So, how do I get a Robot Form? I'm new to this kinda. Do I have to upgrade something?

yes, go to a charaxters upgrade screen, scroll down, select the bot mode, then upgrade robot ability

Ok, there's no "Choose Bot" option. All I see is things to spend exp on, do I need to upgrade robot abilities?

If you can see a robot ability to upgrade, then you've already chosen a robot mode.

No, I know for sure I have no bot mode. It just says 3,000EXP to "Train" but I haven't chosen a bot mode at all for any of mine yet.

If you chose one or not that means you have one if it dosen't say Protoform under the robot type the only way to choose a new one is to reset your character but you will have to re equip any weapons reinstall any armor and if your alt mode isn't availabe pick a new one

Stardive has the assault robot mode chosen, so that's why you're seeing the 3,000 xp cost and the train option. You don't have enough XP to actually train it yet, though. You're other three bots don't have robot modes selected, so you can go and choose ones for them by clicking the "upgrade" button.

Nevermind I know how to do it. I just reset them and it lets me choose.

All of my bots have a nice chunk of armor on them and that is why I am asking on here, I don't wanna lose the armor. So can someone please tell me the specialties of each bot mode?
