So the players who have been playing for a long time wont get anything but those who have only been playing for a short time will get a kind of bonus.
He replied with,
Nope that wont happen.
( these posts have been abreviated)
So I said
so what is going to happen to the Veterans will they get some kinda extra XP
(well sorta)
then he said,
no but it needs disscussion, which needs a new thread.
SO vwolla a new thread for thinking up new Ideas to reward veteran players without giving them extra XP or energon (that would be unfair)
So it's open for you guys to give your thoughts...

A mark. Something that shows on their post's stat. (Thingy at top with quote/faction symbol etc.)

That way, 'veteranship' will be granted on at least some sort of merit, rather than, say, someone who joined early and played for two months then never played again getting it. "Veteran" implies someone with a long time's worth of experience, after all.

I thourougly disagree on using an xp level. Not everybody who's been playing for a while has tones of xp is able to get the troops into more than one or two missions a day. Also "veteran" does not imply someone with experiance. My sister spent less than two years total in the army and had to be honorably discharged do to a torn knee; she is legaly considered a veteran.
That said we can't simply go and make every account registered before the onset of v2 a game vet either. What I would like to see is perhaps something along the line of those who have been members for at least six months or a year and have been reasonably active in that time made veterans. this would be much fairer to those who have not had much time to play

Skits wrote:I kinda like this idea. What I'm curious about though is who would count as a 'veteran'? People who have a char, or more than one char, with 1 million xp or more, or ranked in the top 100? People with a team in the overall top 50/100/1000? People who started playing before a certain date, or before v2 launches?

Anyway, just my two cents.

- 2 special alts per commander, always avaible. (i think this is a lot of work).
Does anyone wonder about those old players who never post?
