In his defense, he probably saw the Titanium pictures from the BotCon 2007 Hasbro tour that I linked to from Toxitron's name (Toxitron's picture appears along with the unreleased Titaniums). Go easy on him ... easy mistake during the excitement with reading what the news story/rumor says and clicking on all of the links in the story.

Yea, I clicked on all of them and thats the only part that was interesting to me, since it was a waste. But If they're never going to be released, great. That would be a waste of good molding that could be implemented better in normal figures. Also, I don't really read previous posts unless it's about one specific figure/line/event I could actually attend..and finally.. I just woke up..so, no drugs just yet... give it half a day.

The problem there being that Swindle's exterior colour is veeeerry similar to that of Ironfist. In vehicle mode they would look virtually identical. And if he didn't merit a new headsculpt he would basically be Swindle with blue instead of purple. Not a huge change.

I'm pretty okay with all of this. Toxitron, I'm really hoping that's Classics voyager though. Ironfist, I'd really like in the Classics style too. This is mostly why I was split this year on the figures. I love Animated, I think the focus for many of us right now is the Classics style though. Some of these guys are so odd, random and fan demanded that we may never get a shot at these guys again as Classics style figures. That's really disappointing to me. I'm still happy to possibly get all of these in figure form. It's the choice of style being used that leaves something to be desired for me. I'm sure once it's all in hand, I'll be tickled with an armload of multicolored plastic though!

I am more at piece than ever that I cannot make it to Botcon this year. However, this article has reminded me of Toxitron, and so I more him up in the Next-to-Buy list.

As much as I enjoyed knowing this information a month ago, It's just bleh now. There's no excitement to BotCon when half the **** is stolen from factories and seen well before the convention. And the baggies and freebies aren't even put on the BotCon site, so you have to deal with the low quality crappy photos from camera phones. That's the reason I never news'd this a month ago, it would ruin the surprise, the excitement.

I dunno, the time between when you know what a figure is going to be exactly like, and the time you actually get the figure.. the longer the time between, the least excited I get, and maybe I'll scratch plans on getting the figure altogether.

I'd be so angry if Toxitron was only avaliable in the custom class, these should only be figures that are in the main sets but with slight tweeks!

Shattered Glass Galvatron? Makes me wonder what his colors will be.... And who's Toxitron? Sorry, just that this name doesn't ring a bell, but that picture of him looks awesome! He's a repaint from RID Scourge, right?

The SG Galvatron was rumored a good while back and I thought to myself "Hang it up people! No way you're going to get a SG figure every year!" Wow, I stand corrected. I know I'm the only one, but the Shattered Glass thing just doesn't do it for me. You know what would though, a group of Stunticons that combined!! Ok no more negativity. Sorry.

Autotroopers, Galvatron, and Thundercracker strike me as most interesting, i can't wait until preregistration though, cause I cant wait to set up my first Botcon!!!!

Go Stunticons, really liking them so far.

It'll be based off his appearance in the Shattered Glass comics.

It's a repaint of the G2 Laser Rod Optimus Prime / RID Scourge mold that was originally planned to be part of the 2004ish Universe line.

Kre-O Transformers. The little mini-figures are called Kreons.

The boxset itself is cool, but I'm hoping that the rest of the set will be untouched by the Animated look.

So far, I'm liking the list of possible figures. I would like a couple more SG figures, but I guess that won't happen.

I do think that this is a fairly lackluster set though. I like TFs and will buy anything if I have the cash for it, but this just doesn't have the feel of Botcon.

I'm still waiting to see what my finances will be like. I want to go this year, but that may not happen. I may have to settle for hunting everything down on ebay.

I also don't like knowing exactly what the figures look like until maybe two/three months before because any surprise is spoiled like if you find your Christmas presents in November and know exactly what you're getting way before Christmas so there's no surprise.

A few months before is 3 months. We're about 3.5 months away from the BotCon exclusives which is less than our typical wait time for finding out about regular retail figures.

You know, last year as a civilian, I didn't know we were getting the Hound repaint until the night before. Others like Donkeypunch, I think, were discovered the week of Botcon. Funpub did a pretty decent job of keeping those guys under wraps for a bit.

Yes, exactly. Blurrz knew about all of the figures 4.5 months ago so that's too long to know about it and wait in my book.
Personally 2/3 months is ok for me (as in this case) especially as we don't have pics of any of the figures on the list that's been posted, only a few teasers of the Stunticons.

Since the focus seems to be on animated again I don't think any of the G2 repaints are gonna be in the toyset this year. Again, just my opinion. I can believe Motormaster cuz they already told us it'll be the Stunticons. I don't think Toxitron is gonna be one of them. My opinion is that all the exclusives will be Animated repaints/retools.

Can't please all of the people all of the time. Seibertron.com is a Transformers news reporting website. We do our best to filter through some of the gossip and rumors. I've heard this rumor enough times over the past month that I decided it should be shared with all of the people that wanted to read the story. Maybe it's right, maybe it's wrong. Generally I stay far away from BotCon exclusive rumors because they are usually dead wrong. But this time feels different.
