This confirms just how utterly rubbish Dreamwave actually was. How the heck do you have a Transformer be gay!?! Gay is a form of sexuality, and um...the Transformers don't have that. They're not male and female for goodness sake so they can't be straight or gay, or bi, or anything else.

Oh, unless you go by the truly awful cartoon continuity (which Dreamwave in its infinite stupidity chose to emulate to appease the fanboys). Transformers should not have sexuality, so the idea of Sunstreaker as gay is ludicrous. Dreamwave really was a hack company, wasn't it? No matter what faults the IDW series has, it completely obliterates old Brad Mick and Chris wots-his-face's bad fan-fiction. They deserved not to be paid for that rubbish!

The Marvel comic continuity (UK-US) rules all. They even found a half-way decent explanation as to why Arcee exists. And no, it wasn't to give Hot Rod and Springer something to do!

The game looks like it is going to kick massive amounts of ass, but I'd say that we're going to be able to unlock all of two to four G1 guys in that game, at most, so my hopes aren't up for a smorgasbord; that's just the way game development works; it's a difficult process and the simplest solution is often what is implemented. We'll get Optimus & Megatron for certain, maybe Starscream, Ironhide or Ratchet if we're lucky. They'll go with familiar faces, and it probably won't be anyone who isn't a movie character already present.

Sunstreaker was a pretty boy, and should never be portrayed as gay.. just more in love with himself, and I believe its all due to how cool the earth modes are, especially his!!

That's more than the Armada game had.

Another truth: As awsome as the Armada game really truly is, there's so much more that honestly could have been done with it. More characters, bosses, levels, no problem. But hey, what they put in is gold, and it is the best Transformer game yet. And it went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to extras.

So I just got out of looking at the new Botcon seekers pictures and reading everyone bitch about how they're exclusives. I didn't order the set nor am I going to Botcon, but damnation, people need to stop complaining about the FACT that the other seekers are exclusives and not general release figures. Geez. I didn't get them, do I like them? Yes. Would I love a set of them? Yes.
But seriously, do we really need to keep going around and around about how we all would have bought 9 of them at retail or how Hasbro is run by godless fornicators because these won't be at Target????
Even if we ignore that overworn path of complaining, we still have people saying "Dirge looks great, but his eyes are supposed to be yellow!! ARGGGHHH!!!" or some such other crap. You really can't please anyone. Here's an idea, since Hasbro keeps 'screwing everything up', let's petition them not to release the Classics seekers at retail, or to release the Seacons again, but let's all sign a petition asking them to stop producing these toys altogether, so that way we'll have nothing to bitch insessantly about. That way we'll all be happy, finally.

I think it's official: we are the bitchiest fandom alive. I've heard legend about the cranky nature of Star Wars diehards, but hell, from the movie designs to the Botcon figures to the movie toys, there has been little to no positive input around here in a while.
Yeah, I wish I had the money to grab the Botcon set, or even better to go to Botcon so I could spend more money and grab all the goodies. But I can't. So rather than piss and moan, I'm just gonna try and score them later on if I can. If I can't, well, I just have to keep in mind that not everyone can have everything. People train their whole lives and then someone still gets last place at the Olympics you know.

1. Transformers tattoos are NOT cool. They might be cool looking now, but not when you are 70-80 yrs old and have a lot of wrinkles.

2. Sometimes it gets ridiculous when we have a flame war over a TOY, and people are flinging insults back at each other like a chimpanzee flings poo.

3. When people claim a figure is "fragile," sometimes I wonder if they are manhandling it instead. Mp-03 is fragile, but only to those who are used to treating their toys roughly.

4. G1 is the best!!!!!! Hardcore Geewhunner Oh Yeah!!

5. I like the movie designs, but I also think the G1 designs could have worked if they took away the blockyness.

6. Skywarp is cool, sometimes even more so than Starscream.


7.Starscream is a Giant Winged Rat. He's one of those creatures that tends to make a mess on statues and multiplies like crazy. Plus he's filled with disease.

8. Thundercracker is a closet(sp?) good/nice guy, though sadly he's too afraid of Megatron for this to be expressed much.
