Filecards own. I really liked how they gave all the characters personalities and stuff.

That being said, the characters that were faceless hordes did say so on their filecards. Like the Vipers' for example. I loves me some Vipers.

You're right but for some reason as a youth I never read them like that. Something must've been wrong with me.

I'd like a Dragonfly. A Tomahawk would be epic.

I'm hoping for a Whale and Snowcat to come out before or after the movie, and all the Joe helicopters to go with the pilots we're getting. At least The Corps and other lines have vehicles that Joes will fit in till then.

I finally got my hands on the Rattler, I could have gotten the Conquest but decided to wait so I have some cash to put into the bank towards a new tv.
It looks like I was lucky and got one in decent enough condition. Missiles seem all there, landing gear is unbroken.
I'm glad to own one after all these years, I don't think I ever owned one, though I do have memories of playing with the Tiger Force one.
I'm disappointed with the black tipped missiles as they're so wobbly, and the pre-applied stickers. I like it though and just need to find space in my room to put it.
I think when Flint in Cobra Disguise comes out I'm going to buy two of him. The second will end up being a gunner in the Rattler. For now I'm going to put the cartoon trooper from the entertainment packs in there.
I think a generic pilot or gunner would have been neat instead of giving us Wild Weasel. Either using a mix of Ace and Weasel or a repainted Weasel.

Does the Wild Weasel in the Rattler come with a gun or figure stand? I can't find either.

EDIT: Nevermind on the pistol. I found it on the floor. Unfortunately no sign of a figure stand yet.

Oh no I kept quite a few of those cards. I just figured that since the trooper name was always singular he was an individual. If the package said Vipers or Troopers it might have been different.

I'll second the Dragonfly but I doubt we'll get one going by what Hasbro said in the last Q&A due to size. Unfortunately I'm not sure if the Joes had smaller copters like the Fang.

According to this post http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-joe-n ... pdate.html on Hisstank the Target Ultimate Battlepack set is now up to $62.99 and it's set to be released 11/23.
Even at that price I'm still tempted to get it, though unsure if I will. I've still got to save up for the tv I want, but I'll see what happens after it's release. If I'm lucky this will be as abundant as the Rattler and Conquest and stay in stores as long.

Well, they had Sky Hawks! :P At least we're getting that. It's a little more 'fantasy' than a helicopter, but it's still cool. And I wasn't making fun of you in my other posts, sorry if I came off sounding like a jerk...

Yep, Target upped the price of the UBP. It's still worth it, though, as it contains a crapload of win and Short-Fuze, who us Original 13 whores are waiting for.

It's cool bro, never thought anything like that. It's funny but when they announced Doc I was going through my old Flag points and was able to identify at least 90% of the characters from the small corner of box art. I need a life.

I'm not sure on that Target set thought because I think $60 is a bit much for something that I would want to open and display. Still haven't found my Rattler or Conquest yet so a $60 set of repaints is still a bit off.

True, but along with those repaints is Short-Fuze, a badass Steeler, and a MOBAT! :P

Do we know for sure that the Mobat will be motorized? It wouldn't surprise me to know they took the motorized stuff out to keep cost down.

Any idea if they will be put the Ultimate Battle Pack online like the Rattler and Conquest? I'm hoping so in case I get the cash and the chance to go get one and the Find In Store feature would help alot.

Well, the packaging says that 2 D batteries are required, so I'm going to assume the MOBAT needs them. They sure won't fit in the Trubble Bubble! :P Plus, I think they confirmed that it's motorized in a Q&A a while back. Not sure, though.

Oh yeah, photos of pack can be found here: http://www.cooltoyreview.com/story/fron ... 117882.asp

So let me get this straight in my head, I can have a tank Sky Lynx and Omega Supreme all rolling together into battle? These are the things that fanboy wet dreams are made of.

Now they’ve clearly gone through the trouble of fixing and polishing up the mold, why can’t we get the MOBAT individually? I must say I find some of those figures absolutely lackluster.

I'm hoping to be able to snag one of those these this upcoming weekend if I can locate one in my state, a few people have been able to. Hopefully family members plan to give me cash and not gift cards or other type of presents today for my Birthday so I can afford it.
The only figures I'm really interest in are the Joes, and the two Cobra forces, and the three vehicles, and maybe the Cobra Commander if he has two open hands. Does the Commander have two open hands or the regular closed fist, DavidT?

One of my buddies is hooking me up with the UBP, and I can't wait.

Oh, I bought this chopper on Friday. It's basically a Chinook from the made-for-TRU "True Heroes" line:
Image

It can hold 2 figures in the cockpit (it's designed for figures without knee joints, so basically if the figure has a non-diaper waist, he should theoretically fit) and the back opens up with mucho cargo room: enough for a VAMP!

You can find it Vexar Designs, where it's available stock or repainted in military green. There are also decals for it (scroll down to the bottom of the decals page).

You'd think that one they would have given him two open hands to hold onto the thing. At least we'll be getting several Cobra Commanders with open hands from the entertainment packs and elsewhere in the line. If I ever get one I'll just switch him out with one with two hands.
If I get one I found what I can do with the packaging. Someone over at Hisstank got the idea to take the World Peacekeepers watchtower and some other stuff and turn it all into a small outpost and it looks awesome.

1337W422102, what's that retail for?

I bought it for $30 Canadian. Not sure how much it goes for in the States.

Some of t he World Peacekeepers/Power Team Elite/True Heroes/Elite Operations/etc crap is actually pretty cool, like the watch tower, the Little Bird, the Chinook and stuff. Works great with the Joes!
