Hello, what is the reason to put so long wait times in HMW game? It takes around 20 min to complete mission, and then repair - usually another 20min if not more. Wouldnt it be better if it would be a bit faster?

Yeah, it's a pain in the butt to wait so long, but it let's you do other stuff while you're waiting. Like posting on the other threads here

Welcome. The wait times are designed to simulate the time it takes to travel to a mission site and perform the mission. As well it represents the time it takes to repair you complicated circutry (perhaps not if he is asking the question). Read this communication line and be warned. Welcome again.

The 20 min period after the mission closes to it's completion is for the server to process thousands of different outcomes and then when it's satisfied it spits one out.

The lead in time is to give people time to join up and most lead in times are based on 5 mins per number of participants in a faction.

So if it's 10 a side, it's a 50 min (10x5 mins) lead in plus 20 mins.

As for the hour long cr chamber time ... no idea.

after sometime those 20 minutes wont mean that much , b/c u will see ur cons performing better

When you have a full 12 TF's you will start saying I need more time to let my mechs recover.

Hello everyone, and thanks for replies, i already noticed that adventage of 'system' is to set and forget, u can do everything u want in meantime, with auto CR even turn PC off and come back later. Now question is, should i make more decepticons early, or rahter wait to get my primary(starcrack) to become stronger? Soon im going to hit 1000XP and i will probably spend it on firs upgrade, then i will try to get better armor/weponds, althro currently i got only about 1400$(or energon) and making new robot might cripple my funds. Not to mention that im always loosing in battle beats gaming(once i lost almost everything but 200$, i managed to recovery but im still at -500 or something and i dont want to lose any more money this way )

Also one more question, in CR when robot is beeing reapired, theres a checkbox above 'recovering' status. Does it do anything?

Having extra bots will generate more energon for you.

Staggering could be a good idea because the cr chamber is (or it's suppose to be, depending on what version is running this week) free at level 0. So your repairs cost nothing which means no energon outflows.

Hey, one more question. I realized that some people have acces to different 'alt-modes', is it becuse of allegiance? autobots-deceptions? or something else?

Yes. Autobots and Decepticons have seperate alt mode sets to choose from. Although some alts are going to be availible for both factions at different rareity levels. Also some of the alts you have been seeing are probably retired alts. Whene Glyph recovers from being sick and gets time he's said the alts will begin rotating.

There have also been tournaments in the past where the prizes have been alts from the other factions lists, its why there are so many Optimus Prime and Hardhead knockoffs running around. Ive got one of each.

Needless to say the Decepticons have won the only ones ive taken part in...

Hey, im playing, and game seems to be cool(except wait times ). Of course more i play, more questions i got:

- how different are various weapons? damage/recharge and requirement/price only? you can have Moderate to heavy X-ray laser without any req or lightning rifle(req 1/1) with same damage, wich costs almost 3x more. Is there any ingame difference between both and other similar(including armors)?

- Alt-Modes: does armor/weapon used by character work in alt modes too? lets say that i got megatron with 5 strafe and fusion cannon equipped, is there any difference for strafe mode, when character is with/without weapon? same question on ramming in alt-mode
- basic statistic vs alt-mode statistic, are things like strenght, speed etc affecting power of alt-mode? or even rate at wich character is transforming?

- what are differences between armors? im guessing that theres some kind of armor-class or armor-type wich works better vs different types of wepons but its not explained in faq/help

Wait times are good for the soul, and mean you can actually eat and have a life whilst playing the game and not have some level 40 twink stab you in the back whilst AFK like in various other games.

All over the place, imagine it as a lottery of pain. Find a ticket that causes the most and you win!

You only stay in your altmode long enough to make a single attack and then you revert back to robot, so its not really an issue.

Different stats feed different tactics, for more info clicky

- what are differences between armors?
Armour is more balanced than weapons, but there is a good one per level mostly. Currently, there is no point trying anything other than Iron until about level 2.
