Huh?! Well if modern cell phones and social media have taught me anything, one can never have enough emoticons or "emojis" as the kids say. But with great options comes great responsibilities to always build an emote burger in the correct format.

The term "emoji" makes me mad, mainly because a real emoji is a very specific thing- a Japanese emoticon made from Japanese text characters. Modern "emojis" just stole the name.

Though that being said, Emojis would make me mad regardless of what they were called because they look terrible and they get far too much merch, including a GODDAMN MOVIE.

Do people get sick of mince pies at Christmas? as well as the traditional Christmas dinner(turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce & brussel sprouts ect).

At my Christmas celebrations, we generally eat ham. mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, apple sauce, and pies, usually pumpkin or red fruits.

My in house family? We do homemade pizza Christmas night :lol:

What is the big deal with Sushi? I live in a small town and whenever talk of a new business opening comes up it's always "I HOPE IT'S A SUSHI SHOP!" (ignoring all the shops that already do sushi).

I just don't get it.

Sushi's a dime a dozen here as well (and probably everywhere else for that matter). I can't even remember the last time we ate sushi. I do love me some sushi though, but not that it matters right now as we're living the keto life I miss bread/rice/grains

I keep hoping an Ethiopian restaurant opens in town. We pretty much already have everything else available (with-in reason).

We do/did have some newer places that specialize in local wild game though, so that's a thing.

Good, proper sushi is delicious. At least, IMO anyway.

Anyway, my mum made some rather wonderful shortbread-pastry mince pies today, some of which I took to my local scale modelling club. They were absolutely sublime.

My parents have gone Keto. Thankfully my Uni has no such dietary qualms. :POPCORN:

Spokane has a really nice Ethiopian place, I'm planning on going there when I come back from break.
