Switching sides?

Hello,

I was curious if it is still possible to switch sides? I've seen some Autobots being deployed around my levels, but it still seems a little one-sided most of the time. I don't know how much it would balance things out given my characters are low level, but if it would help I would be open to being an Autobot.
