good idea, i wonder if a "battle simulator" could be used on a CO-OP mission, say agaist a common foe, 10 5/5 join a mission agaist 15-20 sharkacons or something, or maybe have the CANON NAMED TF join in on a mission if one side is out # 3/1 so the mision isn't a waist of time, or a suicide run, which i see myself doing alot at times.

the idea i was thinking about for a re-due for the ARENA=
Duelist League: a place you go to duel,with maybe a checklist of what your looking for in a duel, BOT/CON/TAG TEAM/CO-OP TAG TEAM,or whatever, or even just a place to scrap a friend, or settle misunderstandings that sometimes arise.

Yeah, but overall it was a minor thing. Game play was excellent, storyline was brilliant. I'm suprised they haven't released another one but seeing as they haven't let's just blame Mark Hamill. :P

Yeah that's what I was hoping for with the challenge arena. It would have been a good place to also run a tag team division but sadly that doesn't seem to be happening.

As for the Battle Simulator, I'm all for it, Sounds great.
People have been wanting to face cannon NPCs for years, and this seems like a good way to handle that.

An idea that may have been suggested already (sorry just skimmed this thread) what about an option to go 1 on 1 with an NPC or, kinda like missions, several players against several NPCs or 1 very strong NPC.

You could even satisfy even more people and allowthem to throw all 6 actives into the battle simulator against an NPC opponent(s), since they would be getting minimal XP it's not something they could make a career of, just something that would be fun to do once in a while.

Throwing all six slot in might be fun but it would take even more people away from the primary factor of the game: The Missions.

Initially, yeah.
But once the novelty has worn off, people will be back to the missions and only use the simulator to test Configs, or to just mess around every once in a while if you're bored with the game-proper.

Hopefully, with the planned goodies that are instore for us, the boredom factor should not be a factor. We have to stop thinking the same way we have for the last four years. We supposedly have somebody in the driver's seat that is working very hard to get things done. We can not think that his job is done once "V2" is rolled out. That is only the tip of the iceberg.

Let's just hope we have better lookouts this time around.

If we rolled out the new game in July but waited until September for the reset, we might spot potential hazards much much earlier.
