First there the Combining Devastator. This one is made of the 6 constructicons, and can disassemble into individual constructicons.

And lastly there's the recently revealed Legends class Devastator. This is comprised of apparently 7 constructicons.

WTH?Who is the extra constructicon?

Look, after watching the movie, there's a reason why it only goes from alt to combiner. They are clones. Clones form devi, Rampage, Mixmaster and Long Haul fight. I shall get this set and Long haul. Maybe MM and Rampage
