And I'll gladly bring my 360 down. Mainly because if it gets stolen, no one will be able to figure out how to get it running except me. :grin:

Oh man. Im not going and i want to. It sounds like fun meeting up with everyone. I went to botcon 06-07 in providence because i live in RI. It was my first botcon and it was great. I wish i had the time to go to this years in florida. Oh well maybe next years. Do you always meet up like that or is this the first time?

Since we're on the topic of Botcon locations, has it ever been out West? The furthest west I remember it being was Chicago unless I forgot one, although I just started following it more in the last 5 years or so.

Indeed. I say, loop through a few cities in the South, and then work your way across the West. Saint Louis would be a great city to have it in.

OoOOo! I could sure dig on that! Would be right up the street from me! It's really quite a decent location for countless reasons...centrally located, so everyone can travel about the same distance, no matter where you live in the US, there is all sorts of places to stay (and it is best to stay outta the city, and you'd still be less than 10 min away), plenty of junk to do that is not sickeningly expensive....oh hell! I so sound like I should be working for the St Louis Travel and Tourism Dept! :grin:

Haha, depends what you mean...I haven't picked out my socks or underwear or anything.

But yeah, I have a few things I'm gonna take to trade. Question for you guys, have you ever taken your transformers on a plane and did security give you any problems?

My spouse took classics Grimlock to India and had no problem at all. He had Grimlock in the carry on. No problem with security for foreign or domestic flights.

I am going to find a bin tomorrow and start collecting up some things to sell.

We should probably designate a hotel room (or rooms) or someplace for a bunch of us to meet up, trade, play video games, etc.

I took some TF's home on a flight from Botcon last year, but they were all plastic, no diecast, some of what I'd like to bring is diecast.
