As for this set: BOOOOOOOOOOOO!
No probs boss!
So looks like the rumours of punch being included in the Walmart Headmasters release is just going to be hot air in the end (though stranger things have happened I guess).
Which leaves us to speculate what other figure can take that spot.

Arcee
But he's not a Retro Headmaster. That's part of the title.Overcracker wrote:Jelze Bunnycat wrote:Overcracker wrote:ZeroWolf wrote:william-james88 wrote:Thanks for getting this Zerowolf.

As in TR Arcee? Maybe. I guess.
Blitzwing to go with the re-released Astrotrain?

He can. I give you Ironworks in his "Cape Canaveral" mode

Arcee with a repainted Chromedome car, a homage to the canceled headmaster.
You're right. That would definitely be off the rails for a vintage-packaging-nostalgia-driven line named Retro Headmasters.Emerje wrote:What if they really go off the rails and fill their Optimus quotient with Convobat/bat Optimus Primal to tie in with Kingdom? Bonus points if they give us a red one.

I didn't call it off the rails for nothing.I mean, it would still be a Headmaster figure in vintage packaging (just not HIS vintage packaging) that would certainly be nostalgic to adults that grew up with Beast Wars. 25 years is still considered retro.

If that's the case, it's kinda weird. Hasbro hasn't paid much attention to the G1 comics before. If they had, we'd have a Ratchet with a red helmet in Selects by now...AcademyofDrX wrote:I didn't understand why Punch / Counterpunch was getting a lighter deco, but I think it's an homage to his recent appearance in Transformers '84 #0.

Yes. Now go to your room and don't play with yourself.

If you already have P/CP, this set is a hard buy. I wish they would have made him a single release and included someone new with Barricade.

I've pre-ordered for now, but will likely cancel it.
