At my annual trip to Chicago, found and got all six packs of Kabaya Gaiacross set in Mitsuwa at Schaumburg. They still have some but can't guarantee if they have all six.

Algonquin TJ Maxx has a Deep Dive, but didn't see any of the other voyagers. Also an ROTF Deluxe Lockdown. I was hoping to find Guzzle, but no such luck at Target, TRU, or Walmart.

I picked up the scan series Ratchet and Bumblebee today at the Golf Mill TRU. Other than that, I didn't see anything else new at Golf Mill Walmart, Target, or Mount Prospect Marshall's and Walmart. MP Walmart had my first sighting of the Rescue Bots at a Walmart, and by far the cheapest price at $9.98 or something like that for the robots, $20 for Bumblebee's playset and $40 for Optimus Prime's playset.

Surprised I'm not hearing a lot of you talking about HA Leadfoot. I picked him up last Sunday, thanks to a tip from Hip Hoptimus Rime. Are the rest of you having luck with the DPCI # to get yours?

I got my little guy the Op Rescue Bot, he runs around with it a lot.

Nothing else new near me yet, if anyone is looking for stuff that is currently out let me know.

No MP sightings near me, well there were, but I never saw them in person

Ryan, how do you like LF? He's great, loads of character. Nice to see a TF w/ a belly like mine, heh. (No, I'm afraid I don't mean abs of steel.)

I've made lots of little mods (mostly to give more rane of motion to the kibbly bits) that I think improve him, I'm putting together a post for the Kitbash forum. We'd seriously better be getting a HA Topspin.

Do you have a link to the modifications that you made? I ended up with two Leadfoots ... I might be game to try a few of your recommendations.

I actually only briefly transformed him while trying to figure out how to take his vehicle mode hood / front bumper apart on a badly painted one that I had and returned to a Target (it was missing a large area of red paint on the right hand side of the vehicle mode passenger side back window area). Couldn't figure out how to transform him properly either, but his gut area doesn't look that great in the instruction booklet either so I'm not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong or just the toy looks really "empty" in the upper torso area. Waiting to do vehicle mode pics of him first before I transform him again.

That's odd that some Targets are getting the new version and some are getting the old. The Golf Mill Target just got two Roadbusters in stock about two weeks or so ago, but they're they old version. I would like to get my hands on an updated version. I'll have to keep an eye out for the new version at Target.

I'm working on a post for the Kitbash forum, i'm really bad at putting together those sorts of things. I just mod on the fly, I've got to learn to take pics as I'm doing it. I'll def let you know when it's ready.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. I may have an inside track on a Transformers collection from an estate sale. Sounds pretty sizeable. If I get more information I will pass it on to you guys if you are interested.

Walmart on Rt 53/Butterfield Rd. had 2 Ultimate Optimus Primes this morning, $65!

I have to be more responsible and set a good example for my kids, by not just buying things I want whenever I want. So somebody seriously needs to give me $60 for all the stuff in my BST list.

If you guys ever post stuff on eBay, I'd be happy to promote it in a future "featured eBay auctions" news post if it's something that might be interesting to other users.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind.

Algonquin Target has one Warpath, two Wheeljacks (Generations), an exclusive Bumblebee, deluxe Red Ratchet, a bunch of Cyberfire Bumblebees. Didn't see any notable Human Alliance, though I didn't look too close, admittedly.

Have any of you seen the new Thundercats Tygra figure? I saw one at Golf Mill the other day ... I really wanted to want to pick up Lion-o, but his toy doesn't look that great (it looks really plain) and the Tygra figure has one of the worst paint jobs on his face that I think I've ever seen. The left eye on the half dozen that I've seen at a couple of stores now is painted in the wrong spot. It looks like 1/2 the molded eye doesn't have paint on it. Can't believe they let that one get through quality control, especially on a collector's edition toy. I was kind of bummed ... would've been nice to have had new updated versions of the primary 80s toys all on a shelf (Duke or Snake Eyes, Lion-O, He-Man, and Optimus Prime). Not going to happen with this version of Lion-o and Tygra though.

you got that right. The new Thundercats toys are pathetic. The show, on the other hand, is phenomenal! Absolutely loving the new take on the characters and the less gay costumes...story is fantastic.
