i didnt know it was the entire wave 2 that was going for 16.99.
Yep... This is why I'm skipping Blackwing. If Hasbro want's to continue hiking up the prices then I'm going to be less likely to collect every Generations figure I spot.
He's going to be the most likely to shelf warm in this wave anyway. So let me know when there's a 25% off clearance for him in May or June.
Um, isn't $15-$17 what Titans Return deluxes went for? How is Hasbro hiking up the prices? I'm pretty sure MSRP has remained the same for PotP as it was for TR. Stores may have increased their prices slightly over time, but that isn't Hasbro.
Also, Blackwing being single packed in the case isn't likely to shelfwarm that much, at least not in this wave. Possibly in wave 4 when he is re-packed, and out around the lead up to Christmas. This is when you'll want to look for a deal. And clearance usually doesn't happen until the end of the line, so again wave 4 around Christmas or just after like Titans Return did earlier this year. The 17 Blurrs and Scourges that were shelfwarming my local Walmart for 9 months didn't get clearanced until PotP was out in stores.

Will, any idea on how that compares to Titan's Return's MSRP for deluxes? I though that was also $19.99 meaning Hasbro didn't hike the prices, at least for deluxes. I thought I remembered that possibly Voyagers and Leaders might have gone up $5 each like the TLK line did before them.

But you guys have yet to get the cyclone us and heat seeker legion toys from robots in disguise.. Also can somebody confirm if the last night legion dragon storm and hound were found at retail, along with all spark squeaks and Megatron?

Most people never saw more than wave 1 and some very late wave 2. As far as I know, only like 3 people in the US ever saw wave 3, and Cogman was never seen at retail here

What are you Hasbro's marketing team?
In my neck of the woods TR's ranged from $14.99 to $15 and change at retail. Even the first wave of PotP's were 14.99 with 25% off back in November. But if you wanna pat Hasbro on the back for charging $17.00 for Dlx Dinobots that look like little baked potatoes with legs then go ahead.
That's NOT going to dismiss the scale and quality issue's accompanying the price hike (In My Area) that bothers me and many others...

No, every character was 2 per box

And holy ****, the cases are sold out at BBTS, that means people bought all these toys just to get BB and crosshairs (since the other is a repack and another is a straight redeco).

I have had several items from amazon come to me in a yellow padded envelope. Especially books.
