neat! I keep saying we need more core inner pretenders with articulated deluxe shells, that would be interesting.

I found one lonely Bumblebee movie Wheeljack at my local bam the other day! He is really neat. The transformation is much more involved than you'd think, but in a good way. Getting him clicked into vehicle mode is satisfying and he passes the roll test! (That's a big part of my grade when reviewing a toy )

Core Shockwave that I have absolutely no idea where it can go in a collection appart on a Shockwaves shelf.

Plus Leader Laser Optimus prime. Obviously, I'll buy a Reprolabels set to dress him up.

As for that Lego Technic set, I have an idea for a custom transformers for a long time. Once I'm done building the jeep, I'll have a better understanding of my options.

You'll have to ask Amazon for that. It was only 3$ off so meh, why not? As for Optimus, only 15% off. But having a rebate equivalent to the taxes is better than nothing.

The lego set was more interesting at 30% off. However, I think they sold a lot at that price because even if Prime Day is not over, it's back to almost it's full price.

Got a bunch of packages tonight, which included several figures that are very important to my collection. I am now down to only needing 4 Botcon Animated toys, of which 1 is on the way as well, so I will soon be down to 3. I also have now completed the leader Knight Prime mold collection, having got all 9 releases. Couple that with my 3 FE figures, I have the 12 Optimus Knights of the roundtable!

Didn't have any luck with the new round Target exclusives this morning, but I did find a Cyberverse Deluxe Snarl for the first time. Almost bought one on Amazon with my Prime Day order, glad I didn't, saved a little over $1 through Target. Also picked up a spare Silverstreak since he's now 70% off.

Cyberverse has been disappearing. The last figure gone was deluxe arcee, she was there for months. The few other figures I don't remember also gone. Only one remains: a giant box for the new cyberverse bumblebee (smash change, I think?) Never saw snarl or slug, but I think I saw Volcanicus once. I hope no-one buys that Bumblebee.

Got SS Galvatron and Thundercracker in from Deep Discount today. I know that store gets a lot of negative reviews but they haven't let me down yet. I've ordered 16 Transformers from them this year, 7 have shipped, of the remaining 9 only 1 has been released at retail but not shipped, Jhiaxus. So that's 7/8 and that last one is by no means late.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention that I picked up reissue Tigatron today too. Got impatient waiting for Walmart.com to put them on clearance and my local Walmart sold out over a month ago so I picked this one up at a Walmart I don't frequent as much as I used to when I worked near it.

My Black Panther arrived today, and I found the Officer Class Optimus Prime at Ollies. Prime is surprisingly badass and a good toy. I am going to talk about him more over in the Cyberverse thread.

One of the best Cybertron mold had the coolest repaint and I finally have it. "Movie" Big Daddy!

The total price was expensive but at least he's 100% complete and came in less than 48 hours.

I'm glad to finally have him!
