Kremzeek can kill the same guy twice?

In this mission at 2:42 Siphon's Kremzeek kills Hardspark not once, but twice. And to top it all off, I stole energon from him :lol: Is this a new glitch?

I think it says Airhawk's Hardspark being stasis locked twice because your Kremzeek performed an action on the 'Bot after the guy was already dead. I doubt it's a new glitch.
