Personally I always wished I could find and buy the DaiBouken figure and it's accompanying units. Boukenger/Operation Overdrive's mecha rank up there in my top five series for the zords. For anybody interested: 1: Gekiranger, 2: Gaoranger, 3: Abaranger, 4: Boukenger, 5: GoGo-V (Magiranger and Dekaranger deserve a honorary mention for their designs, even if the individual zords were sub-par)
Wait, the show made it to Netflix?!Madeus Prime wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Anyone here remember Van Pires?
OMG, I'd forgotten about those, I had them on the Save portion of my Netflix for the longest time when I was younger. I am really, really, really glad I gave up on them now.

Don't forget die cast! Numbers 1 (Variblune) through 10 (Flash King), and 22 (Gingaioh) through 26 (Senpujin) were released as genuine Popynica and Chougokin, while the rest up to Abaren'oh had some degree of die cast metal as well. Try handling the combined GouraiSenpujin, that sucker's HEAVY!
I can't say from experience though, I only have the US Samurai Megazord plus the Beetle-, Swordfish- and Tigerzord. We never got the rest

i can say i have, and gouraisenpuujin is ridiculously heavy.
though some of the larger mechs like daivoyager and ushi origami can be quite heavy too, while mostly being plastic.

Gotta love electronics, eh? Well, to a degree, as long as it doesn't comprise the design.

I love that, but am I the only one who is surprised that no company has come out with fully articulated megazords? I know we had those legendary things from a while back that were all stylized, but I want an SH Figurearts level mecha!

teioh is an interesting take on the final mecha, which binds all the previous ones together.

It would be nice if it used all the trains but it leaves a bunch behind with no where to go.
