That sucks. I think that case assortment makes sense at Christmas time. Parents will buy Bumblebees for their kids, and Optimus Primes, because those are the characters they remember in the movies. They're easily recognizable. At this time of the year, I think that case assortment is just wrong. Ah well.

I Seibertron: No sir! In fact, I've been getting more toys than ever. I just stick to photography more than posting nowadays. If you guys get bored, you can check out my TF pics here:

http://tjduckett.wordpress.com/category ... otography/

And yea, I hear you on the craziness. Between the FEs being outta' commission, and the TFCC card stuff, it seems like the fandom's had a lot of things to gripe about over the past few months. Part of why I don't post as much outside of pics anywhere now: Just don't like bemoaning online.

@First aid: Thanks man! And, are there any figures in particular you're looking for? I've completed FE/RID Prime so far, so I can keep an eye out for you.

Much to my surprise there were three Trilogy Series Optimus Prime/Trailer packs at the Target on E. State today.

TJ, the only FE fig I didn't get was Bulkhead (which sucks because I want him the most). I already have POwerizer Prime (BTW there was a VERY nice assortment of RiD figs of all types at the Target mentioned above...except the one I wanted of course) and only lacked Megatron. Already have FE Starscream, Arcee, and BB, plus RiD Wheeljack, Cliffjumper, and Soundwave, so just waiting for the new Arcee mold to show up. If you have an extra FE Bulkhead (loose or in package) that would rock. But not a biggie for me since I'm still short on money and looking for full time work.
It finally happened. The Chicago Cubs won the World Series. Yes, I cried.

Im making a trip to Chicago this weekend, what collectible shops do you recommend? I see there is a Rotofugi and a Quake Collectibles. I might go check those out.

Thanks!

Not sure if you've already been in town, but Quake is a cool place. I like going there to browse the store. It's like the childhood dream toystore that has a little of every toyline you could want, and then the bins of loose (and often broken) figures.

Rotofugi is all vinyl figures and stuff, of which I'm not a fan. But some of them look kind of neat.

I already went. Quake was closed and there was a sign on the door saying his wife had kidney stones, lol. I thought it was odd.

Rotofugi was very cool. I too am not really into all that but I appreciate it. My wife enjoyed it. I usually buy her a blind vinyl figure every time I go to my local collectible toy store.

My girlfriend loves the little blind box figures. And Rotofugi certainly has a ton of them to choose from.

The Skokie Target on Howard has nothing still, but their restocks generally take weeks to be completed. If anything they found a case of DOTMs in the back, so for the second time I spotted Cannon Force Ironhide in the wild. Other than that, nothing.

Target Golf Mill has their TF Prime stuff out. (The Rosemont store had most of the same stuff too.) 3 Voy Optimus, 1 Voy Megatron, several each of Bee, Wheeljack, Cliffjumper, and TWO Soundwaves. That was around 3:00 this afternoon.

Also Bot Shots! Barricade, Bee, Optimus, Starscream, and a single clear red Sentinel. I bought Bee and Cade. They are love.

They also had 3 Ultra Optimus Primes, the Deluxe be-trailered one. Looks great. What they dod havewere were any clearanced HA Leadfeets. Arg.

Just picked up voyager Megatron from the TF Prime line. Kinda glad I braved the snow storm, found 2 movie trilogy Optimi at TRU. I'm definitely gonna have to sell some of my movie Optimus's to justify spending 34.99 on that..I wouldn't even bother, but his paint apps are so spectacular. Also picked up the Cyberverse Prime, and I'm liking his look but he seriously could have benefitted from a mid thigh swivel..something to give his legs just a little more poseability and I KNOW Hasbro could have done it.

Dude, that Optimus is only $29.99 at Target, looks like he's starting to show up there. FWIW.

There was also a Cyberverse Ratchet at Golf Mill Target, just remembered.

This morning I found stacks of HA Leadfoot and the Cyberverse 2-packs at Target in Lombard, Yorktown Mall. LF was 14.98, the 2-packs 7.48 or so. Supahcheep!

I picked up a Leadfoot, now I can display him in robot and alt modes. Need Reprolabels. Also shelves. And time to build them.

Wow, got the place all to myself here, huh? *takes off pants and dances to "Old Time Rock and Roll"*

Not technically a sighting, but the guy at Target Rosemont says there are 10 Bot Shots launchers at the Niles store. I'll try to check it out later.

