Staying power as a corporate shill for toys. Why else are there so many incarnations?

Man, I joined this site, hoping I could meet some cool TF fans and all I've seen on a lot of boards are haters and negativity. Even more than on some of the SW forums I frequent.
That's not hate. It's a cold hard fact. They are just toys. That is it.

I am not sure if this is correct, but these are the Box Office Mojo results up to Sunday July 15 2007.

The dometic battle was won by the Wizards, I have to give everyone of Harry Potter's supporters a round of applause as their franchise is great in its genere.

However, I happy to say that after all was said and done, world wide (Domestic and Foreign) box office reports are as follows:

Monday, box office results are in, up to Sunday July 15, 2007 world wide totals are as follows:

Harry Potter
Domestic Total as of Jul. 15, 2007: $139,715,157.00
Foreign Total as of Jul. 15, 2007: $193,000,000.00
22+ markets = Worldwide: $332,715,157.00

Transformers
Domestic Total as of Jul. 15, 2007: $224,009,583.00
Foreign Total as of Jul. 15, 2007: $146,476,863.00
12+ markets = Worldwide: $370,486,446.00

Making Transformers the number one movie world wide on its second week, is this correct? the numbers show domestically we were not successful but World Wide Optimus and Megatron we were able to keep Transformers on top at the box office after Harry Potter And The Order Of the Phoenix's World Wide release.

I believe these results do not show all major markets where transformers have yet to open, where as Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix have already opened.

So Transformers totals could have been larger had Paramount released it the same way Harry Potter And The Order of The Phoenix was.

I want to apologize if I made anyone upset by beginning this Post, It was all in good fun, I honestly did not expect the negativity or some of the harsh comments but we are all fans of each respectively, be it Harry or Optimus, everyone is a follower of their own fandom.

May both fandoms grow to be remembered by future generations to come, as they are both great.

"'Till all are One"...

"Expecto Patronum"...

All in good fun and the love of the fans.

I'm proud to be a TF fan.

By the way, most of my friends who've seen the new HP would just shake their head. Accordingly, it's the worst HP movie.

I don't know about it. Never watched HP since the big disappointment with HP#1.

A friend is inviting me to watch HP. I may give in and watch it this time. Just to see what's it all about.

But i did warn my friend that i may fall asleep watching HP#5. As i did with HP#1. Just so she won't be offended if i actually do fall asleep. Again.

This is a good unbiased report. I don't really care if HP made more $, that was to be expected. It's the craze right now. The real battle would have happened if both franchises came out around the same time (let's say 4 yrs. ago just for example) and were on their first movies and they were released at the same time. Frankly, TF is doing 5x better than I expected. I thought it would be a medium hit. I'm very proud of all things TF right now. HP5 was as good as 4, better than 1 and 2, but not better than 3 -the best one IMO.

Seen it ten times, going to see it again a few more times. Cos I know once they stop screenign it, I'll probably get all sad and mope about saying "if only I'd seen it ONE more time! "

Telling all my chums, TF fans and not, to see it. Just had a great conversation from a guy in my class about the sheer awesomeness of Bay's TF antics.
Something memorable here.

Due to your anger towards Harry Potter and your inability to craft a structured sentence without swearing, I get the impression of a far greater underlying problem. Which makes me ponder as to why I'm writing this.

You or your agent call up Dreamworks, tell them who you are and they should mail you a studio screener - since you're 'Megatron'