I'm here ... just crazy busy!!!

Golf Mill Walmart had the launchers about a week ago. I forgot to post about them.

Lots of Targets around are getting the wave 1 Cyberverse Legends, Voyagers, Deluxes and Bot Shots. I haven't seen Cyberverse Commanders anywhere yet.

Golf Mill Target has the later Human Alliance Basics on clearance on one of the back end caps towards the sports section. Drag Strip and Reverb were among the ones I saw on clearance for about $6 or $7. Also has some of the more typical Target clearance stuff but I haven't seen any 50% off deals yet at the northwest suburb Targets.

ToysRUs.com has Cyberverse Commanders and Bot Shot launchers in stock as of this morning: http://www.toysrus.com/family/index.jsp ... e&view=all

And hey Hip-Hoptimus Rime ... put your pants back on man!

On a personal note, I'm entering a new era with my collection. I paid way too much for a BotCon 1994 G2 Breakdown last night through a private deal with another collector. Should arrive by Wednesday or Thursday next week. Some key highlights in my collection now: All 18 years worth of BotCon exclusives (US, Euro, Japan), Grand Maximus, Black Zarak, Overlord, Deszaras, Star Saber, Victory Leo, Minerva, Raiden, Jafcon Convoy (who isn't all black like most of us think), all Action Masters (US, UK, and 2004 Breakdown), all European exclusives, and many more! Can't wait to have some fun with the BotCon '94 Breakdown in my galleries at long last.

I didn't realize that the launchers hadn't been sighted. Target on E. State, Wal Mart on E State, and Toys R Us (all Rockford area) all three have launchers and Bot Shots on the shelves. In fact at Wal Mart, that is the ONLY Transformers toys they have outside of 12 movie deluxes, and one Prime voyager Prime. Also the Target has restocked their Movie Trilogy Prime w/trailer.

And for the LOVE OF GOD, PLEASE put you pants back on. :BOOM:

Well since you guys are clearly threatened by my pantsless awesomeness, on they go. *zip*

Target in Niles was a bust, no Bot Shots launchers. I did find the Happy Meal toys, Optimus and Megatron. They're like 2.50 if you buy them loose, though.

Yes they have, but I haven't seen them at stores in the Chicago area personally. However, I have heard from some of the staff members on Seibertron.com that you need to look by the Easter stuff at Targets because the Cyberverse Commanders keep popping up there. I haven't seen any personally to verify though, but I keep looking for them!

You can also keep an eye on the item sightings at http://www.seibertron.com/sightings/index.php#transformers-prime-cyberverse155 to see what chains other users are reporting them being found at.

Welcome back by the way, JBPrime!

Not sure if this will help you, JBP, but Target Rosemont had a few TFP Cyberverse Commander Optimus Prime, and one each of Starscream and Bulkhead. As of 7:00 tonight. Man they look great, $9.60-something, ouch.

They also have the Bot Shots launchers, yay!

Thanks for the welcome back! It's good to be here, kind of went away when my job situation took a turn for the worse last year, and I kind of lost the heart to even follow along. While my situation hasn't changed yet, my state of mind has improved at least.

Anyway thank you or the info, I'll have to check my Target then, and thanks for the heads up HHP! Rosemont is a little out of my way, but that at least means they are in the area! I want to at least get the Optimus and decide from there if I'm going to collect the prime cyberverse line.

Target on Irving Park rd in Wooddale had 2 TFP Arcees, and the one Ratchet that I took. Sorry and yay!

Also all the current BotShots, including the launchers. Query: will there be a different Megatron mold? The one w/ the trailer is the ROTF (-ish) version. Thx.

Walmart's ad for next week has TF Prime Voyagers for 15, and DOTM Deluxes for 7.27. However, the prices were good today at WM in Villa Park, so I got Megatron and Specialist Ratchet, to be Red Alert. Sweet.

The aforementioned WalMart today has full pegs. All Prime figs, including Cyberverse commanders Bulkhead, Megsy, Prime, and Starscream, ALL Revealers including 1 remaining Ratchet and one Arcee, Soundwave, Cliff, BB. and both current Voyagers.

FYI: First Edition Arcee pwns the Revealers version. Back kibble anyone? Yes please! Half of the bike is mounted on her back. Very disappointing figure IMHO.
